Acrobat Reader Mobile

I posted a review on the app store back in October 2025 and just recently found out that an Adobe rep responded to my review. I use iPad Air for reading and I dislike how we cannot collapse the "Locations tab" anymore. And because of that, I stopped using Adobe acrobat and just downloaded a different app that doesn't have obnoxious tabs taking half my screen.I highly recommend allowing us to collapse the Locations tab as it takes up too much of our screen. Some of us just use the app to read our novels or manga that we've purchased but now we don't have enough space to see our full library.I have tried to leave a feedback on the Feedback page but it wasn't allowing me to post the idea, so which is why I'm posting it here. 

I subscribe to the yearly subscription, and I was deducted about 11000. After a month, i could not edit or do anything premium. So I request that this is looked into and worked on. Thank you , I will attach a screenshot of my subscription.

Clicked on create a new pdf and when the blank page comes up I can't type anything. I don't have anything pdf to edit so I need to type to create.

No logro que los ver los marcadores en todos mis disposositivos.O sea, si estoy leyendo desde la tablet y marco algo, cuando voy a la compu el marcador no está. Aclaro que los documentos están guardados en mi nube de adobe y claramente tengo una sola cuenta que es que uso siempre. 

Can I have a refund please, I got charged £62 this morning for yearly subscription that I haven't used yet and cannot afford, I have already cancelled , many thanks

I tried a free trial. I couldn't cancel my plan, so I was charged on Saturday. When I tried to cancel my subscription and get a refund, I realized that I had paid using the wrong email address. Since it's a non-existent email address, I can't log in. How can I log in and cancel my plan?

My Acrobat app on my Ipad pro was crashing . I had no idea what to do so I looked at the Adobe community forum and it recommended to remove the app and re-install. While uninstalling the app there was a notice that all data would not be removed. I assumed it was telling me the truth. Unfortunately that does not seem to be the case as all files are gone.  Please do not respond that all files should be in the Acrobat cloud, i dont use it, and when things go there I take them off (not your business what files i have) Why did your system give that notice and then remove all the files? The files went back years - this is not about me deleting them it is about your servce telling me they would not be deleted and they are. how do I recover files that you said would remain resident on my machine.  .

I would like a refund. I was charged three days ago. I only wanted the free version, but I was charged for the whole month. I need my money back because I canceled it, but they said it wasn't canceled. I canceled it again today, and I need my refund, please. Thank you in advance!

Estoy suscrito en adobe principalmente para que me lea textos en PDF, ahora el problema es que el locutor o locutora, ya que he cambiado para comprobar que el problema se podía solucionar es que se detiene la locución a mitad de la frase y también cambia de idioma, inglés y español. Heya,Reading help articles, dark mode / night mode is controlled from device settings.  My device is set to night mode, but adobe mobile still has a white screen black text for all documents.  There are no settings i can find in the adobe app to control this.  How do i enable night mode? How do i choose what text / background colors are used for night mode in the most current android version? I am unable to locate the previously available accessibility settings.  Thanks!  

Im using  Acrobat Premium on ipad Air 13" 2025.  I am trying to create hyper link in one pdf document to open another pdf document and to create hyper link in one page of a pdf document to go to another page of the same pdf focument.No success so far; please HELP!

Hello, my Adobe PDF Reader yearly subscription was auto-renewed on 14 January 2026 without my awareness.I noticed the charge early on 15 January and immediately cancelled the auto-pay.This was unintentional, and I am within the 14-day refund window.I kindly request a full refund as per Adobe’s refund policy.

Wenn ich mich auf dem Mac einloggen, funktionieren diese Funktionen nicht werden nicht freigeschalten und es wird ein neues Abo verlangt..  Ich möchte das künftig unter macOS benutzen… Wie kann ich das ändern ?! I have an active subscription for adobe acrobat reader but in the moment I try to restore it, the app shows the next message and I only have one account, I try by different ways to sign in but I get always the same result. 

Hey.I recently purchased the creative cloud subscription, but I was in a hurry and seems to have type it incorrectly. There is just a single alphabet missing which makes me un-accessible to that mail. Now I cannot change it because it requires access to the mail as I need to enter the OTP.
