Hi everyone,  I purchased a monthly Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription. I was charged (I checked and it says my subscription will renew again in one month). But I try to actually using it and it tells me I don't have a subscription. It says I bought it under another Apple ID (I absolutely did not...and my App store confirms I have the subscription). I tried to Restore Purchases and it says "Unable to Restore: This item was purchased by a different Apple ID. Sign in with that Apple ID and try again." It's not the wrong Apple ID. I only have one which tells me I've been charged on my subscription. I've signed in and out multiple times and it's STILL not working. So I don't know what to do. I've paid for it and it doesn't work. So how do I fix it? Or how do I get a refund? Please help.

hiadobe reader app is not installing to my iPad. It is throwing an error as not compatible. Contacted apple support and they directed to you. Please help. Thanks

App keeps crashing. Using it on android Samsung a20 phone all updates installed.  Attempting to use the highlight feature seems to upset it, but also even reading the document causes it to Stop Working.  Sometimes it won't even finish loading before it crashes.  It also fails to save highlights and there's no manual save feature. Just Save a Copy   

Paid full year subscription.  Cannot use any features.  Says "Subscribe now".  Then. Says "You're already subscribed".  Then says "Unkown Error". What the heck!

I just opted in the 7 day free trail for premium services. However when I try to utilize the service it says it come back to the same advertisment taking about a free trail. When i click start free trail it says I have already subscribed. If this is a problem you all have i will not be buying the yearly subscription.

Goodnafternoon Adobe. This is Legacy Roofing LLC contacting you as we have a huge concern in where adobe in our computersvare not matching up as theybdo on our ipads. This has caused a great ikoact in our buisness as its taking alot of time. adobe via computer does not allow me write/ fill in text selections. The lettering is too big and theres no button to change the layout. Soemthimes when there is a button to change the layout, the font will not charge regarfless. The tablet is  better at this and we have used the tablets instead, yet as the buisness that we are computers is where we work through most. Our main concern right now that we can remeber is the lettering size in our pdfs and the inability to edit. With out editing we cant make accurate files. The tablet works as we previously mentioned, we don't understand why theres a differnce between the computer and tablet. Please hlep us with this issue. I can't make payment to my premium account anymore I don't know why it's happening.

Icreated a Adobe PDF on the computer and emailed it to my iPad.  Pulled up the file through Adobe PDF Editor on the iPad and started to fill out the form.  Everything looked great, just like I wanted to look.  But, when I go to print it out everything that I printed is in a otally different font, and the letters are either to close togeter or to far apart (jumbled up).  I went back to the computer file and change fonts and font sizes, that did not work.  I tried changing fonts and font sizes on the iPad version as well and it did not work either.  I even noticed that the iPad version only offered 3 different fonts so I tried one of those and it still did not work.  Has anyone else ever experienced this before?  If so could you please help me!!!

Hi can you tell me how I access specific layers?  My pattern says click on the two diamond like shapes on the left but I haven't got them on my screen. Any advice please. Thanks

I have alredy paid rs 370/- for 1 month subscription bur in the app it still shows free version and I am not able to use the edit features.

Sir i recently installed this app and also agree with free trail monthly subscription along with my money have been deducted to subscription first 340 deducted and again 340    be deducted  ...but still not showing my subscription. Whàt I do if there any isue pls return my money immediately.

Hi Harsh, I have a similar issue – with my Mac iOS devices – iPad and iPhone.My Adobe Cloud account works perfectly fine with my desktop applications – but iOS apps like Fresco and Capture will not log in on my iPad. Everything is new and updated.  When either device tries to access my Adobe account at: ims-na1.adobelogin.com – it says 'can't be opened because the server stopped responding'. I don't think can't force my iPad to use a specific browser to access this address PLEASE HELP! Thanks, Dominic

How can I retrieve a document I recently accidentally deleted?

Just recently the option in in the files app on my iPad to 'open in acrobat' has disappeared, replaced by 'open in chrome'. Files don't open in chrome without internet access, and acrobat is the best way of highlighting text. Any help greatly appreciated!! 

I have Adobe Acrobat on my iPad and recently when I go to open the app it sits to load then kicks me back to my home page. 

Regarding Adobe Acrobat on iOS.  How about a feature to sort by folder name

Hi Currently I am using "android acrobat reader : edit pdf" to read pdf in my tablet. From times to times, I need to read different sections of the pdf at same time.  Hence I would like to request to have split view capability  (similar to Microsoft word).  The split screen should give us capability to resize the proportion  of the 2 sides of the split. I tend to split and unsplit multiple times, so hopefully triggering them can be just a simple click.Android (unlike ipados) , as per my observation,  do not have any pdf reader that can do this splitting. Hence in android world, such is considered a unique feature.

iPad app is not saving as a PDF and rather just file.  anyone else having an issue with saving a PDF into dropbox as a PDF problem started august 1.
