Acrobat Reader Mobile

Hi, I signed up yesterday to a free-trial of Adobe PDF, and I've been charged today for a subscription to Adobe Stock, which I had already opted out of during the beginning of that free trial. I need to be refunded. 

Each time I highlight text on the iOS app, a comment box for the highlight is generated that pops up and blocks some of the text I am working on. I have to exit out of this each time I highlight and it is quite annoying as I just want to be able to highlight the text on its own without having to click away to get rid of the pop up box. How can this be disabled?

I submitted this request as a design change to no avail. Can you design the scroll tab to be moved to the left side of the display for right handed users? I accidentally move the scroll tab a lot. It makes reading difficult when one is reading a long pdf and one accidentally engages the scroll tab and finds one is now 100 pages away from the required reading page. Now one has to locate the required reading page again and again and again. Extremely annoying. I could use this @!#@%$@÷×)"#  to describe what leaves my mouth with each accidental contact. Liquid mode doesn't work for documents with more than 200 pages.

I have acrobat reader and it's not downloading my pdf attachments

Hello,I'm using adobe reader in galaxy s10, galaxy tab s8, and ipad 7th gen.I'd wanted to have an access to my onedrive account, which is my main backup&cloud storage, so i tried to log in to my account using my galaxy s10 and galaxy tab s8.But i've got denial for access whole time.I don't know why this happenes because i can get access through my ipad an pc.could you help with me? ps. sorry for incorrect english 😄

Hi, we are doing a PoC with tablets in the field and are trying to view large PDF files on an Android device (Samsung galaxy tab active Pro, 4GB RAM, octo core 2Ghz, 64GB space) the PDF files we are trying to open with adobe acrobat reader are 170mb large which does not work, the app always gives the error "the app is not responding", waiting also doesn't help. are there limitations to the mobile app? upgrade to pro also doesn't help, other 3rd party PDF viewers do work however. but in our company we have an adobe first policy... is the tablet hardware insufficient to open these type of files?  compressing or splitting up the PDF is not an option Kr, Jan 

When I open the received PDF file on my mobile sometimes a part of the contents of the file are not visible. But if I forward that file from my mobile to another mobile I find that the whole file contents are visible. I tried to check and see if this problem can be rectified through some setting changes on my Mobile but I found no such thing. How do I rectify this problem on my device?

As of yesterday, I subscribed to the free trial of Adobe Acrobat Premium so I could try out the Edit PDF feature. When I first did it, an activation screen came up, but nothing seemed to be happening so after a while I closed the window. For some reason, when I click on Edit PDF after clicking on the blue pencil in the bottom right corner, it keeps redirecting me to the subscription page. Wherever I click on subscribe, it acknowledges I am subscribed, but nothing happens.

Please update the adobe acrobat reader Intune. Because there are so many important files in it. thank you.

Hello. Whenever I try to "request signature" and the person who should sign it is opening it on tablet on Adobe Sign application, when he tries to sign it automaticaly shows previous sign, can you disable this option or no? I just want to make sure that every time someone has to sign it will be done by him at that moment, not using previous sign.

It's showing the same thing on all my devices: iPad 8th gen, Pixel 2 XL, Pixelbook Go. Please fix it I use this app a lot because it's so convenient to annotate. But this has been impossible lately because this shows up each time. Please fix it.
