When using the fill and sign feature on ipad, the specific field that you have to fill sometimes appears too small for the size of text . This makes the text be cut off and not visible at the bottom of the verbiage for each fill line .Ass you can see in the attached image that is the letter L and G please help or fix it adobe. As my job depends on it !!!

I cannot cancel my subscription. When I try and cancel it from the steps given, it tells me that I bought my subscription through Samsung store, and to cancel it through their services. When I go to Samsung store and check my subscriptions, I have none to cancel. So I call the number for customer support and twice I got a rep and as soon as I explained the situation they hung up on me. The 3rd time I called I waited on hold for 45 minutes. I'm debating on filing a lawsuit.

How do I change "read only" so I could fill out form?

My annual subscription to Premium features in Adobe Acrobat on an iPad Pro 19" (2021) and on an iPhone 13 Pro Max were working fine yesterday, but today those features are no longer working on either device, and I receive an error message (copied below) on both iOS devices when I try to "Restore Purchases." Here is the error message. Restore ErrorUnable to restore purchases. Theoperation couldn't be completed.(AdobeAISSessionClaimStatusErrorDo-main error 8.) To be clear, this error message occurs consistently on both my iPad and my iPhone 13 Pro Max whenever I go to the profile page by clicking the icon on the upper right corner of the Adobe app, click on "Subscriptions" and then "Restore Purchases."  I contacted the "chat service" and was told that all support for "phones" had to be sought through this "Forum Page."After this error started earlier today, I updated to the latest version of iOS 15.2 on both my iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPad Pro, but the same error p

My app in iphone keeps showing 2 new notifications.  But there is nothing i can find in the app and no way to remove or recognize them.  I've tried removing the app and reinstall.  Login and out.

hi  i installed adobe on my ipad air just today and transferred some pdfs to it . The pdfs appeared in recent pdfs. after 2 hours when i opened adobe again , my pdfs were not there . Help me to access them back .

Using iPad Acrobat app, open a doc which was saved, edit one sentence to add two more sentences. Had to suscribe to premium to be able to edit. Made changes, saved doc, opened doc, changes are there. Print the page, only get two capital letters at left margin instead of the two sentences. Pre-print review looks correct.

I was trying to convert a file from docs to pdf a few months back. It is still in the process of conversion. Whenever I open my Adobe Acrobat, I see the blue circle rotating on the top of the file. When I try to cancel the process, I am not able to do it. Please help.

Hi, I'm subscribed for the premium features on adobe acrobat on my ios (iPadOS) but its not working it says 'purchase complete. Waiting for feature activation'. For several hours! I have seem many in this forum with the same problem. I tuned on the acrobat premium features on the iPad but it still shows I'm a free user, and restoring purchases, deleting the app, logging out of the App Store does not solve problem. I've checked my subscribed services on the App Store and it shows my plan is active. Also the same plan shows on the manage plans section on the adobe website.
