I purchased adobe premium to edit some files. I purchased through Apple. Sometimes it works but most of the time I get "Adobe Subscription error domain 12". How do I fix this? When it works, if I leave Adobe it does not work when I return and it says restore purchase. when I am a premium user. Updated IOS, show icon preview selected, pdf thumbnail icons only show in Finder when view options set to large icons. I don't wnat this. I want small icons, but would like to see the PDF thumbnails. I have tried removing adobe and reinstalling, trialling a different user, etc etc. Nothing seems to work. Please assist.

Bonjour, Je vous contacte concernant un prélèvement de 20 € effectué sur mon compte pour un abonnement Adobe Inc.. J’avais souscrit à une période d’essai gratuite, pensant pouvoir annuler à tout moment sans être prélevé avant la fin de l’essai. Mon intention était uniquement de tester la version gratuite, et non de continuer avec un abonnement payant. Je n’ai pas été informé clairement que l’abonnement deviendrait automatiquement payant et serait facturé si je ne le résiliais pas avant une certaine date. Dès que j’ai constaté le prélèvement, j’ai modifié / résilié mon abonnement, car je ne souhaitais pas être facturé. Cependant, je n’ai pas reçu de remboursement, et je pense qu’il s’agit d’une erreur ou d’un malentendu. Je vous demande donc, s’il vous plaît, un remboursement exceptionnel, car je n’avais pas l’intention de continuer l’abonnement et je pensais être encore dans la période gratuite. Dear All, I have bought two licenses and one of the users forgot to accept on time the link the administrator sent and now the link has expired. I am pretty sure this is a silly question but I am really bad with computers in general.. Could anyone advised on how can the adminsitrator resend the link to the user so he can have access to Adobe Pro. Thabk you very much!

I want to use full screen mode with use of highlighter but, there should be no single toolbar or something else on pdf. Just pure pdf on full screen, and can highlight text. While using the highlighter in full screen mode, no toolbar should appear on the pdf.Plz add this feature

I am a subscriber, and have been for a few years. suddenly I can no longer convert pdfs to pngs or jpegs. I get a message that I "need to subscribe."also, i received an email from Adobe stating they had been trying to contact me ( incorrect!) and they were freezing my account because of payment. Hah! Adobe is automatically paid every month. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
