I want a refund, i did not subscribe to this (Adobe Scan) and cant afford it! Quero um reembolso, não assinei este serviço (Adobe Scan) e não tenho condições de pagar!

English within bilingual documents cannot be recognized. AI is not capable of non English and combine often fail forcing me to pay another app to supplement Adobe Premium and it’s AI. Unless Adobe improve its performance, Cancelling Adobe subscription is very likely to help my finances challenge because it's much more expensive than its completion I am using to supplement Adobe Premium and it's AI. 

Since December 2024 (12 months ago) I'm being charged every month 35€ by Adobe although I have no subscription. Can you tell me which number to call or email address to use to get a refund?

When tryIng to add another photo to my exisitng PDF that has 16 pages (so not over the limit)  want to understand why this happened and what I need to do to avoid because its frustrating having to start all over again. I did just update my app to latest IOS version and still having the issue with a specific file. 

Mon Adobe sur mon iPhone est en allemand et je ne sais pas comment faire pour la changer. J'ai essayé toute sorte de chose et rien ne fonctionne. Pourtant je suis assez calée pour ce genre de choses mais là je vous avoue que je suis dans une impasse. Assinei o adobe premium no celular, no entanto, não consigo acessar no desktop. A assinatura não é compatível,  ou é algum problema de sincronização?

Salve. Il 6 dicembre scorso ho acquistato per un anno AI Assistant, ma stasera è scomparso tutto. L'App risulta con piano gratuito e non ci sono più le varie funzioni di utilizzo dell'AI. Ho aggiornato Acrobat Reader da Play Store, ma nulla è cambiato. Solo in PDF space continua ad essere disponibile l'AI, ma riscontro molti problemi con la lettura di file, che il più delle volte non va a buon file. Cosa è successo? Attendo riscontro, grazie.

Whenever I try to edit an save a pdf, it's telling me that I need to subscribe or try a free trial, and I already have a subscription.

O ler em voz alta esta com problema. Em qualquer voz e qualquer idioma trava e pede para fechar o aplicativo. Ja fiz de tudo, ja exclui dados e cache, entrei novamente e nao resolve.

Why can't I access my files? I've tried multiple times.

I've restored my purchase for this app on my iCloud and it's still not working. It keeps telling me to purchase subscription as if I am a free user. I've tried to purchase again, it just says I already have a subscription and renews on feb 13th, 2026. I can't edit or do anything even though I have an active account per the App Store subscriptions. I have even tried to change my password to match the one on my Apple ID. Please advise

How do I change my member name to my new name?  

Hi all, This problem has been replicated on three different devices. The one I have information for is a Google Pixel 10 Pro, Android version 16 and I'm using Adobe Acrobat Sign version 5.0.7.  The error occurs as soon as the "signer" taps "Proceed" after confirming their email address. One of two things will happen:1) The app crashes (quits and goes to the Pixel home screen)2) The app goes back to the "waiting for others" section which is blank and should have the pending document in there. I'm not sure about the other 2 devices because I wasn't running them, but the app was just downloaded on both so I'm sure it's the newest app verison. We've tried restarting devices and deleting/redownloading the app and nothing works. I'd appreciate any help on this, but I'm pretty sure it's just a bug in the app and requires a fix. Thanks!

Hola, necesito hacer una cancelación y que me reembolsen el dinero perdido, ya que fue una compra por error ya que la semana gratuita de prueba se utilizo y luego se cancelo pero luego igual se cobro cuando tuve el dinero y lo necesito de vuelta

I am using Acrobat Premium on Android 16. My device is samsung galaxy s24 ultra. The latest version 24.8.1 released on 11/12/2025 is installed in my phone. The flatten pdf feature is missing, means your edit is noticeable or editable by other users. Kindly fix the issue.
