Come on Adobe. Why can't you sort this issue? Save FILE  to OneDrive file not working.Are you forcing us to save to Adobe cloud???

Hi there,   I just purchased a premium sub for Acrobat on mobile to edit my CV as a PDF but I can't seem to be able to edit the text. I can only add more text.   Could you please help?   Thanks, Aurelien

When I try to save a copy of a PDF to OneDrive, regardless of whether it's already been uploaded to Adobe Cloud storage, it won't save and says there's an error in the saving process. I really need this to work. How can I get this process functioning properly? I use Android on a Motorola phone

Bonjour, j'ai annulé par mégarde le renouvellement de mon abonnement premium. J'ai donc pris un nouvel abonnement via mon compte Samsung. J'ai bien le reçu de paiement, mais l'abonnement n'est pas actif dans l'application Adobe. Il n'y à rien quand je veux restaurer un achat non plus. J'ai désinstallé réinstallé l'appli, déconnecté puis reconnecté mon compte, rien ne marche. Que faire ?

I am not able to access the adobe acrobat app in either my iPhone or my iPad. I have deleted the app, deleted cache, rebooted and reinstalled app and it still crashes. The opening page will come on for a second and then crashes. Can someone please help as this app is needed for work. I have a iPhone 16 pro max and an IPad Pro 18.5.

Hi, I've created pdf forms for years for field staff to edit out in the field with dropdowns, free text, time fields and checkboxes. I was always able to download a template from ondrive, open in Acrobat, edit and reupload into onedrive. Since March this year, anything I try and edit on the mobile (iPhone 12, Acrobat Pro) doesn't save. I can fill in the form and as soon as I exit the form, it is wiped. If I have it open & completed and send it to onedrive, it just sends a blank copy of the form. I've tried different forms and have sent to other platforms but it still doesn't retain the added text etc. I have the same setup on my iPad and it works fine, though some other staff have reported that it isn't working on their iPads or phones. Still works fine on PC.Can someone please answer why this might be happening and possible solutions.

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) did make the needed amendments to the ISO-3166 codes but Curaçao is perhaps still not included in your list of countries for when it comes to the accessibility of your valued products. I’m specifically referring to products such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Acrobat Sign and Adobe Scan for Android and Apple phones. If in case Adobe hasn’t yet included Curaçao in its lists and thus hasn’t yet granted Curaçao’s inhabitants access to Adobe Acrobat Reader, Adobe Acrobat Sign and Adobe Scan for Android and Apple phones, would you please make the needed adjustments? If there are other requirements on our country’s behalf that’ll then resolve this issue, please provide the needed information and I’ll seek local assistance to resolve this issue with Adobe. Kinda regards,Desmond G.
