Acrobat Reader Mobile

Dear Adobe Acrobat Support Team, I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a serious issue I encountered after uninstalling and reinstalling the Adobe Acrobat app on my iPhone. Before uninstalling, I had multiple important PDF files stored locally within the app (“Local only” files, not backed up to Document Cloud or iCloud). Unfortunately, after reinstalling the app, all of these files are now gone. I did not receive any prompt or warning indicating that uninstalling the app would result in permanent loss of these files. These documents are very important to me, and I would like to know if there is any possible way to recover them — either through a local device backup, app cache, or any other method Adobe may have in place. Please let me know if there is anything I can do, or if your team needs any additional information to investigate further. Hello, tried to open doc, acrobat opened and closed before doc appeared. Tried 3x, restarted iPhone 16, then deleted app and reinstalled. All my folders/doc are gone. In the pass docs would refill once logged in to acrobat.. Apple support said not a phone issue. pls help since there is no cs # to call for adobe support. 

so I had done a membership for acrobat on my iPhone 16 Pro and I was having problem editing a very important document so I went ahead and bought the subscription for my laptop which is a Windows laptop and now when I go to open acrobat on my phone it opens and then just shuts right down What have I done wrong?

The Acrobat app keeps crashing on both my iPhone and iPad. I’ve tried restarting the devices, but the issue still persists. Is this a problem on your end or mine? I need to edit files as soon as possible, and this has never happened before.

Hello On my Ipad and Iphone Acrobat reader app keep crashing as soon as open it. I have turn off and off iphone, uninstalled and reinstalled it. It has latest verion and devices got latest IOS but still keeps crashing Not sure what to do?  

Hi All,  It was working fine until today. Adobe Reader keeps crashing only 3 seconds after launching on iPad. I checked my iPad it is on iOS 18.5 which is the latest. Adobe Reader app is also the latest version as of today. I tried restarting iPad and also uninstall Adobe Reader (without deleting files) but none worked.  My biggest concern is loosing all the files (not everything is saved on cloud). Please help.

Been using the Adobe Acrobat app Version 25.05.05 (20250609.204730) on mi IPhone 18.5 for a long time. Today I tried to open the app and it closes immediately after a segons or two. Tried resetting my phone a couple times, deleting the last document downloaded just in case. I even deleted and re installed the app losing some documents I didn't save on the cloud. The app keeps closing after I open it, it won't even let me sign in. 

I can not open Adobe Acrobat Reader app since yesterday.My iPad is iPad Pro IOS version 17.7.8. I tried to turn off and restart my iPad, offload the app and reinstall the app. It doesn't work. It is rather frustrating as a lot of important documents stored in the app became unaccesible. And I dare not to delete the app as all the data would be gone. Please help.   

Dear users! I am struggling with this app for almost a month, and the help topics are hard to understand for a non-IT person.I am using Apple IPad Pro M4 and Adobe Acrobat app shuts down on its own the moment I try to use it. I have tried re-installing it, it didn't help.I read about cleaner app steps but couldn't find the right file to use on Mac.  Please help, appreciate it!

Hey everyone, I'm a little desperate as I use adobe acrobat as my library with all my academic texts and books. I have collected articles and books with comments and highlighted  sentences for years. yesterday the app was crashing on any device. I did the backup on the apple cloud but it seems now that many many texts are missing and that most of them have no comments or marks at all. is there any way to go back to my adobe status and archive of 2 days ago or something like that? thanks for helping me  Edoardo 

App crashes everytime I try to open it. Has been working until today. I have not added any new apps or changed any settings before the problem started.  1. I have restarted my iPad 2. I have deleted the app and reinstalled3. I have reset my iPad. 4. Current version of app is 25.05.055. Ipad version is 18.5 Any help would be greatly appreciated

Every time when I try to open adobe either on my phone or IPad it crashes. It has been happening for 30 minutes now 

Brand new Ipad Pro. After last update from Itunes the app simply opens for a split second and then crashes. Even if I try opening a pdf before opening acrobat. Same process. Program opens for a split second and then program closes. Have re-installed several times and now forced to use a different pdf viewer. Acrobat works fine on my Iphone, just not Ipad.-Dax

Today is June 18, 2025. Adobe is not working whatsoever. What is going on and what is being done to remedy this?! A lot of us pay a good amount to subscribe for a service that we expect to work when we need to!

Hi! Everytime I try to open the app it just close down and I can't open it! I need help now because it's very important for me to open the app and get in because I need it a lot for work! 

Please help! Is there an issue or update with the mobile iPhone app?  I cannot access my adobe cloud articles from the mobile app while using the internet. The app automatically crashes. If I turn the internet off, I can open the app but can't access my Adobe Cloud.  

IOS 18.5. Suddenly this morning when I try topp open acrobat it just closes and quits. I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times with no change.
