Adobe Acrobat Online

I am using Adobe Send to send pdf files to my customers. I choose my files, enter my customers email address & copy me...hit send.However, my customers and myself are not getting my emails...anyone else have this happen? How do I fix? I can't track the emails if my recipients are not receiving them?!

Hi, All. Iam using Adobe Document Cloud. After saving a pdf document to this cloud, I am able to see my PC folders as well with a browsing option  . How to disable this? Does my PC folders will  also available across other PC's to access them with my Adobe ID? Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Hello, I am using Acrobat DC Pro trial version. Upload of PDF to cloud directly or via desktop app is incredibly slow (5min - 1MB) and after upload the desktop app shows error in accessing service, and cloud when uploaded direct shows upload progess until complete then disappears without document upload. Do I need to change settings, or am I doing something wrong? Or is this just due to slow upload speed? Only documents 5MB or smaller successfully upload.

I am subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack.I want the ability to drag and drop to insert, delete, and arrange pages. So it appears I need Adobe Acrobat Pro. Is that correct?If I upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Pro, do I have to install anything on my PC? Or can I simply drag and drop to insert, delete, and arrange pages online (in my browser) using the same login I use now for Adobe PDF Pack?I don't want to install anything. Hello, someone please help me.  I don't know why on line tech support is unavailable.I just purchased Adobe Export PDF in an attempt to be able to export documents from .pdf to Ms. Word.  I have a PC.  When I open the document in .pdf my name appears in the top right hand corner.  When I click on it and select export to Ms. Word, I get nothing.  Can someone instruct me on how to do this?

I have a problem sign in with my account. It is very confugsing. I have adobe reader x but adobe company made me try adobe xi so I tried for free trail. It was too heavey that it causes too much trouble. so Unistalled it. after unistall adove xi, adobe x had trouble. so i reinstalled it. today, I tried to use PDF converter (PDF to word) on line for school, I could not sign in to my account anymore. I'm paying for one year serivice for PDF converter online. So, I want my money back or must fix problem right away.

Hi, I am using Adobe to send my PDF files and in the old system, it remembered previous email addresses so I didn't have to type them in every time - they would come up as I started to type. Is this facility not available now? This is adding precious time to my work and I am finding it very frustrating. Cannot convert pdf to word - just spins and says retrievin current session status - has been doing it for days
