How to edit the period of the unsigned document expired. The documents have expired though one of the signers hasn't signed.I want to change the period. Please help.
I've managed to successfully create an Agreement via the API which has form fields assigned for each signer. I'm still getting the default Signature/Email fields added to a 2nd page - I don't really need the signer to complete these as I already have their details and they have already signed on one of the form fields. Is it possible when using form fields to have the default signature/email section not show: ?
We had form recipients letting us know today that they could not seem to sign in the Initial portion of a document, and we tested ourselves and ran into the same problems on multiple platforms - both Firefox and Chrome browsers on mobile and desktop versions. Regular signing and misc form field entry seems to be fine, but when you click or tap on the Initial field, nothing seems to happen at all.
How do I stop an e-sign request I have sent out? It is no longer needed, but adobe keeps reminding the receiver, which they find irritating.
I’m working with text tags in Adobe Sign and I’ve noticed different behavior depending on the field type and the source of the document:When the document comes from Word with text tags in the text (for example {{field_:checkbox}} or {{group_:radio:option}}), Adobe Sign correctly recognizes checkboxes and radio buttons. When I start from a PDF with form fields created in Acrobat (Prepare Form) and I only set the field name with the syntax (e.g. field_:checkbox or group_:radio:option), Adobe Sign does not recognize checkboxes or radio buttons. For text fields and drop-down lists, it does work, even if I create them as form fields in the PDF and just use the syntax in the field name.My question is:Is this a known limitation, that PDF form fields do not support text tag syntax for checkboxes and radio buttons? Is there any way to make Adobe Sign interpret them the same way as it does when they come from Word, or is the only option to use text tags directly in the text before generating the P
Hi there, I am having a bizarre problem with sending out an agreement for signing using Adobe Sign. I usually send agreements to 2 x signatories, I then approve, and it goes the the next 2 x signatories. In this instances for some reason the 1st signatory has not received a request to sign. I can see in my "In progress" dashboard that MY NAME is listed in the "Recipients" section where usually the first recipients name that has to sign first usually is quoted. It makes it seem like there is something that I have to action before it will be sent to the signatories. I have tried "sending reminders" however the first signatories name does not come up in the "active parties" to receive a "right now" reminder....it says those reminders can only be sent to active or completed recipients but the only recipients that show up that I can send that reminder to are the people CC'd on the agreement. I am very confused and have tried "mofiying" the agreement to no avail. I have also tried addin
Hello,I received an email with a request to sign an employment contract, but it shows the wrong surname (my maiden name). I have checked my surname everywhere in the settings and have not found any discrepancies. Could you please help me change it?Thank you.
Hi, I received a job offer via Workday which I have to sign via e-Sign. I clicked on e-Sign and signed the job contract, but Workday still has the task as "Review"; the same happens with another doc (insurance policy). Meaning the tasks are still somehow pending from my side, and since Workday doesn't have the task as completed, I can't even download a copy of the signed job contract, etc. Ah, and when I open the task again by clicking on Review, and try to sign it again by clicking on e-Sign by Adobe Sign, Adobe shows that the doc has already been signed, in red. And then there's a "Close" button. I contacted the company but haven't gotten any response yet. TY.
I am testing this currently. When I send this, I receive an email with confirmation. Within this email is this comment: When <email> completes <Document> all parties will receive a final PDF copy by email.Does this mean that EVERY person in the Send box that a document is sent to for signature, will receive notification when each person signs it??? If so, can this be deactivated??

2 of the 5 people have signed the document. Person 3 can't find the document to sign. Is there a way to resend the document with the two previous signatures to person 3 and continue the signing chain to persons 4 and 5. I am hoping to not have to start the whole process over and have persons 1 and 2 resign.

"Participant 1" In my workflow has to select whether or not they are married. In this case, "Participant 2" would need to sign a specific conditional signature in the form. If "Participant 1" is not married, "Participant 2" no longer will exist. I need to keep "Participant 2" linked to the signature box specific to the Spouse, even when there is no "Participant 2," so that no other Recipients will be assigned that fillable signature. I need the other recipients in the work flow to still be assigned to their own boxes without being bumped up and assigned the wrong fillables. Is there a way to accomplish this?
I have the same problem. The developer did not even fixed after many years

In an era where mobile efficiency is key, completing tasks on the go is no longer optional. From professionals signing contracts to parents filling out school forms, the demand for simple mobile solutions is greater than ever. Yet, for many, working with PDF forms on a mobile device remains difficult, slow, and often incomplete. Challenges exist on both sides. Recipients often struggle with pinching, zooming, and navigating clunky forms, which can lead to errors or abandonment. But the challenges are just as real for senders. Today, creating a true mobile-friendly form could mean months of custom coding or reliance on costly, complex third-party platforms — making it impractical for many businesses to keep pace with modern expectations. The result? Delayed rollouts, increased costs, and missed opportunities to engage mobile-first customers. With Mobile Focus, we’re setting a new standard — making it easier than ever for anyone to send, fill out, and
Can i get audit report appended to all my documents after e-signing?
So I have been using Adobe e-sign for the last year and it has done everything we as a business need it to, however in the last week my adobe has updated and it is awful! As a company we have an adobe pdf form that we use for employee expense forms, however once these are filled out and sent over to us in accounts to send to the relevant manager for signing, when we send for e-sign through adobe all of the information that has been typed into it disappears and it sends a blank document to the manager to sign. To get around this we have to save every unsigned expense form and then upload and send for signature through the outlook add on, this is very long winded and a duplication of work... Also, we have forms within the company that need to be sent to a form filler to fill out and then sent on to the manager for signature, the new e-sign doesn't give me the option to select someone as a form filler anymore which means that it no longer serves the purpose!!
I have started getting an issue where a client is signing a document but when I get the document back, the signature is upside down and in the wrong place. Has anyone else had this issue and what can I do to correct it without having to resend to the client?
Hi, I have a PDF document I'd like to be digitally signed by others via Adobe Sign. When users receive the document they'are unable to sign it with a digital certificate (they can sign drawing and uploading an image), buy I want that, every user has a digital certificate, can sign with the certificate. When I prepare the PDF file to be sent by Adobe Sign I cannot see the type Digital Signature in the field options, I only can see Signature, Initials and Signature Block, but not Digital Signature.Am I missing anything?REgards,
Hi, In an Adobe Sign template, I have text fields where multi-line data entry is enabled.I set the maximum character length to 500, but if the signer enters one word per line, a scroll bar appears in the text field. This means the user (or recipient) cannot see the text that has scrolled out of view in the PDF.Is there any way to lock the scroll bar so that the user cannot enter more text once the visible space in the text field is filled?Or, alternatively, is there a way to automatically prevent hidden/overflow text in multi-line fields in Adobe Sign templates? In the downloaded pdf the user cannot see the text that has scrolled out of view Is there any way to fix this ?Thanks,Sreejesh
