Once a webform is created, is there a way to change/update the cc: on where completed copies of the forms are sent? It appears that I may need to create a new webform to accomplish this? Thank you in advance.
We would like to use esign for documents; however, these documents are dated elsewhere and the signature should not be dated. Is there a way to turn the blue line, etc. on and off in esign? Thanks!
I'm trying to implement the functionality, where users need to sign documents within the application process instead of sending a document to user for eSignature.I used Adobe Sign API(using trail account) to achieve this and was able to create a widget and get the embedded code to display the document in the HTML page successfully. But, while creating the widget I wanted to prefill the form fields and set field as read-only(first_name, address etc) in the document. I'm not able to access/customize form filed.steps, I followed to achieve this. - Create transientDocument using Form(4506_T). (POST - /transientDocuments) - Create a widget using transientDocumentId. (POST - /widgets) - Get embeddedCode in the widget views call response. (POST /widgets/{widgetId}/views)But there is something called mergeFieldInfo in create widget model in (API- v5).It'll help to set a default value but there is no attribute to set field as read-only.*API version I have tried- V6 REST API — Document e-signatur
For the love of the sweet baby Jesus, how in the heck do I unsubscribe from AdobeSign marketing emails???? I have been trying to get off their email list for over a year, have quadruple checked account settings multiple times to not receive marketing emails, but continue to get them. It is impossible to unsubscribe via the link in email, as it's been broken for well over a year. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service last year to try and get off this damn list, and it seemed to work for awhile, but all of the sudden I started getting emails again out of the blue? PLEASE FIX YOUR UNSUBSCRIBE SETTINGS, ADOBE!!!!!!
We are seeing the URL https://ardownload2.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/2300620380/AcrobatDCx64Upd2300620380.msp download a file producing different SHA256 values in some regions across the world. In the UK, we see a SHA 256 of 1A0CCAF7C71C7A542D32328C8F51BAFED3E9D66798D1BE68A0FD8B66D3F1E465. In the US, we're seeing a SHA 256 of 6C601B8BFA0A43059FD50521191C08CE1AFAD5E0D8817B13E6D49C021C2D9B01. Upon inspecting the .msp files downloaded in both regions, they seem to be identical with the only exception being the UK one has a broken digital signature (although it's signed with the same certificate compared to the US one.) Running Get-AuthenticodeSignature on the .msp downloaded in the UK shows an error of HashMismatch: "The contents of file C:\Users\AdamCook\Downloads\AcrobatDCx64Upd2300620380.msp might havebeen changed by an unauthorized user or process, because the hash of the file does not matchthe hash stored in the digital sign
Is there any way to collaboarte on an Adobe Sign template or have more than one person able to edit (without having to transfer ownership)?
Is there a way to enforce a deafult font size across fields in an Adobe Sign template?
Is there any way to enforce a character limit, or stop the ability to type past the end viewable area of the text fields in an Adobe Sign template? At the momet, people are typing in the fields but on the final static signed document, some of their text is missing.
Last friday one of my colleagues wanted upload a pdf, but during the uploading the sign fields she got an error. "Could not send" Acrobat Sign was unable to read one or more of them. And another one of my colleagues wanted to send a document and after she filled in the person who needed to sign she got a notice: This was also last friday. Were there problems on the server or are we doing something wrong?
I was wondering how can I download a combined PDF of a completed document (the exact same file I would get via email after the document is signed and filed). Thanks
Lorsque je mets l'adresse courriel du destinataire, je clique sur "indiquer l'endroit ou signer" et cela tourne et tourne sans jamais passer plus loin. Quelqu'un peut m'aider?
Hello,Im re-creating a webform and the date field (which is a signer info field) needs to show the name of the month in spanish. Its showing in english and I cannot find the setting to make that show in spanish. Thanks for any help.
Hello All. (First time posting so please excuse any etiquette faux pas)Trying to figure out how to change the expiration time on a link. I "think" it is set to around 30 days but conflicting info on Adobe website. Issue - send the request for e-sign and person ignores and then when it states to "click here" to refresh link, they stop and ask me for a new document and process starts again. I am trying to extend link expiration to 90 days to avoid the expiration. Adobe suggest to go to Account Settings/Security Settings/Document Link Expiration and change from 7 to 90 but I cannot for the life of me find how to get to the section. Any help would be truly appreciated. Thanks.
I've seen a couple of similar posts recently and we are having the same problem. We created multiple webforms and the signature field is coming back upside down and in the wrong location. Is there a solution yet? It seems to be more of a system wide issue and not due to our forms as we create a new set of our forms each year. This has been happening with all of out 2025 forms we made earlier this year. I just tested a form created in March 2024. I looked at one of the agreements that was signed from it in 2024 and it was perfect. I just filled out the same form today 5/2/2025 and the copy that was sent to me after signing it had the signatures upside down and on random pages. Something has changed in the last year probably recently since so many are posting about it to make this happen with the signatures. It is embarrassing to have a client receive a copy of their form with the signatures all over the place and upside down. Adobe! Please find a solution ASAP. Thank you.&nbs
Hi All, With respect to the above image, is there any way to stop Adobe Sign from automatically placing those yellow text boxes. The yelllow boxes are editable/fillable fields that are preset in the Adobe form. I did not create this document. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Very frustrated here. I've been trying to create a new template using adobe sign. Everything looks great except for the unwanted signature block added to the bottom of our documents. We added signatures but not did not add the signature block. When you go to sign the document, both the signature and signature block are at the bottom of the document. Sometimes adding an additional unwanted page. I spent 1 hour with support on chat that they told us, "Adobe Sign doesn't add pages". Well, it does and we can prove it. The support agent proceeded to go AWOL after some time. They also wanted me to install Bomgard, which is one of the biggest no-no's in the security industry. Bomgard is capable of looking at your entire computer, remotely installing apps, and for taking over machines - shame on Adobe for using this tool. Yes - I have an IT security background. So the question here is why is Adobe Sign adding these signature
Hi all, I'm looking at positioning an advanced support plan for an Adobe Sign customer. I can only find the enterprise support plan in the wizard. I know an Elite support plan also exists. Is the Elite support plan possible for Adobe Sign? If yes, how to quote it? Thanks
When in edit mode of Adobe Sign, I have four paricipants on the page. When I go to assign participant status, that is Particpant 1, Participant 2, etc. , the program forces all to be the same.
Occasionally, I'll start a document and then finish it later and it creates two documents. One is left in prefill, and one is sent for signature. That's an issue on its own, but ......my real question is how do you cancel an agreement in the prefill stage? Thanks
Hello,I want to allow recipients to access certain files as separate downloadable links instead of merging everything into the main agreement document. When I use the Attachment field in a template, Acrobat Sign merges the file into the main agreement (the template).I read that Acrobat Sign supports Supplemental Documents, which should appear as separate links to attached files during the signing process.Could you please guide me on:Does Acrobat Sign support Supplemental Documents as separate links (not merged)? How can I enable Supplemental Documents in my account (via Admin settings or through Adobe Support)? Thanks in advance!
I recently created a new account with my business email. When I go to request e-signatures, I can fill in the recipient, indicate where to sign and click send. It says "XXXX has successfully been sent out for signature". However, no email gets sent to the recipient, and I do not receive a confirmation email saying it has been sent out. Is there any way to fix this?
I have Adobe Acrobat Sign (Pro Teams) and have been using this connector for more than 8 months. So far, the existing flows have been triggered and completed successfully. However, when I tried to create another flow with the connector, I experienced this error. Additionally, when I open an existing flow for editing, I encounter the same error.
When testing sample webform which has many fields to complete, I recieved Session Timeouts which removed my form data that I had just inputted. What is the current Session Timeout ? I have a Small Business license. Is the Session Timeout longer for the Enterprise version ? Thanks
Hello,Is it possible to set a time period for the autodelegation feature?Rgds
I am currently working with 15 checklist documents that I need to sign. Each document is based on the same template, which I personalize with individual contractor details. Every document requires only one signature—mine—and the signature field is located in the same position across all files.Additionally, each signed checklist must be saved individually, as they are separate agreements. Is there a way to sign all these documents simultaneously or in bulk, rather than opening and signing each one manually?Any advice or recommended workflow to streamline this process would be greatly appreciated.
