UI in Adobe Reader DC says the document has been sent for signature, but no documents are ever received. We've tried multiple addresses at various domains. We are also not receiving confirmations at the sender's email address, which we were up until yesterday. It's as if the outgoing mail server just isn't processing stuff. The Adobe status page at status.adobe.com shows nothing down at Adobe Sign or Document Cloud.
I have been using the Adobe Sign app on my Samsung Galaxy tab to let clients sign agreements in person using the tablet's large screen and stylus instead of their own small phones. However, the recent updates have messed up the flow. The app keeps crashing or does not do anything when clicking on the signature field. Have not been able to use the tab for the "Host Sign" feature.
I am trying to prevent a cell from being filled out with the same number from another cell. I was attempting to do this fieldValue != [Store Number] , but am gettting the error that the value of Store number can't be found, so it won't save the formula. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Hi thereNever heard of braintree and now I have been charged....Can u help me with thhis? My Adobe suscripition have had no change in a while,,,Idk why is this.... Thank you
Hello, A few days ago, both the "signer - recipient" and "approver" (Me the notary) were available when using the Request e-signatures Tool. However, the "approver" seems to have disappeared, and there is only the option to send the document for the signer/recipient's signature. This tool is required as I am a notary in Ontario and need to e-sign the document and include my stamps after the recipient signs it. If this tool does still exist - where do I find it. Thanks, Catherine
Is there any way to force my recipients to use the "Draw" signature option? I could not figure out how to do so.... Thanks!
The new experience looks like it should allow for the same drag and drop files for signature as the old experience. However, in Microsoft Edge this is not happening. In the old experience I have no issue. When I switch to new experience the drag option states "copy" which just makes the PDF download to the browser and open through the browser. Very frustrating.
Before the most recent Adobe Sign update, I was able to add a multiple lines option to the Text field; however, I do not see the option to add multiple lines or text wrapping. Has anyone figured this out?
There is server error when "click to sign" an agreement to client , the error code is : "240418051752126.app-a1".i am desperate for a solution but the ai helpdesk seems unhelpful. Below is the print screen of the error message .
Hi,I've setup a sharepoint online library to store all the invoices, which I want to setup an power automate to route the invoices for approval. I've also establish metadata field in sharepoint library for the individual file (ie cost code, approver name, approver email, receive date), which I'm able to and have already created an Adobe Acrobat Sign template in the library with the associated field from sharepoint and signature boxes. I want to trigger from Sharepoint library by selecting the specific invoice pdf file to create an agreement with a template cover page and send for signature.I see that there's an action for:"Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature" and"Create an agreement from an uploaded document and send for signature" I'm wondering how i can create an agreement from a template combing with an uploaded document and send for signature.
It used to be really easy to change this, but i've tried in both web and app and neither are giving me this option. On a help page (https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/sign/using/replace-signer.html#sa_src=web-messaging ) it mentions a "Manage Tab" but i can't find this anywhere, could any help with how to do it with the new change(don't know if i'm a fan of this change yet, great to be able to add CC after now, but not being able to easily amend signers will be a massive negative - a video how to would be appreciated to get caught up!) Thank you!
A recent update went through that has removed the "cc" option when sending out an e-signature to a recipient. Now my only options are to go to the 'old' Adobe Acrobat to accomplish this, as far as I know. Am I mistaken? Is there a way to add carbon copy recipients for these e-signatures but I merely missed where the option is? Also, slightly unrelated, but I'd like to know if there's a way to move the toolbar from the right side to the left side. This is another thing recent updates seemed to have changed arbitrarily.
Below error is observed while submitting an excel file: Acrobat Sign was unable to process your document(s). This can occur if uploaded documents contain scripts, macros or Visual Basic code. You may wish to inspect your documents for these elements, remove them, and try again. Can any body guide on that?
Adobe Sign is already an extremely irritating program to work with, especially in the new experience as it creates additional steps to many of the tools in order to get them to post correctly. It makes me physically sick to know I no longer have access to the classis experience. In my opinion this is a step BACK, not a move FORWARD and terrible customer service. I wish my company would consider DocuSign.
I used to have no problem sending multiple documents at once for e-sign. I just drag all documents into the e-sign window and once the e-sign is done, I can just download each individual document separately. But it's not the case anymore since about 1 month ago. Right now when I try to send multiple documents for e-sign, the system just automatically combines them into one document. And once the e-sign is done, I can no longer download individual documents. Even though the 'download individual files' option is still there, it's just this one combined document available for download. Anyone has the same issue? Any fixes? Thanks.
I am pretty sure this is spam and, obviously, I will not respond to it, but I also need your opinion about how slick these spammers got to be, lately:It is interesting how they use this email address, adobesign@adobesign.comAny thoughts on it...?
I’m looking for a way to export a list that shows the next person required to sign each actively routing document. We typically have around 30 documents routing each week, and there are frequent inquiries about who is currently holding up the signatures. While I can manually check each routing agreement to identify the current signer, I would prefer an automated export from Adobe Sign that clearly indicates the next signatory for all routing agreements. If I can export this data into Excel, I can build a Power BI app to automatically update a site with this information. In an older version of Adobe Sign, I recall being able to access this field, but in the newer version, even after selecting all available fields, the current signer’s information does not appear. The export shows all signatories on the agreement but does not specify the person currently holding the agreement for signature. Does anyone have ideas or suggestions on how to extract this specific information?
As mentioned - please advise. I want to remove the document there as well. Please advise. Thank you.
Hi. I need to update my login/account e-mail with Adobe acrobat sign - does anyone know how to do this?
I added a custom date field in an Adobe Sign document because I only needed the month and the day. The field isn't marked as an error when I created it and Adobe allowed me to send the document out, but once the signer tries to fill in the date, they get the error message attached and nothing we enter works! What happened?I have also included a snip of how I created the field.
Hi,I recently signed a document via Adobe Acrobat Sign. While I received confirmation for another document I signed around the same time, this particular one is not appearing in my Acrobat Sign dashboard under the "Manage" section or any other tab.I want to make sure:The document was successfully signed and submitted. The sender has received the signed copy.I can retrieve or view the signed version if needed.I’ve already checked my email and tried logging out and back in, but the document is still missing from my dashboard.Any suggestions on how to proceed or confirm delivery with the sender? Thanks in advance!
I have made a fillable PDF form but, when I try to send for signature, it says it can't send because it is an "Unsupported File type". It gives no guidance at all about what is supported and what is not. i would have thought a PDF form made in Acrobat DC should be automatically supported.I can't find any useful guidance on this on the web. What goes on?
Switched to new experience by force 😞 Search for template function not working. We have to scroll the long list to find. -also Radio Buttons on old templates are glitching in New Experience. We are forced to delete and create new ones or it doesn't let us send.- If you're first position in the signing order, your name doesn't auto-populate in the box and you can't select "myself". I'd like to switch back to the Classic Experience.
I received a signed document from my client with ADOBE verification that it was signed, but there is no written signature on the signature line. It only had a printed stamp of the person's name and date of signature below the line. What could be the problem? Is it truly valid?
