Adobe Acrobat Sign

Cannot send agreements from SFDC - getting this error. Attached agreement from Echosign, along with its template. I think this might be happening because of edit privileges on the agreement in the Adobe Sign portal.

I'm writing this here, because I can't find any other relevant channel to address my issue.I need to get a price offer for the Business or Enterprise plan of Adobe Sign. I have contacted Adobe more than a week ago through the online form (although didn't include my phone nr.). Seeing that there's no contact, I called the number on the website and got through to a Customer Care agent, who wrote down my details and forwarded them to the Marketing Associate, who called me the next day and further inquired on our needs. One day after, he follows up with an email and includes the "Sign specialist" who should support me going forward, who didn't contact me. I wrote them back only to find out that the specialist is on his annual leave. I'm not complaining on the guys, but on your process. How many people do I need to interact with and how much do I have to wait until I can get a price estimation, which should actually be public and transparent. I am able to 'fill and sign' a PDF but when I send for signature the page just freezes with a round ball circling.  I have urgent contracts to get signed this week and this is very frustrating.I am using a MAC and have not had any problems prior to this week.  I am uninstalled Adobe and reinstalled.  I have tried to manage the whole process in the cloud and the same thing happens.Can anyone assist?ThanksSally

How do I delete a document after yesterday's new revision?  I don't see an option anywhere to delete a document - draft, in process, or signed & filed...

Hi,I have been using Adobe Esign restfull API integrated in my application for electronic signature facility. I need to be able to send some additional documents along with my singable document with envelope.These documents are going to be the ones a signature must view before being able to sign actual document.I have bee looking for ways to do this however I could not find any solution.Please suggest if it is even possible to be done or not in Adobe sign using restfull APIs.

I send out many copies of the same document to be signed throughout our company. I can no longer tell who they have been sent to if I want to maintain certain documents, or if it needs to be removed, without clicking on each one to see who it has been sent to. And not being able to delete the documents sent for signatures and only cancel them adds to the on going list and makes finding documents even more cumbersome. This update is not user friendly at all. Its like it has been broken down to the most basic information and that is all we get to maintain our documents sent out for signatures.

I need to create sub-groups in my account, but I can't even start because the buttons for users and groups do not appear in my account dashboard. How can I have it so they appear?

I have been sending documents for signature for a long time using Adobe Sign without any issues. This has changed recently and many documents have not been signed as the receiver has stated they have been unable to sign it!To find out the issue, I sent a document to be signed through another email address I use.  When I click on the link to go to the document, it now asks me to sign in.  This email address does not have an adobe account, so I don't understand why I should have to set one up, just to sign a document which someone else sends.This is why I use Adobe to ask others to securely sign documents without the need of everyone having an account with adobe.  It does not seem to work every time any more.Ideas?

For E-Signatures you could click share and enter an email address to share what you sent. I see the share option is gone? Is there another way to share now?

can a signed form be directed to a specific adobe dc folder or Dropbox or does it need to be manually moved once it it s signed and returned ?

Im still getting "server blocked by extension" error in Chrome or no Adobe Cloud Document window at all in Safari after the browser session expires.  Are there any solutions to this other than resetting the cache and restarting the browser each time the session expires?  It happens in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox so its not a browser issue, per se.On the bright side, after clicking OK to reload the page I've noticed that if you wait approx 10 minutes after the Google sad face appears, the Document Cloud application will magically work again.In layman's terms, the application window on the Adobe Document Cloud works UNTIL it times out from inactivity and when you click to reload the page a sad face appears along with "requests to the server are blocked".  The solution is to reset the cache and restart the browser at which point the document web app window will work again until....thats right, unless you leave it open and the session expires..then the sad face.Can you see m

Hi,I've got several combinations of legal documents I need to send for signatures, and they've all been set up as individual Templates in my library, so I can change the combination as required depending on who I send them to. Yet when I Send for signatures and attach any additional documents, the first document always appears fine, but then random form fields in the additional documents change for no reason. So a Name field turns into a date, or a Title turns into Company.Help?

Trying to add stamps to a PDF document using this as a reference   Adobe Sign Text Tag Guide The probleme is that on one adobe sign flow the stamp for signer3 is shown correctly, but for signer4 nothing is shown.  On another test, the stamp is shown for signer4, but not for signer3.Any ideas.

Hi,I need to send a contract to a couple with one e-mail address that requires both signatures. I've read the adobe step-by-step guide but keep hitting the same snag:When I try to assign an email to each signature box, it shows the two emails but neither of them have the (1) next to the email address. So when I try to label the second signature field, it changes the first one as well. This creates the issue of my clients trying to sign the contract, but both fields have to have the same signature in order to be signed. Another note: in the step by step guide, after you upload files, it says to click "preview and add signature fields", but I don't have that option. Not sure if they are related or not. How can I fix this issue?

I have a document that we send to customers to both sign and enter in credit card information. These forms are emailed using "Send for signature" feature in Adobe Acrobat pro-DC. I just need to know how I can encrypt a text field after a customer put's in their Credit card info, and then decrypt it once I get it back.

Nebraska law does not authorize Adobe Sign and I cannot seem to get an answer from Adobe.  Adobe's own website states, "It is rare to have e-signatures challenged in court.  But if it should ever happen to your organization, Adobe is here for you."  According to the Nebraska Secretary of State's Office, the only authority that is approved in Nebraska is DocuSign.  Are any other states having issues?  Thoughts?  I appreciate any guidance.

Hello, I'm on a trial of Adobe Sign. I was trying to configure SAML authentication. Something went wrong in the configuration and now I can't get back in because it keeps on making me sign in through my SAML IdP, which of course fails.Speaking with Adobe Support, they said "SAML can't be modified in Trial and password reset should work for you." I tried the password reset and it says my account can't be reset. Then they said since it's a trial account, they cannot help me further.Any ideas on what to do next?
