Hello Adobe Technical Help Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a critical error I experienced on June 12, 2025, at 21:55 while using the latest version of the Adobe Scan app on my Samsung Galaxy S23 (Android). Issue Summary: While attempting to upload a screenshot into an ongoing PDF document containing multiple scanned business receipts (added over 5 months of use into the same file), the app appeared to glitch and replaced the entire document with the new screenshot. The original document, which included all previous receipts, now seems to have been completely overwritten and is missing. The new file also has a different title. Other Relevant Details:All other individual and series PDF files remain present and unaffected.The missing master document is not visible in Adobe Cloud, nor is it located in any "deleted" or "trash" section.There is no apparent way to "undo" or recover the overwritten file.No other

I have saved scanned PDFs in adobe scan 2 year ago and now this files are not open.what I do for this problem? Please give me correct solution.

I can't find my files saved in the app after I changed my iPhone and redownloaded the app.How can I find the files? Are they lost?

As of June 6, the links for scanned documents cannot be emailed. They appear to be going through fine as usual, and I've been doing this for years....yet they are nowhere to be found in my sent emails folder. I've tried several different email addresses so I know that is not the problem. I'm hoping to fix this without signing out of the app because I don't want to lose all of my past scanned documents. Please advise! Thank you! 

Hello, the app was working fine yesterday but today I'm getting an error to switch to full screen mode to use the camera. I've downloaded the app update, how do I fix this error please?

The scan items have disappeared—what’s the reason? Nothing like this has ever happened before.

I'm unable to log into Adobe Scan app on my iphone 12 pro max with iOS 18.5.  I have repeatedly receieved the message "Error.  Unable to sign in.  Please try again later."  I've read through other similar community posts here without success.  I've searched online and tried everything that the AI search recommended such as clearing cache.  I am able to sign into my adobe reader app but none of my scans show up there.  I have a few important documents that I need access to.  Please advise.

HI - I have a scanned document from someone that I am trying to identify WHAT APPLICATION provides this font? It shows up fine in adobe but is listed as:*Times New Roman-Bold-4016exactly like above as the font type but adobe pro does not have that listed.I have checked WORD, PAINT, PHOTOSHOP and adobe AND CANNOT FIND what type of application has that specific font as an option. Help 🙂

How do I download the scanned PDF files to my local device storage? I have the document set to be "available offline" but when I search my files for it via my file manager, it's not found.

Need a document scanner, that can be controlled directly by Acrobat Pro to do the scanning process, that is Mac compatible. Have used Fujitsu high end flatbeds under Windows that worked directly with Acrobat Pro. Have not tried a Twain compliant Epson DS 77 II [did not work] and a SnapScan IX1400 [also did not work]. And had to send both scanner back. I do not want to use the scanner manufacturer software to control the scanning and I do not want to resort to the Mac OS Image Capture to do the scanner and then move the PDF into Acrobat Pro. Since I have seen it in the Windows world [with a 2015 vintage Fujitsu scanner and Acrobat Pro], I have not been able to find a Mac compatible scanner that the companies say will 'actually' work with Acrobat Pro in this manner. Appreciate any Mac users who can confirm that the have a scanner model that can be run/controlled/etc directly by the Acrobat Pro program.

Hi,I seem to have lost all my previous scans in the iOS Adobe Scan app.I have tried to sign out and sign back in: No previous scans.I have deleted the app and reinstalled: No previous scans.I have searched in the online version: No previous scans.I have tried checking with other accounts: No previous scans. I really need those scans, since some of them I hadn't saved them yet anywhere else.

I thought Adobe scan is included in creative cloud but the scans not saving to folder and shows i'm a random user than the paid account. It does not offer login but just asks to pay for Scan Premium
