Adobe Scan

I (and every other person I have spoken to about this) really need an option to turn off auto-crop for all pages at once. When you create a PDF from pre-saved images in your photo gallery, it auto-colors and auto-crops all the pages. You can turn off the auto-coloring by selecting the color icon on any page, clicking "original color" and clicking the button that says "apply to all pages." But when you turn off auto-crop (by clicking the crop icon on any page and then clicking "no crop"), there is no button that allows you to "apply to all pages." This means you have to turn off cropping for every single page one at a time. Please, please, please add this button so that we can turn off auto-crop on all pages at once rather than having to go page by page.

Using iOSI have taking photos of pages from book, but as "document"--i the PDF apperance looks better.  However, when i "save PDF" it saves it as "Book..." and NOT "document..." and looks like jpeg not PDG?  What am I doing wrong?  This started to happen only recently.  Thanks.

Hice un respaldo en Icloud de mi Iphone 13. Cuando restauré la información en mi Iphobe 14 no se restauraron mis documentos escneados en Adobe Scan del año 2024.

I don't know what you guys done with the app but I have to send an important document but due to some bug and can't sent it this is what you done.This is so offensive.I love this app from bottom of my heart, but this really heartbreaking scenario for me. So I request you to please fix it I will always be grateful for you.Thank you

Scanned on my iphone. I have a creative cloud account. I "saved" ea scan, and I can see their icons on my phone, but when I try to open them or export them it doesn't work.  Here's the image I geet when I try to  just view one of them... I 

As the topic indicated, I couldn't upload the scanned files to the cloud for 2 days. 

I am not able to see watermark option under Add content section when I try to use edit PDF option.Please advise on how I can enable this option. I am using Adobe standard online version and I also have Adobe Pro.

i have a file but it is not opening it shows the document cannot be opened because it is damaged or corrupted

Is it possible to scan photo of document with QR code right on folding line due to mailing within small envelope (document cannot be mailed unfolded). I have not yet found App for it. 

With Adobe Scan Premium I need help with saving as PNG which has not only consumes much less storage but higher resolution. I tried save as original but Photo shows JPEG which is 1MB. my workaround is to screenshot Saved Photo from Adobe Scan to reduce file storage to 640KBIs screenshot the only way to reduce Adobe Scan Save as image by 36%?BTW why JPEG is default rather than PNG?

Hi, I have recently changed my phone, and I have logged in to the adobe scan android app, but I can't find my existing scans. [P.I removed by moderator]   Please assist.

I would have been really happy if it had worked, but I scanned 26 pages with my iphone sitting on my couch (what luxury!) but it was too good to be true. the files simply don't upload.  I asked it to combine the files. It couldn't do that either. So I either re-scan using my scanner with image capture or I download all those scans into my photos on my phone and then drag them out into acrobat on my computer.  I've got the app on the seven day trial. I won't keep it unless somebody knows a way to get those scans into the cloud. (There are a few scans uploaded last January on the site, but not these recent ones.)

Hi!I'm using Adobe Scan from my Android device (a Samsung Galaxy S24 with Android 14), and I've noticed that after the latest update, the option "Save as jpg" is missing. Is it possible to restore it?The app version is 24.09.12 Thank you!

Photo or PDF add in PDF 

Hi,I'm trying to use this app on my Chromebook, but it never accesses the camera. It gives the error "Please switch the app to full screen mode to use the camera". However, even though I go into fullscreen mode it still shows this error.Is there any way to get this app working on my Chromebook?

Hi falks,I'm now capturing my music scores with this app. It works perfect for me especially removing my shadow refrected in my capture. But after creating pdf, it always uploads where I dont want, so I'd like to stop this default behavior. In my case, I export and save into my local device storage. So just want off the uploading.Thank you,

Since I installed adobe scan on my device, it takes around 1.5gb of space in the internal storage, I tried clearing out cache memory yet it shows the same in total I have around 63 docs scanned, which has hardly 300mb of space covered, now the question here is how can it take so much space ?

Hello. The copy to feauture is not available anymore on my android phone. It was available 2 days ago. Do you know why and if it gonna be back?

hi i am scanning text documents (from laser printers) with adobe scan app, on ios, since years,the scanned images were always very sharp and of top quality! recently it wont scan sharp text documents anymore,- the text of the scan looks like an old inkjet printer, where the type is melting in all directions 🙂- it seems, i cannot change the scan quality, neither in the adobe scan app, nor in the ios setting however, i didnt change any setting. (i guess, it doesnt matter, if i enable OCR or not) any idea? thanks!

Oggi sono entrata nell'app di Adobe Scan per poter inviare via mail i link per lo scarico su PEC di alcune scansioni, inizialmente mi dava error DFCFileSystemDomain 3 quando cercavo di aprirne una, provando sulle altre mi dava lo stesso errore, anche se tentavo di condividerle. Uscendo e rientrando nell'app e cercando le solite scansioni non c'erano più. Potreste aiutarmi in qualche modo? Avrei necessità di recuperarle al più presto.
