I can’t find all my data in cloud storage. Only 2 files left. I need access to old files. I checked all my other accounts. Please check and help restore them.

I have subscribed 350 rupees pack today..my money has been got deducted from my account..in Adobe I am unable to use my subscribed pack

Opłaciłem subskrypcję roczną - płatność za pośrednictwem google pay 12.05.2026. Jednak dziś subskrypcja wygasła. Bardzo proszę o wyjaśnienie.

7th April, 2026.I have read similar requests and tried the steps offered but still cant find my documents. I used the app for more than 3 years but All scans disappeared from my phone app, and desktop as well. I need assistance asap! 

I already subscribed for premium account on Adobe scan. Now I check again for the price, time of my subscription but I can't find it anywhere. Please support 

When I scan in docs to create pdf it constantly crashes when trying to save. Has anyone had this issue? 

I have saved several documents in Adobe...Now when I open them,it altogether opens a different document..Even if I recently save a document,it shows different document as saved..

I forgot to notice. I just wanted to do the one-week test. And it is just 2 days to late?Can i have the opportunity to retroactivate the notice before two days?How can i contact to clear this personal? 

I subscribed to the free trial and cancelled the trial before subscription start , but somehow I got charged INR 849 . I did not intend to pay nor subscribe to such service. I would greatly appreciated if I could get a full refund. Many thanks

Yo no necesito aquella aplicación, solo quería probarlo pero ya me debitaron y busque en la página de Adobe un asistente en línea y dicen que están ocupados por eso estoy aquí. Puse una queja en Google play pero me manifiestan que debo comunicarme con ustedes. Ayúdeme con el reembolso ya que no he usado este servicio. Hola,Solicito el reembolso de una suscripción de Adobe Scan que se cobró sin mi autorización. Solo quería probar la aplicación, pero ya se realizó el débito.Intenté resolverlo directamente con Adobe a través de su asistente en línea, pero indicaban estar ocupados. También presenté una queja en Google Play, donde me informaron que debo contactarlos a ustedes.**Por favor, ayúdenme con el reembolso**, ya que no he utilizado el servicio premium. No mes passado realizei a contratacao do periodo de teste de 7 dias grátis, após 2 ou 3 dias eu realizei o cancelamento da assinatura, porém hoje, praticamente 1 mes depois, debitou do meu cartão o valor da assinatura e está me cobrando uma taxa de 130 reais para cancelar, como se eu tivesse seguido com o plano, porém foi CANCELADO.

Olá, eu realizei o teste de 7 dias gratuitos no MÊS passado,  e passado 2 ou 3 dias eu cancelei a assinatura, porém HOJE, praticamente 1 mês depois, cobrou no meu cartão e na hora de cancelar está me cobrando uma taxa de 130 reais.

I cancelled my free adobe scan 7 day subscription on day 5 but they still charged me full month fee from auto pay. i am not happy with this i need refund.I cancelled it on 13th may transaction id- 103294428350help me with my refund @Adobe

AI is okay but how about showing some real intelligence and sorting out this ‘waitung to upload’ mess in your app? Very frustrating.
