Heyy is it possible to use a Equalizer which only effects the effext you produced from the reverb before in Adobe?I hadnt found a way till now

Ok so I'm editing some audio and I need to zoom in to fix some dialogue. when I do, for whatever reason the waveform and the spectral display are going out of sync. I've never encountered this before and I can find anyone else that has. here are some pictures to help show what I'm experiencing Zoomed in: And for whatever reason, if I zoom in a little more, it goes back in syncI've already Uninstalled and reinstalled, and I haven't changed anything from what I normally do when editing. So I really have no idea what's going on. It just started doing it today. I'm on Windows PC if that helps

I'm using Audition on Windows 10 and the Generate Speech effect has been great so far. But I want to add emphasis on certain words. For example, the sentence "What was he hiding?" I want to put an emphasis on "was" so it sounds more like "What WAS, he hiding?" I read in a few places that you can add tags like [[emph +]] but Audition doesn't seem to recognize that.Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hey Guys,I am running a 7 day trial of Audition and have connected my MacBook Pro and audio interface and applied the correct settings to ensure that these are recognised.When clicking record, I get a flatline with no audio playing back.I have done the following to try and rectify:1. Checked the settings in preferences for Audio Channel Mapping and Audio Hardware and these are picking up the equipment.2. Have tested with Garage Band and all working fine3. Checked the Sound Settings on the Mac and these are recognising the hardware input as expected.4. Tried different ports on the Mac and had the same results.5. Have tried both Waveform and Multitrack with the same result.Not Sure If I am missing something simple, have tried disconnecting the hardware and using the Mac Mic and Speakers but the same result.Want to give Audition a shot but have spent an hour or so troubleshooting today and not made any headway.Any help would be great, I have added screenshots of the result after recording

I purchased a license for Audiiton CC for my nephew as a holiday gift.  He was able to download the application, but every time he attempt to launch the program it crashes.  There are no error messages.  His computer is brand new and meets the minimum system requirements.  Any suggestions?

Context - I have been an audio engineer since the mid-90s.  I learned on Analog gear.  I got into DAW recording in 1997.  I have extensive knowledge of how compressors and noise gates and expanders work, so I am not looking for an explanation of compressors.  However, I am having a difficult time understanding the user interface of the Dynamics Processing plug-in.I feel like I grasp the main graph on the "Dynamics Tab," but I'm having a hard time understanding the Settings tab.Under the settings tab you have the Level Detector section and below it, the Gain Processor section.  Level Detector has an Input Gain slider (this makes sense).  The Gain Processor has an Output Gain slider (this makes sense) as well, and both have attack and release settings.MAIN QUESTION: I understand what attack and release settings are for on any other compressor/gate/expander, but why are there two sets of these settings under this tab?  I notice there is no "hold" setting

I can record the left channel in stereo but I can't get any input/volume/signal from the mic when I try to record in mono. My settings are attached. Any ideas?

Hi All, I received a voiceover file that I need to split up into multiple files and insert silence at the beginning and end of each file.  I can do this manually, but I’d like to automate the process if possible.  It seems that this feature used to exist in Audition, but it has been reduced to just splitting the file, rather than also inserting silence. According to the following (fairly old) Adobe blog post, this process used to be available in Audition by creating range markers spanning the areas in the file that need to be split, and pressing the "Batch Export Marker Regions" button in the Markers pane:  https://theblog.adobe.com/using_audition_to_save_section/ According to the blog post, this would create separate files for each range, and allow you the option of inserting silence into each file.  Apparently, this feature was available since Audition was named Cool Edit Pro. Hello,I want to separate audio tracks with Audition & I don't know how to do this. The audio is from a video capture. The capture have two sound-tracks. I want to save every track in own files without the video.Therefore I imported a video file. This file has two tracks.Audition shows them as one track with four ... lines?I didn't find an option to select online one ore two lines, so that I could delete the other one.Kind regardsPicture:

Hello I chose to have the headphones be the input for the mic in the headphones and output to be the headphones in hardware settings.  When I record, the audio records fine through the headphones but when I go to play the recorded audio I hear nothing.  This happens when I am using the headphones connected to my Windows 10 PC. If I connect the cable to the headphones and to the computer I lose the ability to use the microphone but can hear the audio that was previously recorded through Bluetooth.  How can I get the audio to play through my headphones using the Bluetooth functionality while working in Audition? Hi there,I recently updated Windows 10 to Version 1809 and noticed that my Snowball USB Microphone won't cooperate within Audition CC anymore? I've tried it outside the program and it works fine. I'm also on the newest version of Audition. I dunno if this is a common issue or if I'm potentially doing something wrong here but it worked fine just before I updated. Anybody have any idea as to what could be causing this? Thanks!

Hii wana delete some default keyboard shortcuts in audition cs6( because of conflict with another software on my system) for example toggle recording (shift + space)in keyboard shortcuts section i delete this shortcut but it still works.

Hello,My time display is not counting while recording.  When I stop the recording, the time is displayed, but not while actually recording.  It stays at 0:00:000.  The time display works just fine in playback.  I'm not finding any settings to resolve this issue. I just recently purchased a Soundcraft Signature 12 MTK - its my first multitrack interface and I'm immeadiately running into issues. HI guyswhen import in premiere video with multitrack audio and i charge project of this file into auditon(like when i open video with multitrack audio) ,the program change the track of audio or mix the the L/R audio of one audio track in another the track and use of audition becomes impossible

I am using a focusrite 2i. I have loaded the new drives and have checked my equipment. When I use audio file everything works fine. When I create a new multi track session it will not record. So the equipment works well. The audio file session is in mono. Any ideas.

In der Stimmenauswahl finde ich nur die englische Stimme von Anne, außerdem ist unter Effekt - Sprache generieren  /  Sprache nur Englisch grau angezeigt. I have a mixed down song I created using MAGIX software. I took the WAV file and normalized it in Audition then saved it to my computer. I uploaded it to youtube, tunecore and radioairplay. When I play the online version on my computer the song sounds great, everything is fine. When anyone else tries to play it on their devices through the same online services there are no lyrics, it is just an instrumental. My phone and computer play the lyrics just fine from the online source but no one else gets them, I don't understand what would cause this. Help!

When i save a project and reopen it, several clips are missing the audio. If i remove the clip and reimport it, it is now only 1 frame long.  I am using cc19 audition on a windows 10 on a surface book.

I have an Alesis V49 that is supposed to be supported by any software. It works on Garageband so I assume it should work on Audition. When I go into the audio hardware settings to select an external input device, this keyboard does not appear even though all of my other USB input devices do. Therefore, when I try to record with this device, nothing comes through (even when I click on monitor input to double check). Anyone know how I can fix this?

Does anyone have any idea how to view the preset that was selected in any of the effects once the session has been closed, and re-opened? For whatever reason-the preset default to "custom", as oppose to displaying the preset that was previously selected. This has always been an issue for me, but I decided to check to see if anyone else found a work-around for this situation

I just set up my new Mac Mini (2018) and Audition audio hardware settings appear to be setup normally. My interface is working fine but audition will not record any audio. It goes through the usual recording process but no levels show up and there's no audio being inputted into Audition even though my interface/mic is chosen as the default input. Any ideas? Everything seems to operating normally other than Audition just has zero audio showing up while recording.

Hi,I was just creating some quick audio logos in Audition.I noticed that Audition lacking a feature that allows you to easily copy a Multitrack session, so you can easily create variations of audio mixes.Right now, you have to use File > New > New Multitrack or CTRL/CMD+N to create a new Multitrack, after which you have to copy assets over from the previous multitrack in order to create a new variation.Can you please allow for a Duplicate-feature? Simply by appending 01, 02, etc. to the file name of the existing mix, you can continue working on variations, without changing the original version, or having to use Save as to achieve the same effect.Thanks.
