For many months, I've been posting to both Facebook and Instagram through the Share button.  That option is now missing. Please fix! This is an important feature. I've tested in both Chrome and Safari.

Due to Express's new Resize feature, it's now impossible to crop the background to a custom size, and instead requires you to select from a list of options. I used to be able to easily convert a 8.5"x11" flyer design into a 1920x1080 px version by cropping the original and adjusting the individual elements - now it is impossible due to poor quality user experience design. Express is becoming embarrassingly useless as a tool for design.

Hello team! I can no longer see my projects. When I try to load it, it appears to be searching for the files, but then it displays the blank screen that appears when you add your first project. I've cleared the cache and refreshed my Chrome browser. And I have also tried the Chrome extension app for Express and same results.EDIT: Google is currently experiencing a site-wide outage, so this issue may be related to that and not necessarily caused by Adobe Express. 

When my students have 2 express website that they are working on in different tabs at the same time, It is causing confusion with the app and one website gets saved over. This happened to two students that worked all year on their portfolio webpage and then started working on a website for another class and the portfolio was saved over with the new webpage, even though they were in different tabs. This was devistating to the students.  

Hello, I have a really weird issue. When I use Express in safari and I am editing anything that has multiple pages, the "pages" bar at the bottom as well as the tool bar on the left start displaying really strange. This only happens when I am using the display on my Macbook pro (2024 16 inch with the M4 Pro chip). If I move the window to one of my other displays (LG Ultrafine 2560x1440) it works perfectly fine, but if i move it to my other external display (LG Smart 2560x1440) it has the same problem. I'll attach an image below.  On a completly different note, when I use Chrome (which doesn't have that display problem) and try to view the "My Stuff" page noting at all displays. This does't happen on Safari. The combination of these two problems is making me have to open the file in Safari (where I can see my files) and then copy and paste the url into Chrome (where the file displays right so I can edit things).

I have no problem posting to our social media channels from our shared calendar in Adobe Express, but my co-worker hasn't been able to post anything for a while. Attached is the last time she tried posting using adobe express. She was trying to post to Facebook using an uploaded graphic. This was in April.I am reporting this now because I couldn't find a lot of information on this fix, and my other co-worker is having the same problem now too. Except he even tried posting to our channels through his personal scheduler (not our shared calendar) and it still failed. We are all using Google Chrome browsers on our computers. They did try clearing their cache. Have you learned anything else that is causing this problem to happen? This is important for me to get this fixed so they can post just fine because now they are both just giving up on using Adobe Express, and are taking longer to post by having to do it manually.  

The UI design of Adobe Express today violates the platform guidelines the application runs on AS WELL AS Adobe's own styleguide. The current appearance AND architecture design choices, acquired from the original design created by the original developer from which Asobe purchased AEx, was not repaired and refurbished to fit Adobe's own styleguide let alone the platforms the app runs on. Please review Apple, Google, and Adobe's own guidance on GRAPHIC DESIGN and USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN. As a result of the ongoing failure to adapt the original design properly, usability is compromised. Example, there is so much stuff jammed into top level displays, finding affordances let alone general wayfinding takes longer than it needs to take. Color palette is undiscernible and unlimited making for a look and feel that is different than all of Adobe's other apps damaging Adobe's branding.  In short, this app UI is a mess, looks like developers simply kept adding features ignoring progressive

Hi. I'm trying to use an Adobe Font on Express. Installing on CC didn't do the trick, but then I saw the "Save to Library" option and I thought that had to be it. After that it did show up on Express, but nothing happens when I try to apply it. It appears as selected but just displays the previous font. I tried everything, uninstall and install again, signed out and back in, tried on Chrome, Safari and mobile App. It's consistently the same problem. I have to say not being able to use an Adobe Font on Adobe Express is pretty frustrating! It's the very reason I picked an Adobe font so I could easily use it across its platforms. I came across a lot of people having similar problems without any solutions. Now my hands are tied and can't create my content like I planned to. Please fix this bug!

Is anyone else finding all there work on express has disspeared in the past few days, I was working on somthing for work one day and the next all my projects are gone.

 

What happened to the Ui? Everything is now more complicated and all of my old stuff is all gone.

Hello 🙂I'm not seeing our brand colors show up as a list or choices in the fill color for any type of object.This was working Friday, but not now.I have cleared cache, logged out, 4 different devices, 2 different adobe IDsWhat has changed over the weekend?This is drastically slowing us down for work today. Thank you.

I cannot seem to download a one page design into a PDF. It stops at 90%. I have cleared by cache, browing history, tried a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari an Edge). Tried on a laptop and Mac. Shared the file with a colleague, and he is having the same issue. It's only a one page design. I have tried browser and a desktop version of Adobe Express. See the attached screen print of the error. 

When I try to download a video I get this error.I've tried exited Adobe and coming back, restarting my computer and duplicating the video to see if I could download the other video.

Using the mobile app - it seems none of my projects are opening and am just greeted with the document loading symbol, this goes for even new projects being created, it'll show them, but won't actually open them for editing.   Anyone else experiencing the same problem currently?

I have been unsuccessful in downloading the MP4 file of a video I created on Adobe Express with using Edge, Chrome, and Safari. Additionally, I have been unable to save the video to my Google account.

In a shared project, I can only see the first page of the project even though there are 50+ pages.... I was given the editor role as well. I already cleared my caches and cookies, and I updated my pc/my browser is up to date. I tried it on a different account and the same thing was occurring. It was the same on my laptop, phone, and pc. 

Sur Adobe Express, sur chrome Mac, jusqu'ici mon nuancier Marque apparaissait sur mon template. Depuis ce mation j'ai plus que le noir et blanc, mon nuancier de marque n'apparait plus ce qui pose un réel problème. 

I have been using Express for almost a year on my iPad Pro 2024 and have never had an issue with my library or brand assets as they were all made on my Mac on Illustrator 2024 and saved as vectors to my library. All of a sudden today when going to make a social post, EVERYTHING i place from my library is EXTREMLY low quality and there seems to be no work around at all. I am so frustrated and do not know how to fix this. I thought maybe it was an outdated version.. nope. I thought maybe its the iOS version so i tried on my mac online and nope. I have never had this issue. The files are the same files they have been for almost a year and nothing has changed except for the quality all of a sudden. Please if anyone has the answer, let me know!!!

The workspace is constantly shifting left to right when working with text, elements, etc. in the left hand panel. It's dizzying to work this way! Not sure if it's my zoom level or what, but when the scroll bar appears on the lefthand panel the artboard shifts.

the photo cropping tool Currently it is only working for free record, cropping photos as shapes, doesn't work! at least for android.

I spent several hours working on a business proposal yesterday; Adobe Express saved up to a point. I attempted to download the document to share with the client, but it would not download. So, I refreshed the page, only to lose 1 hour and 45 minutes of work. And before you say 'check internet connection,' it was fine.
