I'm trying to make a video on Adobe Express that I can upload to YouTube shorts and other places, however, when I exported my video, there are white flashes between every single scene transition in my video, rendering it completely unusable.

I created a webpage and was able to enter the backend using my account plan and accessing on the backend so I could make updates. I went to my account and no longer see the web page existing anymore?  Almost like it is gone? Was there some updates? I can see the website exists from a front-end user facing side (I have it setup  with a name that I paid for to have clean access). But I need to access on the backside to make some updates.  Please Help. 

Hello so when I try to open my projects it is blank, also when using imgaes I can no longer remove backgrounds from photos. This has definitely stopped my work in the app because it has been lagging and of course I can't see my work.

good day kindly note that i am unable to perform any work within adobe express due to connection interrupted error, neither am i able to manage any of my plans through the browser, fails to pull through information. this is experienced on windows 11 laptop  with the latest version of adobe express from windows store.

When uploading to Instagram, error message "The audio bitrate of the video file should be 320 kbps." I am unable to post this video I created on Adobe Express, using the audio and video and graphics from Adobe Express.

I get the error message attached when trying to download my video, however I've checked and I cannot see any red error icons anywhere in my file? How are you supposed to find the offending asset? I've followed the advice in the forum and gone to license history but I do not have an ID code to put in there?  Thanks in advance.

HiI can see I'm not the only one bothered by the scheduling feature not being updated to the new dimensions of 1080x1350. Is there any timeline to fix this?It negates the purpose of the scheduler. It's usually possible to go around the issue by uploading one graphic at a time, but is quite annoying that it's not fully updated yet. /Sofie

Hello, starting from January 2025 in Instagram is possible to upload any video up to 15 minutes, and it will automatically be turned into a reel, but in Adobe Express is possible to upload video for reels only up to 90 seconds! Here is article about it : https://buffer.com/resources/instagram-reels-length/ When this will be fixed?

  Anybody know how I can update or fix this issue in adobe express? 

Olá, boa tarde. Desapareceu-me um ficheiro importante, não tendo este sido eliminado por mim. Contudo, aparece-me a indicação de que foi eliminado, não diz por quem, nem está na pasta dos eliminados. Não tenho forma de o recuperar. Aguardo. Orbigada 

I brought in a leaflet design file from Indesign to Express. However, after setting everything up in Express I realized that when trying to re-export the leaflet as a PDF again, it would not export as individual pages. Instead everything would export as spreads which can't be sent to a printer.   Is there a fix for this? 

Does someone has the same problem?

Hello. It was working fine few hours ago, but at this moment I cannot open it, I see blank page with logo and nothing more, what is going on? Any1?

1. Another surprise with Adobe express -  an Exclamation mark in a purple-blue triangle. What does it mean  ? a simple, canvas on which I am starting out and I see a  exclamation mark in blue traiangle on the text box why ? It doesnt tell why it is there, i searched this forum too, people have had there issues with many layered projects that had "!" in red triangle. But mine is so simple just 3 layers, the page, and 2 text boxes, i dont see any other layer on the side.  2. Also another issue with Adobe is that its so unpredicatble.I downloaded this font- https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/bisbee-variable and it is reflected in my creative cloud, but in any of the adobe apps like expess or premiere pro I am not able to use it why ? Here it is downloaded in Creative cloud, I added it my project library in express as well. This font is unavailble to me in any adobe app, if i try, i tried it it in express & premeire pro, it does not work. Wh

App version: 27.4.0Platform and OS: Mac, Sequoia 15.3.2 I want to download a video for upload to YouTube. The Download progresses, the % displayed updating gradually, and it says it completes, "Your download is complete!" But there is no actual download that appears and there is another notification immediately after that says "File could not be created".  I have cleared my Google Chrome cache and cookies, shrunk the video size by deleting a portion of the video, and ensured that all video components loaded correctly. How could I get the video to download?

I can only edit what is available on the left panel but cannot rewrite actual text. Even "Rewrite" quick action is not helpful because it implies only rewriting with AI  

 Dear Adobe Express Team, I’d like to report an issue I encountered with the background removal tool. I attempted to remove the background from a clean, high-contrast logo, but the results were unsatisfactory — some background areas remained even though the logo has clearly defined edges. To better illustrate the issue, I’ve attached a comparison image: Left (Before): Output from Adobe Express — background not fully removed. Right (After): Output from Remove.bg — clean and precise background removal. This demonstrates that Adobe Express's background removal algorithm may need improvements, especially when processing logos or stylized graphics. I truly appreciate the platform and hope this feedback contributes to enhancing the background removal feature. Thank you for your time and effort.

Spark Video and Spark Page iOS have now been sunsetted. You can convert your projects to .mp4 through your CC account if you wish to archive the results of those apps.HOWEVER, I've noticed that some of those conversions are not accurate representations of the projects. It seems that the stock library elements seem to translate fine, but any custom image content may be cropped during the conversion.These errors are visible in the CC files (new folder generated) or on download.   As the originally used outputs were just links, it is not possible to show the intended outcome of these Spark Video mp4 autorendered projects.1. Image #1: Shows different generic PNG icons. They should be two different illustrations from the png library with different scales.2. Image #2: Shows custom PNG artwork, cropped incorrectly, and also duplicated in the background (perhaps correctly?)

There is an error in web service ADOBE EXPRESS / Animate-from-audio. When you upload your audio file and you select the generate button, the developing process begins but your request contimues waitting in line for time. I'm creating a greeting card (8.5 x 11 - Letter size) landscape.  Using premium design element "Cow", I've placed in the image, then erased some glintzes.  I dragged the COW to the far right so the only half or the front end was showing in the print aread and then after saving exported as a PDF.  The element is flipped horizontal showing the back end of the cow instead of the front of the cow.I'm using online Adobe Express with a premium account. 

Hello sir, I am facing another issue that whenever I am adding text with any image, some words get automatically double randomly when I single tap for next space selection to write.you should check the adding text option works properly from your sides or not.I record this issue and sending you this video, please see it, when I tap any space near any word , nearby word get automatically double with single tap. I am using updated Adobe express in mobile.Also many fonts become paid and they were free before this updation of app.

HOW COME I CAN EXPORT BLANK DOCUMENTS BUT WHEN I ADD WRITTING OR GRAPHICS TO MY WORK ON ADOBE EXPRESS IT WONT LET ME DOWNLOAD IT, THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL I'D PAY FOR A SERVICE LIKE THIS.

I have made several failed attempts to upload images from my local PC drive into Adobe express. I also attempted copy and paste and that did not work either. I have cleared my cache, logged out of the app and logged back in and none of these have resolved the problem. Uploading images from my local drive previously on Adobe express was quite straightforward so I don't understand why it has become so problematic in the "new" app.
