As a desktop/browser user, when selecting elements on the artboard, the palette automatically expands and collapses, causing the artboard to shift places. This is INCREDIBLY frustrating. Is anything tested before putting on the live server?  Paid account on desktop trying to export animation from audio and, twice in a row, at the very last moment, AFTER waiting for the entire process, at the end of "wrapping up," the site kicks a something went wrong error and dumps me back to the main Express page. How is Adobe charging for this with a straight face?Will we get support?Not anything close to a fast, deadline-respecting response. Typically, it will be the browser equivalent of, "did you turn it off and back on again?"

Sou assinante e tenho me deparado frequentemente com bugs, travamentos e um desperdício frequente de meu tempo no aplicativo Adobe Express, o que confesso me causa certa irritabilidade, pois minha experiência é com um produto ruim, pago e nem um pouco funcional, que entrega mais aborrecimentos que soluções no cotidiano. Além dos frequentes bugs, a exportação de imagens no Adobe Express não funciona no Android, me fazendo esperar, até desistir e ser obrigado a forçar a interrupção do aplicativo, o fechando para posteriormente reabri-lo. Obter uma imagem em seu tamanho original sem ter que adapta-la de forma mecânica ao tamanho quadrado do Instagram para só então poder baixá-la e só depois então cortá-la é procedimento frequente e o único caminho disponível, visto que fazer a exportação pelos meios que deveriam funcionar é simplesmente impossível. É comum também que a exportação "seja concluída", sem o download ter sido feito, ou ainda quando sobre a imagem seja feita qual

Hello,not sure if this is an specific issue to me or if it is an interface bug but I can't seem to be able to add any colors to my palette on Adobe express.So on the color menu I go to swatchesunder my brand I hit 'create a color theme' hit the + sign to add a colorselect color and hit saveand that's as far as it goes. After that the color menu just shuts down and it doesn't add any of the colors I tried adding. Same thing happens wether I am on the browser or the desktop app. Am I the only one that can't get pass those steps?Any help would be greatly appreciated. In the meantime, I will have to copy and paste my color codes all over my design... 

Do you guys ever experience this bug / issue?everytime i make my contents, i always put it in Instagram Portrait Post size, which is 1080 x 1350 px. And then, everytime i want to make a schedule to post it, it is not possible because Instagram cannot read the size, the size becomes 9.6 x 12.5 INCH (it says magazine 927 x 1200 px). Then, of course i have to change it everytime i want to post it on schedule. The thing is, THEY always reduce my GENERATIVE AI credits! I barely use it for my own but i am always out of credits!So if i have my contents 5 pics (carousel) every post, i have to change 5 of them, and 1 of the pic they generate 3 pictures! so i spent 15 credits for nothing!

I have been unable to edit my content calendar. First, it does not show up in "Your stuff".It has default post that you cannot remove so you can add our own posts. Its very confusing. Attached is a screenshot of the default posts in purple. I have been unable to edit or delete the default populated post. While you are rushing to put out AI features and train your LLM on our data. Have you ever stop to to think to put out a decent product that actually works without bugs? I have been using Adobe for years and the quality has gone down considerably and these new features are half baked. A simple content calendar should not be difficult to edit. I shouldn't have to delete my entire content calendar just to edit or delete a default post.  Do better!

Ai is become something that need managing in my apps. Could we figure something out 

I was glad to see Adobe Express coming up because I'm not a pro regarding Photoshop and Illustrator and need a programm for easy, small tasks like a social media picture or onlinebanner. But it's not useful because the quality after downloading is very bad. All I usually do is choosing a background and putting a headline and a logo (png) on it. It looks absolutely fine online but after downloading the projects, the resolution is very low, especially the logo looks horrible. You can't set/change the desired resolution anywhere either. Sadly, I have to look for another program because it seems Adobe can't fix this. A lot of users have reported similar issues for quite some time. 

The remove object tool isn't working and neither is insert. Just keep getting errors.  I've been doing this forever so it's not because I don't know how.  Clearly there's a bug. My subject isn't content that would be flagged for any reason.

In many ocassions, when I select the remove object featurethe results that are showed only has options with the selection change by another similar object instead of ERASE or REAMOVE the selection. thank you sometimes it works but in less opportunities  

Hallo, seit heute morgen ändern sich Designs nachdem ich diese runterlade. Schräge Elemente werden zu geraden Balken und Elemente überlappen auch plötzlich falsch.  Woran kann das liegen? Das ist jetzt bei PDF Downloads vorgekommen. 

Adobe Express is not handling the rotation of the image correctly.When the EXIF data is stripped from the image it opens in AE correctly. 

Features not working this morning?? 8:28 am (EDT) second time I've run into this??

HELP! I have just discovered digital art as an easy way to draw and made ONE drawing, i haven't been able to open said drawing since i made it and have wanted to made more. Everytime, however, i get an error message stating "Something's not right: This file can't be opened. Try opening Adobe Express drawing in default browser mode" (as the screenshot says). Which makes no sense because I am in the browser already. The error doesnt pop up with other templates and drawing, i think, is the only one i can actually draw in. I use windows and am wondering if i need to get the app in order for it to work. 

Good morning! I have been trying for several days now to record a voiceover on an Adobe Express video. Every time, it shows me recording the audio for the 2 minute, 19 second vidoe, but then when I stop recording, it stopped at 30 seconds. I can't expand the audio clip. It is driving me crazy! Any suggestions?

Information to report a bug: Version of the app:  Version 129.0.6668.112 (Official Build) (32-bit) Platform and OS version:  Google ChromeOS Basic steps to reproduce the problem:  Download PNG or JPG Expected result and actual result:  Downloads a blank image 

I started a project I added a text box and I can edit the text. I added a second text box and I cannot edit the text. I can change font size and color but a cursor will not appear in the box allowing me to type text.

Up until yesterday, InDesign was able to export files into Adobe Express perfectly fine. This morning, it isn't working. Please help!

I am a premium member with 4000 credits. Since yesterday I am unable to generate anymore as it says that I have breached the limit which isn't possible. Pls explain or help.

Wenn man ein Element anklickt, öffnet sich links ein Menu und die Arbeitsfläche "springt" nach rechts. Dadurch verfehlt man das Element, wenn man schnell arbeitet, weil die Arbeitsfläche erst springt, wenn man ein zweites Mal klickt. Und dann klickt man versehentlich daneben und das linke Menu schließt sich wieder und die Arbeitsfläche springt wieder nach links. Klickt man das Element nun erneut an, öffnet sich weider das Menu und die Zeichenfläche springt wieder nach rechts. Das ist sehr störend und man muss den workflow immer pausieren und abwarten bis die Arbeitsfläche gesprungen ist, ehe man das nächste Element anklicken kann!

Dear Support team,  I noticed by editing font sizes that the same font size can be different in two rows. I choosed Proxima nova regular 7 pt. Can you please check this issue and fix it? It made me a problem when I made this coppies in big volume.Printscreens attached. Thank you. Erdmantas
