I have Adobe Express Premium and am unable to schedule a post including a stock Thanksgiving video for my business. Error message below happens when attempting to post from the web host. If anyone has any input I'd appreciate it.  

I am an educator and created classes yesterday. However, when I click on my classroom tab, I can only see 3 of the sections.If I click on the assignment link I sent to my students for the missing section, I can get to the class that way, so I know they exist at least. 

Images look fine in the Adobe Express App via the content scheduler however when they are posted, the images are saturated and the quality is reduced.  Image below - right post is via adobe express, left image uploaded directly.Anyone else experienced this?

I have a new iPod pro updated 328 GB of free storage tried showing the issue as good as I can with the allowed 47 mb I can upload what's up with that ?do you want to be aware of issues or no it's 2025 just about all your camera are 1080 + I'm supposed to mess with a clip for a half hour to reduce quality so I can upload longer then 10 second clip? It's like having a 500 text limit and you want someone to explain a issue uploading the clip was as frustrating as the app I'm not touching the screen in the video and you can see what I'm working on just kind of does its thing sometimes it's worse but you know how it is when your trying to prove a point im paying good money to be frustrated on the regular I can't be the only one having this problem 

Express doesn't load in iOS Lockdown mode, even if the we configuration for it is disabled in iOS settings under privacy. Other apps, like your own Lightroom does work with Lockdown mode enabled without a problem. You have some old code or API that you ignore. I reported this bug months ago. 

Hi,  I'm working with custom made templates (sjablonen in Dutch) in Adobe Express. We've created our own Templates in our own housestyle. But when I use a template to create a document and work in it, I very often get the below message. The English translation is: You don't have access to this documentRenew the page to contact the doucment owner or go back to start. Buttons: Back to start / Renew This message is really strange, since it's my document I'm woking on, I'm the owner.  When I get this message I can't continue working and need to start again. Is this a known bug and does anyone know what causes this, and how I can solve this? Thanks.   

When im downloading a video that i have created in express, the result turns in to just a black screen. Why is that? Have tried it now on different computers etc... still the same thing

I'm a subscriber.  I have uninstalled and re-installed, checked my files, folders, and libraries, but there is nothing there.It says I've used 121GB of 100GB and doesn't offer any clues as to where these files are.I see other people have experienced this over the past two years with no satisfactory explanation.  

Hi Adobe Express Team, I was working for ages on my adobe express portfolio webpage to create a portfolio for my friend. This involved uploading photos and many pages of text. Then when I went to publish the link it the "share" button was completely greyed out and it had deleted all of my pages.  I can't see any way to look at version history so now i've lost 2 hours of my time and also missed an important deadline. Generate image not generating

Prompt: Make the female angel a brunette with long hair and slightly darker skin on face, neck, and handsImages below I uploaded an image of a fully clothed female angel with blonde hair and very fair skin. I told the AI image generator to give me a brunette angel with slightly darker skin. First I got male angels even though the reference image was clearly feminine. So I specified a female angel. Then I got 4 lovely options with darker hair and the exact skin tone I was hoping for, but all of them had their breasts half-exposed and pushed up nearly to their chins. So I resubmitted the query with the added qualifier "suitable for young children." However, the results were exactly the same. I'm detecting clear bias of the sort I would expect from 20-year-old males. You really need to work on that.

When I have traslated two words into a differnt language , like Hindi and Bangla. After downloading the document, the translation changes. What I have on my screen is not what has been downloaded. 

 Trying to schedule and save a post in Express. Only 'stock' used were icons from within Express. Have full CC subscription with more than 100 plan credits currently available on Stock. Unsure what the issue is?Using current version of Express in Chrome (Version 133.0.6943.142 (Official Build) (arm64)) on a MacBook Pro M3 Max running OS Sequoia 15.3.1. I have numerous projects that are meant for different products, however look very similar for uniformity especially when turned into a very small thumbnail. Quite recently, I have realized the Project Name itself no longer appears when I hover over the project thumbnails in the Recent bar in the Home page (in the image, second thumbnail is hovered over, without the Project Name popping up).  This makes it extremely frustrating to differentiate which project is meant for which product due to their uniformity, squeezed into an ant sized thumbnail (and Your Stuff is not even a reasonable workaround, due to an update from months ago enforcing every single image you upload to get added there as an "asset" with no way to disable it, turning it into an eternal garbage area with no good overview). And then I have to head into Your Stuff, filter for specific file types, scroll around, what used to be a single click on the welcome page is now a minor inconvenience that adds up over tim

I have posted some content from the Express mobile app in the last few days and the posts were published successfully. However, these posts are not shown on desktop in the web app's calendar. This does not happen the other way around (posting on web shows up on mobile).

Text generator is down even if i make a new Image with nothing in it but the generative text.

I've scheduled a short reel/video on several platforms more times in the last few weeks (Tiktok, IG, FB, LinkedIn). The videos never get posted and I have to manually upload them to the platforms. 

 New version of Adobe express on android is so slow to load the editor UI, and after loading it, after 1-2 seconds, it start loading again. And it happens in a loop. My device is Galaxy A20 with android 13 (custom rom)Also , the new version can't be used offline, and the online service is seemed to be blocked by the government. I have to use a VPN to access the app, which might make it slower and not work as intended. So this problem may be because of that?

I currently don't have access to Adobe Express and I don't know exactly why. My system appears to be up to date with everything. This is the error message that I see on my screen. How do I resolve this issue?

Egal welche Funktion ich aufrufe, es kommt nur der Ladebildschirm und dabei bleibt es auch. Dabei ist es egal ob ich vorhandene Dateien öffnen möchte oder eine neuer erstellen will. Raus komme ich nur, indem ich die App komplett schließen.Zuvor habe ich die neue Version getestet und da lief alles, erst nach der Migration tauchte der Fehler auf.Derzeit ist die App also für mich unbrauchbar und hoffe, dass mir hier schnell geholfen werden kann.

The program allows me to see and attempt to add, then spontaneously crashes with no error message or method to correct. Seriously destroys the usage on iOS devices.

For the last several days I have not been able to upload any of my posts to social media. They do not upload. I've had this issue for a while, but in the past I was able to add a second file and then it would finally upload and I would just delete the original one. Now nothing uploads, even if I keep trying over and over and reloading Adobe Express. The only reason I have Premium is to be able to schedule my social posts, and now I can't do that. What is happening? Will it be fixed? If not I'm going to cancel this account. 

The only option you have is to connect with Zazzle and pay for prints, the option to simply send something  to your printer no longer works. There is an arrow for a drop-down, but it is frozen now. I really cant pay and wait for shipping for every proof, I hope they fix this soon!  Until then, I have to download, open in Photoshop, then print. 

Hello,I am an ADOBE user.I used https://new.express.adobe.com/home/tools/animate-from-audio before. Everything went well.But for nearly a month, I only see a blank page without any buttons.I don't know why this happens?Is the link of animate-from-audio changed?

I have noticed that since Sunday 3rd March recommended fonts are not loading, or only sporadically with random examples.  This is the same in Chrome and the Windows 11 1PWA Edge-based app. All browsers are up-to-date; all cookies/cache cleared on both days - and again for good luck this morning. I am signed in to my Creative Cloud.    Searching fonts via the dropdown menu still works, it's just this recommended section.
