I'm having an issue with editing text within a file. Everytime I try to edit any aspect of the text box, including line spacing, paragraph spacing, changing fonts, or even adding a new paragraph within the text field or trying to paste in text from another place, the text turns invisible. The text box is still there, but I can no longer edit it unless I use keyboard commands to select all, delete the invisible text, and type brand new text. After retyping the text, it will disappear again once I try to resume editing aspects of it. I even tried deleting the old text box and adding a new one, and the issue persists. I can edit the text a bit more when I use a standard font, but when I switch to a premium font any attempt to change anything about the text box causes the text to turn invisible. The text box is not grouped with any other layers or elements, and the opacity is 100%. Hi there, Since my laptop had an update many of the Adobe programms have crashes or other issues, I am using the latests ones. For example many times while working on a project in Premiere Pro, it crashes out of the blue. When using Camera RAW-filter he gives an error and tells me that "the GPU has detected a memory error. Due to a runtme error, GPU acceleration has been reset to Limited for the remainder of the session" and when using Adobe Express I have to turn my graphic acceleration off to use it without crashing. So I think there is an issue after the update with my GPU but I don't know what. Can somebody help? It's getting a little frustrating...With kind regards, Carmen

Hallo!Beim Teilen neuer Beiträge für Facebook und Instagram erhalte ich immer wieder mal die Meldung "Tut uns leid, beim Lizenzieren deiner Stock-Assets ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in einigen Minuten erneut.". Wenn ich es nach ein paar Minuten wieder versuche geht es meist immer noch nicht. Da muss ich dann schon bis zum nächsten Tag warten. Wo liegt hier das Problem?

When I add an image, I can add effects such as drop shadow. When I add a video, most of these effects are not available anymore (like drop shadow). But when I replace an image with a video, the effect is still there, but not editable.

All of my images I used to create my designs are missing in my files. These are photo images I took, used Lightroom to edit, then published and uploaded to Adobe Express. Now, all I get are broken images with my text. I run a business. This is ridicoulous. Yes, I've logged in and out. Yes, I've tried New and Old Express. And yes, I even worked for Adobe.   

I have many express files with branding assets, e.g. an image background. When I replace the image in the branding folder, it updates some files with this image, but not all of them, which is very unpredictable and annoying.

Hate this app and the fact that you no longer can use the webpage, the app is slow and is not user friendly AT ALL.

Hello Community, I'm having a big issue with Adobe Express. No matter what audio track I put in from Tunktank or Soundstripe (I have a subscription to them) has 2 areas in the music that has static noises over the music: 10) about 16 sec in and 2) around 22 sec in, on a 38 sec reel. Needless to say that is VERY annoying and I do not know how to resolve the issue. I tried different songs, I logged out and back in, and nothing is working. This just started today and all my reels were fine before. Any help will be greatly appreciated! I've attached the reel, so you can hear it for yourselves. Thanks!

It is not giving me an option to post to another facebook page... No edit access.I've done all the trouble shooting...  This is day two of this issue for me 

Help. I can't access any of my "recent" files. I get this on my phone.  

I had a very large project, map and brochure. 17" x 22" I had to do some corrections on the map, with added roads. It is a rustic, comic type map. The lines I chose would not download in PDF form. I had to change the line choice. Took hours to figure out the problem and very frustrating. Just an FYI.

I was invited to collaborate but the Adobe link shows 404 and the back to home button doesn't work. Tried on multiple browsers and computers with the same problem. I'm using InPrivate mode with a fresh Edge version 132 installed on Win 11. Here are the linksAdobe ExpressAdobe ExpressAdobe Express

Más de un año y no han podido solucionar este problema y es frustrante, afectan en el flujo de trabajo, cuando estamos pagando por un servicio que no funciona! Desgraciadamente nos amaran con la suscripción anual y no tengo de otra que usar por lo que ya pague pero es un verdadero problema! Ultima vez que uso expres. tengo que rehacer todo en canva!

Hello, I have been trying to put a video together and after uploading, splitting, etc. it will randomly stop working, load for a bit, then completely stop working for anything - will not load the video bits, will pop up red cloud in top left and red exclamation in top right. This occurs after I have been working on it for 20+ minutes. I have checked my internet, tried different browsers, and every other trouble shooting solution I can find. I have tried all day with no luck.

The font's I've been using for a while now aren't loading in. The text remains a blank box. It also shows as a generic font in the Brand folder. It makes Express highly unusable. Is this a known issue with a fix? 

My students are building websites with Express. We did a review of their progress and we noticed that for some their custom theme they created is changing the fonts when they publishthe site. I saw a few other people had dealth with this bug in 2023 but not clear response on what the solutuon is. I attached a screenshot of what we see on the editor vs. what the published site looks like.

Dear Adobe Support,I am experiencing persistent issues while using Adobe Express, despite having an active Creative Cloud All Apps subscription.When trying to use two free stock images, I received the following error:"We're sorry, there was an error licensing your stock assets. Please try again in a few minutes." (Original: "Tut uns leid, beim Lizenzieren deiner Stock-Assets ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in einigen Minuten erneut.")In addition to this, I am unable to save my project as a draft. The “Save as draft” function does not work and appears to be affected by the same issue.The browser console shows repeated 503 Service Unavailable errors from spark-content-publish.adobe.io, along with JavaScript exceptions like:TypeError: Cannot perform TypedArray.prototype.slice on a detached ArrayBufferI have attached screenshots showing the error messages and console output for reference.Please let me know how to resolve this issue.Best regards,Olga
