I have a catalog I am working on and suddenly I have an issue with my image quality drastically decreasing. I have saved this file as a pdf, jpeg, and png and the issue still persists. The screenshots are in the Adobe Express app, not the saved files. How can I fix this?

This template is not letting me edit the title text. Or the UI is so bad it's unclear how to do that.

When downloading a PDF document, all the effects applied to the images, such as brush cuts and some shapes, are not saved in the exported version.

I made a video in adobe express with videos and photos , now I'm trying to download this video but it stops the whole time, but I don't know why. It starts downloading but then it stops at 20% or 54%.. anyone know how to solve this so I can download the video that I made? 

Ever since the new.adobe came out, I am unable to create a webpage or access shared webpages. All my original creation (of any type) has disappeared. It just spins and spins when I try any action. This is why I have this account. Anyone else have this issue or able to help me troubleshoot? I'm using this on Google Chrome with an updated PC. It is a government Premium account. It works on our other account (not Premium). and I'm trying to share all those projects with this account and create original content. 

Can you tell me if there is a bug that is downloading videos made with MP3 audio music tracks at a faster speed than the original MP3.So the MP3 is snipped to make a short video eg under a minute and the video is downloaded. But when uploaded elsewhere, people have agreed, it is playing back faster than the original. I have not found any settings that change the playback speed of the audio track. Can you clear this one up because it is not one single video but seems a pattern of doing it now. This is worrying because I have to make a lot more of these music clip videos going forward and Adobe is handy but I won't be able to use if it keeps speeding the music up. 

I didn't think links on a video would work, but recently I've seen the link button appear. I've successfully added a link to a couple of text fields, but when I've downloaded the video to test, the links don't work. Should the links be disabled when it's within a video being created, or will those links actually work when published on Social Media?... I doubt it but wanted to ask/check.

All of a sudden I cannot arrange elements by layer. As you can see it's greyed out both on the right-click menu as well as the icon on the top right of the window. Help!(I've logged out, cleared my cache, restarted my browser and logged back in-without luck) 

Hello, I have one Uploades image but I take this message from Adobe Express. Is this a bug?

Created a QR code for my wedding invite RSVPs.  Had the code printed to send with the invites.  Printed code worked just fine until this past Friday.  When scanned, it looks like it's going to the ULR, but returns a message saying  Oops! Our system is having trouble right now. Please try again in a few minutes. This error message has not changed since Friday.   I've attached the QR Code.

Hi there is now 4 days my app is lagging, i can't copy colors duplicate and more and i don't understand why i tried everything but nothing and is hard for me to work, if there is someone who can help me its will be amazing 

Version of the app = ?Platform and OS version = Web browser, chrome, WindowsBasic steps to reproduce the problemDepending on the orientation of the image I've importer, the Rotation Handle will be usually located at the centre top of the image,  That's the same location of the dialog box to replace, crop, delete, etc.More often than not it's just an atrocious experience trying to rotate an image, either the dialog box covers the roattion handle, or if the image is in the last page I can't pan the whole canvas to access the rotation handle if the handle is at the bottom.Expected result and actual resultOption to dock or move dialog box out the way or have handles inside th image at every corner so it can be access even there are other assets or UI overlaping it.

By refreshing the page after editing, the download option briefly appears without needing an upgrade. This video demonstrates the issue. magic text alignment no-longer available

I tried to rotate images with the mouse, but the smallest angle is 3 degree to start with, I can't get it to 1 degree or -1 degree. I also found the shortcut key online for rotating 1 degree with Option+direction arrow, it doesn't work, it just moves the image to the right or left. Please help, thanks.

When students click on the link provided to create a project and join Adobe Classroom, they are taken to the "Edit your assignment" teacher's page. There, they are treated as the teacher of the class with only one student and are not allowed to edit the project. 

I cannot edit in the Split layout in Adobe Express anymore. My current project file has split views that cannot be edited as well. It is forcing me to delete the page layout.

This is the 3rd time this has happened with a client where we are trying to work on specific posts where I've mapped comments to an image, shared the file with her in a project and then when she opens or I do the comments unmap. This time images actually disappeared (2nd time on different files this has happened). I can go back into history and retrieve an earlier file but no reason why they unmap or images disappear. Please help. Client is getting frustrated and has impression that Express is "buggy" - I really want to keep her on this platform but if issues keep happening we will have to change.

You brought collage maker back a few days ago with a nice announcement to the idea thread that it's back, but it doesn't work. It just spins on 'edit more' and never loads. And of course you closed the comments on the idea thread so no one can point out that it doesn't work.

After again wasting my time for a couple of hours I am relly mad and want to report this tedious issue. Whenever I open a subtitled project in the editor to reposition the subtitles, there are simply no text layers or anything else besides the video layer. I tried multiple times in google chrome as well as safari - same issue. I've had plenty of problems with trimming videos in the past as well as the subtitles function not uploading the video, but if it worked, editing the subtitles afterwards never was an issue - until now
