Hello dear Adobe Community, I have a question on an issue I posted about a couple of weeks ago: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/is-there-a-video-limit-in-adobe-express-website/m-p/15495279#M26033For the time being, I found a workaround, but we have a new website-newsletter to publish soon and it features a video that is eight minutes long, so it will be too long again for the five minute limit. Could you please let me know what caused this issue the last time and how I can avoid it from happening again? Thanks a ton!

Hello dear Adobe Community,  hope you are well. I recently created a newsletter for our office colleagues, and everything looked fine until I went and send it out. We now for some reason have different fonts on mobile vs. desktop view, even though both were fine before. We checked MS Edge and Safari in mobile view, that didn't make a difference.Does anyone know how to fix this? 

I think it's about time that we're able to export a PDF designed in Adobe Express as a Flattened PDF. If it's possible in a program like Canva, than why is it not yet available in Adobe Express? Please add this functionality, as having to utilize additional adobe software is a crazy ask for people that are paying subscriptions for a software to use as an alternative to Canva and wherein we create brand materials including PDFs in the first place. I highly doubt that all the folks on an Adobe Express subscription have signed up for it in order to be told to find a way to solve the problem outside of the platform. This should work. I really hope this gets prioritized. It's not the first time people are raising issues with this in the software and it's something we need.

Hello,Have experienced bug in templates search bar, it doesn't return or filter desired word i write in bar. Returns all. 

From opening of a project on the app, to nearly every function, the app keeps freezing after 1-2 commands are issued. Express has a long history of issues and unnecessary changes but now it's really just plain unuable like this. Since the update, on Android16 the app will freeze and the only work around I can do is switch ot another app and go back and most of the time it will resume. This way I know it's not my OS, it's the coding of Adobe Express. This app becomes more and more unusable every few months but this is quite the stunning leap. I wish I could go back to the pre-AI slop version of this app but you forced me to this new one that is so non-userfriendly and non-intuitive. It takes 5 steps to do something that just took 1. More bugs than benefits and now I can't even use it. You aren't making it better more than adding more problems. PLEASE give us the old versions back or the abilty to switch to the old UI. I just want to get my work done on my mobile quickly and correctly. I

Hi, I made a music video with original audio in .wav format uploaded to Adobe Express in the web browser. I used various stock footage available for me in Adobe Express as I am a paying subscriber.Everything works and looks fine in the Adobe Express page but when I download the file (mp4) it has no sound. Any idea why?I've tried different browsers and different computers but always the same result. The Adobe Express web app crashes constantly; the app is unusable. It crashes every single time I open anything or try to use this web app. Very frustrated as I would like to use the very simple video editing capabilities and our organization pays for the entire CC suite. I have started using Canva as an alternative, which has never crashed on me.  Here's what happens:I open the web app in Chrome or Edge on Windows computer managed by my organizationI don't do anything (just stay on homepage. no clicks, no open project, just wait)It crashes. Always. It crashes with both Chrome and Edge and in regular and incognito windowsChrome is up to date: Version 140.0.7339.208 (Official Build) (64-bit)Microsoft Edge is up to date: Version 140.0.3485.81 (Official build) (64-bit)Recently cleared cache and cookies and it still happens No error message - browser just closes when the web app is open  

Summary:When downloading any Adobe Express project, all text after the final dash (“ - ”) in the project title is automatically removed from the downloaded file name. Example:Before Downloading (project title):Inventory Sales List - Fall 2025 After Downloading (saved file name):Inventory Sales ListThis occurs across all download formats — PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc. Steps to Reproduce:Create or open a project in Adobe Express.Title it using a dash, e.g., “Marketing Brochure - Spring 2025.”Download the file in any format.Observe that the resulting file name truncates at the last dash, omitting all text after it. Expected Behavior:The full title, including all text after the final dash, should be preserved in the downloaded file name. Actual Behavior:All characters and spaces following the final dash (“ - ”) are deleted from the exported file name. Impact:For teams using Adobe Express to manage large template libraries with specific naming conventions, this behavio

There has been multiple occasions on the Adobe Express app (iPhone) where, for example, I have used the 'remove object' and upon removing the object, the app has crashed and I lose my work. This doesn't just happen on remove object. Quite frustrating when you've put time and effort in.Version 29.1.0ios version 26.0.1

I've been hoping for an app update but this happens every time. It's the app so I can refresh? Should I just uninstall and then reinstall? Thanks!  

Currently, I'm an Adobe Express Premium Member and I'm not able to download a PNG format. The error message I receive is: "Replace Asset, We are unable to license some content. Please replace or delete the asset and try again" as shown on the attached file. However, on any part of the flyer the asset is identified, and before I could download the same file in any format I required. I need to solve this asap. 

Everytime I edit my videos and try to download it keeps showing we are working on your file please wait.after waiting for 3-4 hours it shows the same.And my Wifi is working completely fine there is some issue on software's end.

I've created and edited a video yet everytime I go to attempted to download the finished edited video I'm repeatedly getting the same result of having my download stop at 85% no matter how I try and work around and fix it. In trying to get this to work I've cleared my entire cache and cookies, I've tried duplicating the file and downloading the copy, I've tried waiting a few hours to see if maybe the bar would progress but nothing has worked. I've got ample storage on my PC and a strong internet connection so I'm not sure what exactly is going wrong here.

I'm having issues uploading video from my laptop to Adobe express web app. I have tried on 3 different laptops and same issue. It just hangs trying. I am able to select the file, but it just gets stuck trying to open. I've tried regular upload, I've tried uploading via trim video quick actions but after selecting the file, it just hangs. I've tried different files that I know are ok, but nothing. It was working yesterday, but not today

Took hours to try and get it doing what I wanted then spent 24hrs telling me it was saving before I could download, in the end today I just restarted the computer. No I need credits. I paid nearly $1800 already for the adobe package and you want me to pay more!! I'm so glad there are more and more free or cheaper alternatives with more options and are less hassle. 

My kingdom for a functioning version of Adobe Express....I've spent almost 2 hours reloading the background remover page and trying to upload a photo. YES, I cleared cache, all that time wasting stuff. Not sure why any of the troubleshooting suggestions don't troubleshoot - but alas. 

I've tried downloading my video many times over the last hour and I keep getting this unhelpful error. I was previously able to download the video today. I'm on a Mac + Chrome, good WiFi. I've tried reloading the page and logging out and back in.

The keyboard overlays the bottom section of the canvas, hiding editable text, making it hard to preview the design as we type and almost imposible to select or move the text pointer as we type.

I cannot upload photos. When i drag and drop or use the upload from a device button the image just comes out blank. why is this happening all of the sudden. fix this please. 

Since the June 19, 2025 update, I’ve experienced several interface issues that are making the platform harder to use. I’m using the web version of Adobe Express on a MacBook running macOS Sonoma 14.5. Illegible Font Preview: When choosing a font, the text preview inside the font selection pop-up becomes hard to read. This happens consistently when clicking the “Text” tool and selecting a font, the overlapping layout and low contrast make it difficult to see what you’re choosing. Faint Sidebar Icons: The left-hand sidebar (with icons like Templates, Media, Elements) has very low contrast. On my screen, the icons are hard to distinguish against the grey background. This impacts navigation speed and usability. Bulky black toolbar buttons: The new black button row at the top of the canvas (Resize, Theme, Quick Replace, etc.) feels visually heavy and takes up too much space. About two weeks now I can't open my files on my mobile. The app is running but when I try to open a project it loads and loads and loads.On desktop everything runs smoothly...Anyone else with that issue? Is it a bug, shall I wait for the new update or is it fixable by myself?

I am having issues today downloading a project into a PDF.  When I click the download button, the progress screen shows up and within 1 seconds says "download complete" and nothing has been downloaded.  I have tried multiple times, logged out and logged back in, refreshing, and nothing has worked.  Is this just a me issue, or is there a known issue?  If known issue, is there an ETA on a fix?  I need to get this document done to drop off tomorrow.

Hi, I'm having trouble importing PSD files into the app, and most importantly, I can't download anything. Everything worked before, but the problem has been occurring for some time. I'm using Mac OS, all application permissions are enabled, I've cleared cookies and cache, updated my browser and system, and tried other browsers. None of the solutions I found online work. Please help, maybe there is another way or some other settings in the system that I don't know about and need to be checked or changed? When I'm logging into app with another Macbook  or in mobile app, everything is working fine, so the problem is in this specific computer, every attempt is ending with download failure monit.
