In der Mobile App werden im Generierungsverlauf kein Videos angezeigt. Auch fehlen die Buttons für "Bilder" und "Videos". Es gibt nur den Button "Alle", dort werden aber nur die generierten Bilder angezeigt.

Just keep Generating video...Keep this browser tab open and your video will load momentarily. Closing the tab clears your browser session and all video progress will be lost. Nothing appears for the prompt I entered African American Woman stuck 2017 grieving the loss of her husband, running through a field of memories of their life together. But adobe has deducted 400 credits for no video.

text to video feature not working  

changed few models to try generating but still kept showing this error prompt: Something went wrongPlease try again later.

when i want to generate an image and write down the prompt, the text bar is unclickable, it doesnt work and it seems everything else get stuck in the window, i have never faced this issue before, that i have to refresh the page so i can proceed with the generation.

I am trying to create a new moodboard.  When I add images from my device, they appear with a Cross in the corner.  I cannot fix them to the moodboard, they move with my cursor.  If I click the cursor, they disappear.  I have tried fit view to image but they are not there.

I'm constantly getting "something went wrong please try again later" when editing an image in adobe firefly boards. It happens not matter the prompt or image or board I'm in. Once I hit the the "edit" button it kicks me to another image generator interface, before it was all on Boards. I have tried clearing all cache on Chrome, logged out and in, re-start etc. Error remains. Even tried Safari, but its the same. Please help.

When asking Firefly to make one simple change, it always changes something else, when I tell it leave everything else as is. I have asked it several times, and the result is always the same, costing more and more credits for a simple fix.

The current frame selection (Video->Frame->Select current frame) doesn't work. I tried in Safari and Chrome already. Nothing happens when I click on it.  

It’s not generating any visual

Can't loadWe can't display the generated video.You can edit and try again.  

It has been 30 minutes, still the video has not generated. It is still on the generating screen only that is the video loading screen. I have refreshed the page, but still the same screen. Now a days, firefly takes much more time to generate a video. Please look into it, as it is taking the credits.

I am requesting that the credit for the failed cellular biology video generation be restored to my account.My prompt clearly asked for a “luxurious microscopic VIP world,” “elegant cellular silhouettes,” and “soft bioluminescent particles.” Instead, the generated video showed rows of naked-looking human/mannequin-like bodies, which was inappropriate for the cellular biology concept and made the result unusable.I also experienced a separate playback/download issue with another Firefly video. The video would not play normally, and there was nothing actionable on the page that resolved it. I had to reboot Chrome and perform a hard refresh before the video finally played. That should not be necessary for a generated video preview.Because Firefly video generation is limited to only 10 generations per month, failed or unusable outputs consume a significant portion of the monthly allowance. Please restore the credit used for the inappropriate cellular biology generation and review the playbac
