When I click on download on an image, the file is not saving, or it is not allowing me to save the image to a folder. How do I find the image? Where did it go? It is not in my downloads folder so I do not know if it even downloaded.

Yesterday i tried the first time to use not stock images for my graphic work for clients and instead using the AI for one picture. I wanted to have 4 women in superhero suit flying in the clouds, 2 women blonde, 1 bruinette and one dark brown haired.I had 25 credits left for Firefly and the result pictures are garbage. Either the are 3 woman all blonde or 4 woman 2 blonde 2 brown haired with deformed faces or 2 woman had 3 legs or one of the four woman had a blurry leg. And it eats all my credits for nothing. I ended up using the best and repair the deformed faces with a photoeditor.But i had similar luck with playground AI using diffusion or others. But the biggest issue is that Firefly eats the credits and the results are not usable. Is this the new AI rip off of Adobe?  

The application reports an error when generating speech from the company profile using the ElevenLabs Multilingual V2 model. "An error has occurred. Please try again later or contact support for assistance."It works fine from other accounts. Where is the problem?

What is wrong with Adobe Firefly? I used be able to tweak different style settings for my generations but now there's only the size setting. What happened? Are those settings some expensive premium stuff?

I started a 4-second widescreen video generation in Sora 2 using one reference image and a detailed anime-style prompt. The system returned a service unavailable error, no output was generated, but credits were still deducted.

Essentially this tool allows the user to submit a VO they have recorded. Then the AI takes it and keeps the cadence and emotion from the reading and applies an AI voice of there choosing.  The generated AI voice keeps all of the aforementioned qualities of the original VO.

I was attempting to do a img2vid prompt when the first result wasnt what i wanted, so I altered the prompt and ran it a second time, when I got an error (see screenshot).Even though it didn’t give me any result at all, it still deducted my credits 400.You charged me and gave me nothing

There's normally sound included with these video generations, which couldn't usually take 400 credits or more, I've lost over 800 credits on two videos where there was no audio as expected just wanted to report it it's been out that I've been having problems with and I'm not sure if I should continue using it, tbh.

As I said all the credits were deducted without generating anything! I mean anything!!! It said “something went wrong!” I need when and will all those credited deducted by error be restored!? This actually seriously affect my work!

Veo 3.1 fast. it takes my credits by generating random nonsense that has nothing to do with the inputs.this is enough information for you, because you already know everything. don't look for evidence because the internet is full of user complaints. You owe me wasted credits!

Because my prompts weren’t followed correctly, I want some credits sent back to my account. Of the 10 versions, at least six had to be redone because of spelling errors or changes to the design that I didn’t ask for or want.

I just renewed my subscription until March 1, but next reset says February 9. I don't understand.

 I can't export the edited video from video editor. It says "Project failed exporting. Please try again later" all the time. The problem is in Adobe Firefly Video Editor on web 

When i try to generate images, for some reason got after a few successful generations the following:  "Something went wrong" or "Can't Load" in bulk, even one 1 word promps

I was deducted 1000 credits and not refunded. I was using Runway gen 4.5 and got this error code.See attached

If iam generating video. It asking to pay money.but I yesterday only recharge this .only some video credits only get what is this

On several occasions I will upload an image to be used as the first frame and in the prompt I make it explicitly clear to use the uploaded image, but then 200-300 credits later, FF generates a video that uses none of the image I uploaded, which is a waste of time and paid credits
