Any video I try to create, it says it can't because it violates the guidelines. This is an awful service. 

I’ve been dealing with generation issues and it seems that whenever I attach a reference image to any prompt, it yields an error. I’ve tried various reference images, and various prompts (all dealing with game asset creation, nothing against guidelines/no ppl/no brand references/etc.)I used reference images that I had no issues with a month or so ago, but i’ve now gotten error after error regardless of which model I use. 

I have been using veo 3.1 engine for video generation, but it is showing generating from an hour, last time also same thing happened and i cancel it, and my credits got deducted and feels like a scam. everytime same thing is happening.

（１）プロンプトを入力して画像生成ボタンを押すと、画像は生成されますが、入力したプロンプトが消えません。間違ってEnterや画面をリロードすると、再度同じプロンプトで同じ画像が生成され、クレジットが無駄に消費されます。Enterを押したらプロンプト決してほしいです。また、十分に注意したとしても、Window閉じた後に再度アクセスしたら前入力したプロンプトがそのまま再実行されてしまい、またクレジットが消費されてしまいます。本当に何度も無駄にクレジットを消費しないでほしいです。 （２）再生成の機能がありますが、９０％にた画像が再生成されます。これもクレジット消費の無駄です。賢く違うバリエーションの画像作れないでしょうか？（使用モデルがnano banana 2です）。 （３）再度同じプロンプトをコピーできるようにプロンプトコピー機能を入れてください。プロンプトが隠れてしまい（...で省略）、全部コピーできません。「再生成」機能は（２）で書いたようにほぼ変わらない画像ができてしまいます。バリエーションが欲しいのに。。 とにかくこんな慎重にプロンプト入力したら、手で一度消さないと、勝手に再実行されてしまい、クレジット消えるようなサービス初めてです。。。早くバグ直して欲しいです。[Adobe Firefly/Bug Reportsへ移動しました：モデレーター]

Hello Adobe Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with the "Composition References" feature in Adobe Firefly. Over the past few days, I have noticed that reference images are not being applied correctly, and the generated results do not follow the provided prompts. Despite adjusting the prompts and trying different reference images, the tool completely ignores the composition references or produces unexpected results.I have already checked for transparency issues in the images and tried using different browsers, but the problem persists. This is affecting my workflow, particularly on sensitive design projects.I would appreciate any guidance on temporary solutions or updates on whether this issue is being addressed. I am also happy to provide further details if needed.Thank you in advance for your assistance. 

I go to my account page. I see all 5 plans. I click on “Manage plan”. I click on “Cancel your plan” and then nothing happens. I get the next screen and the wheel will spin for hours without ever showing the page.  Please help me to cancel all my plans. My project is finished and I don’t need any plan at the moment. 

Somewhere between 4am and noon PST on 04/11/2026, my generation files disappeared on my PC. But i still have them on my cell phone.

I have a subscription at $29.99 And all of a sudden, it no longer works. Says i need to upgrade after 10 complimentary prompts.

I wrote a text prompt for my first video scene. Nothing overly complicated. I hit the edit text tab so firefly could polish my prompts to achieve the best results. Having hit generate a couple of times it says something went wrong and to try again later 

The prompt i used was: “i would like to see the word CrossEyed Productions come into middle screen letter by letter. i would like them in a cursive font, golden colored and on fire. black background with embers floating in the back.”Firefly refused to spell CrossEyed properly.

Title pretty much explains it. I have tried created several videos from a firefly generated image of a woman in a meditation pose and the video is simply to have her breathe in and bring her arms up over her head, palms together, and then exhale and bring her arms down to her chest. Keep getting this error for months but dont have enough time to keep messing with it. Ive tried other simple videos of other things and get this message or the message that the firefly image does not meet community standards. 

I experienced a critical bug where my entire board was wiped out unexpectedly. Is there a revision history or a backup I can access to recover the content?

I’m unable to modify the model in Firefly Boards, and the “Generate” button is also unresponsive. Similarly, the right panel menu, which includes options for generation settings, generation history, and more, is not functional.

I'm bringing to discussion an issue that was probably already discussed somewhere, and its about how Firefly is lagging hard behind other Text to Image Generators. In this case, ChatGPT.Firefly and Adobe are my preferred work tools. I am paying to use them and I'm always hopeful that the tech evolves in the right direction. That the way the AI engine eats and chews the prompts is effective enough that I don't have to spend an awful amount of time refining prompts to get satisfactory results.Firefly is armed with a vast array of style options and settings, and along with the prompt refining, it should do the trick in getting great results with little effort, but I keep getting bad results.At the same time, I go into ChatGPT, and with a single prompt, no extra settings and presets, I get what I want at first try. I'm not paying for ChatGPT so I have a very limited daily amount of images I can generate.Case in point, I'll give you the following example, from a series of personal things I'

You are charging me credits for the generation of an audio clip from text. But when I listen to it, it is not generated properly.I do not want to use credits for something that is not acceptable.

It is not acceptable.  I have to go to a free app to get it done. 

After it generated image for me I wanted something moved or enlarged and it appeared to generate but image looks the same. No changes. Just took credits anyway. Disappointing!

the Adobe Firefly app on Android switches from Dutch to English unexpectedly, clearing the app's cache and data temporarily restores Dutch. I want to prevent this recurring issue. I already checked all the following:-Ensured my Android device is running Android 10.0 or later, meeting the minimum system requirements for Firefly.-Confirmed the app is updated to the latest version from the Google Play Store.-Checked my device's system language is set to Dutch and remains stable without switching.-Avoided using any device or app settings that override app language preferences.-Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Firefly app to reset language settings.

What happened with Adobe? I upload 20 second video for upscale and for 40 minutes but nothing happened. Video not upscale

All day, and yes, I mean ALL DAY. The same error reporting generation failure. This is discusting that I am being charge my hard earned money for a service that dose not work at all. Multiple diferent first frame references in combination with multiplu veriations of text prompts generated ZERO footage at all. 

i bought 2000 credits to use in firefly and they did NOT register...showed they were gone. I was not able to use them.

I’m currently unable to upload photos to Firefly for editing, despite the service working for only about a week and a half. Considering the cost, this disruption is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly or provide a full refund.
