I paid the amount though UPI but no credits recieved, Not sure whom to contact and report this

I generated a video from and image with Firefly and the video after 2 secondo changes colours to a very bright pink. Even tho prompt instructed not to edit colours. Jag kan generera när jag loggar in på hemsidan men inte via appen. först använde jag gratisversionen men ville inte ha begränsningen så skapade en prenumeration. Ändå får jag samma meddelande om att ”sakta ner” och att det av säkerhetsskäl inte går att generera. Jag har provat att logga ut och logga in flera gånger och även stängt av telefonen och uppdaterat men inget hjälper. 

Generated about 6 videos before it stopped letting me download. The video continues to render. It still cost me credits despite me being unable to use it. 

I purchased the premium version, but the website throws so many errors that I can't generate a video from the prompt because it keeps having some kind of problem. The credits are downloaded, but the video isn't generated, so I lose money every time. I don't have any credits or video.

 Generated videos from generation history are not opening. Unable to use generated videos because they won't even load.

 Can’t edit image using the mentioned model. It only happened today so far. I can see I have all credits avaiable for me, so it doesn’t seems to be a credits issue. Help please

I gave very specific prompts and the video generated didn’t match those, especially the timeframe 

I am unable to generate an image to image.  It isn't working - again.  It happens every day. Today I received the message "Something went wrong.  Try again later."  despite having 230 credits available.   

 Generation history displays only gray loading placeholders in both Chrome and Edge

The AI generator is getting many of my requests BLATANTLY wrong yet I'm still charged credits for the mistakes. Sometimes there is no change made at all after editing prompts and I'm still getting charged credits. I’ll ask to remove a certain object from an image and the AI will either not remove it or if it does remove it it will add some other thing I didn’t ask for. I’m getting charged a lot of credits for the AI mistakes that I have to redo over and over again until I get what I was asking for or I settle for what I get.

In the Firefly web interface, create a new custom model to be trained. Add the minimum amount of images to begin training (currently 10). Allow for Firefly to analyse and auto-caption the submitted images. When editing the captions, entering text will only be possible as a long string of letters since the empty space is not accepted as input. Using the mouse to place the cursor between words to add a space works, but the cursor jumps to the end position after every character entry, making editing tedious and long-winded. 

cuando intento seleccionar un archivo de mi biblioteca para trabajar en su edicion no se carga, por lo tanto no puedo seguir editandolo. ademas en otras ocaiones cuando si abre la parte de editar esta otro archivo que no es el que deseo editar

trying to create video with kling one video gets done but when we put second video it gives error atleast ten times then enerate the next 

There is no toolbar when selecting images, I want to edit parts of the image and I don’t know where to find the option since the toolbar isn’t appearing
