I want to upload a video from my laptop and I get an error that it cannot upload for the length of the video. Am I doing something wrong?
I tried using the topaz upscale options and I got the "something went wrong" doggy error message. I have enough credits.
this is my first generation and it keeps showing “something went wrong try back later”
I cant make anything. It takes forever to load. Im paying alot for this!
I am unable to generate video
last two days can upload any image as reference. Not even error message is shown. Just dont conclude the action. Is as nothing was clicked at all
Every prompt every engine is giving me this>????? Signing in and out sometimes works for a single image? HELP!
I built a custom model, used it, created images with it and now it’ has completely going. The images I created are still there but the model isn’t

Hi Adobe Firefly Support,I’m running into multiple issues with custom model training and would appreciate your help.Last week, I successfully trained a custom model and spent around 500 credits on the training process. The model was available and usable initially, but now it has disappeared and is showing as “Draft” again, as if the training never completed. I would like to recover the trained model or restore the completed training state if possible.Additionally, when attempting new training runs, I’m consistently getting an error message:“Exceeded concurrency limit. Please try again later.”Because of this, I currently cannot continue training new models either.Could you please: investigate why the previously trained model reverted to Draft mode help restore the trained model if possible check whether the consumed credits can be recovered if the training failed internally investigate the concurrency limit/training issue on my account Thanks in advance for your support.Best,Timo
I keep trying but doesn't work
If I create any video using Kling 3.0 in Boards, it will be created as 720p despite choosing 1080p, which makes creating videos in boards useless for my workflow.Creating Kling 3.0 videos in “Generate Video” works normally, but this kills my creativity as I work only with boards, especially that I can’t do anything while waiting 2-3 minutes for each generation to finish.
As mentioned, I have done this action with similar files. It has correctly done the art that I requested. But the last 2-3 request, the product that comes up has NOTHING TO DO WITH MY REQUEST. So i asked again, adding my file, I use the same words, and on the second try it does it correctly. I do not know if you are charging me for those mistakes by your system.
I am a professional fashion photographer and educator who relies on Firefly for high-end client work. Since the late April/early May 2026 updates, my workflow has become completely broken due to several critical issues.The output quality has significantly degraded. Despite using professional prompts for realism, the results appear "plastic," artificial, and over-processed. The natural skin texture and photographic depth that were present in previous versions are now missing, making the images unusable for professional delivery.The model is consistently ignoring key details from uploaded reference images. For example, it frequently changes specific features (e.g., eye color from green to brown) despite clear visual and textual instructions. This makes maintaining character consistency impossible.In addition to the quality issues, the download button in the Firefly web interface has stopped responding. I am currently unable to export my generated assets to complete my projects.As a payin

If I paste a large block of text into the Speech Generation window, I can’t scroll to the bottom of it.
Well, I am generating images from text, simple line art.I want to refer to a previous image from a week or so back, so I can reference what settings I used to generate that particular image.I can scroll up, but if it’s not recent I need to look for it in my generation history.Either way, I ‘open’ the image, but it appears not to simply recall the image, but regenerate the image with default settings. The image looks similar, but the cropping is different as it has defaulted to ‘auto’.It doesn’t simply open the existing images and show you what settings you originally created it with.And I think it is using more credits as well?I am simple trying to ‘open a previous document’. Am I missing something?Thank you.
I always get errors while prompting images, its always when working on the promt after promting it first.I cant take extranotes or any more information onto the first prompt. Firefly doesn't get any style if i whrite down. for example i used: linocut, aquarell painting etc.
i cant generate videos after purchasing 5000x2 credits it still tells me to buy credits

I'm having trouble accessing the workflow in the production environment. When I try to access the page, it asks for a new login and then doesn't load.
Every time I try to generate I get an error saying please try again later. This has persisted for at least a week. I can’t even see my generation history now.
I get a blank white page when I go to Image Generation. Everything else is up and loading fine except for the Image Generation page.
