Hello, Every time I try to generate any image using the text-to-image feature, the application immediately fails and displays a 'Something went wrong. Please try again later.' error message. This happens consistently regardless of the prompt or settings used. Please help me investigate and resolve this generation failure.

Generated images are not opening for edits. Page locks up, doesn't load. Happening every time I try to open a generated image to edit. Unacceptable, unable to use in edit.

Before pic After generate picIssue: Before generation, the full image and complete scene are visible. However, after generation, the output image is automatically cropped and the framing/aspect ratio changes. Parts of the original image are missing. The generated result should maintain the original image dimensions, aspect ratio, and full framing while only removing the requested object.Expected result: The complete original image should remain visible after generation, without any unwanted cropping or change in framing.

I’m unable to access the Adobe Cloud Storage photos on either my iMac or iPad. Claude says this is Adobe’s problem and that users have been complaining since last year. Please fix it! When I select Adobe Cloud Storage, I’m presented with the latest 12 or so pictures that have been generated. When I choose one, the image becomes gray as does the “Add” button. Adobe is a major software company - this is really unacceptable.

I have over 100 generations and Firefly freezes on ‘unresponsive’ error every time I try and load the ‘Generation History’ page. I am also not able to create any new generations during this time. I have checked my system and I have a enough storage and Ram, im not running any other programs either, chrome and internet and all is good.  It has become unusable. I am not going to pay for something that never works. 

Like, literally did nothing. What the heck am I paying with credits for? It should only take out credits if you download the generation that way. If it generates trash, it doesn't cost us because it just used up 1000 credits for absolute trash. Guys, this is not acceptable. I'd rather take my chances elsewhere if this is what I'm paying for.

I am confused about the rejection of my prompt.I used Firefly out of Lightroom classic and the new feature of “Edit with Firefly” I have a photo of my manniquin I use for practice light setups and in one photo the eyes are blurry and  with the prompt “replace  the blurry eyes with realistic looking blue eyes “ I receive the message Prompt declinedOne or more words may not meet User Guidelines. Try changing your prompt.Any feedback what I am doing wrong?  

I have adobe firefly premium since last year.  I have 3 separate accounts, each one has stopped working.  I enjoy my Adobe Firefly premium I do want to keep them.  Please help.  I am communicating in all 3 accounts as well.  I am not doing anything differently than I have from the start and it just stopped doing anything 2 days ago.  Thank you

Sollte das Problem nach 3 Tagen nicht behoben sein, werde mein Abo leider kündigen müssen 

Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue while trying to generate a video from an image created using Adobe Firefly (with Google Nano Banana).I generated an image within Adobe Firefly itself, and now I want to use that image as the first frame to create a video. However, when I upload the same image, I receive the following error:“This image has Content Credentials that indicate it can't be used with generative AI features.”This is quite confusing because the image was generated within Adobe Firefly, and I expected it to be fully compatible with other Firefly features like video generation.What I’ve tried:Re-saved the image and re-uploading the imageEvery possible ways exist on internet.Unfortunately, the issue persists.My questions:Why are Firefly-generated images restricted by Content Credentials within Adobe’s own ecosystem?Is there a way to remove or bypass these credentials for internal use?Are there any recommended workflows to use Firefly-generated images as input for video generation?Wo

 Tried to generate a video with a starting frame. Frame disappeared once I clicked generate and the resulting video was completely wrong. Tried again and the frame disappeared again. Tried to stop the video by closing out or refreshing and it took my credits anyway and did not even generate a video. At the very least allow a generation to be stopped maybe with a few second delay before taking credits and starting the video generation. I have complained/suggested this before and was told to close out the page to stop the generation, but it's pointless if it still takes my credits. 

If I want to generate a prompt I get this page time after time! I work in Chrome and just recently deleted all cache and cookies and stuff! Not paying for something which is not working...

im uploading a reference image to generate a video. i describe the camera movement i want, but the generated video completely ignores the reference image, and generates a video based only on the text prompt. 

when I use firefly 5 to restore an image it changes 3x2 images to 1x1 everytime

I've generated about 2 videos, or rather tried and each cost me about 360 / 380 credits which caused me to run out without getting any results. Just wanted to give a heads up

On September 25, 2026, around 8:00 PM KST, I used Adobe Firefly on the web (Generate Speech) in Chrome on Windows. I selected the ElevenLabs Multilingual v2 model and the “Chris - Charming, Down-to-Earth” voice. The script counter showed 383/5000 characters. When I generated speech, a red banner appeared saying in Korean: “문제가 발생했습니다. 다시 시도하거나 지원팀에 지원을 문의하세요.” (“Something went wrong. Try again or contact support.”) No error code or explanation was shown. A tile also appeared in generation history, so the outcome was unclear. Could you please explain the cause, how to resolve it, and whether a failed attempt consumes generation credits? I can provide more details privately if needed.

生成の履歴からファイルをクリックして画像の生成を行おうとしたが、生成画面に移動した直後に画面が固まった。その際、ブラウザは固まらずに動作していた。また、生成の履歴の不要ファイルを削除しようとしたところ、最終確認のウインドウが出て固まった。その際、ブラウザは固まらずに動作していた。
