i use the latest premiere pro version with i9 cpu and rtx 4070. when i try to erase the un wanted video parts after apply "cut" the red trim head act unusual, its disappears, clone itself and move problematic. do you guys ever face with this situation or know how to fix it?

Hi, when editing the timeline will not stop playing.  I hit stop and it stops for a millisecond and then carries on. It is making editing impossible. Keyboard no longer gets any result from any keys in Premiere.Mouse moves fine, but nothing responds to clicks.I have found a post raising a similar thing in 2017 but seems it is still live and kicking in 2023. It has been for the last 2 days if that helps narrow things down.   

Hi, I've had a similar problem with Audition right from the start when I first subscribed -- the playback in the spectral view of any audio file is jittering/lagging/stuttering during playback while the audio itself is played without a hitch -- and nobody could help me with it. Now I have a similar problem with Premiere and I think the reasons might be the same for both problems.Premiere worked fine the last time I used it (several months ago), where got a message that my graphics card wouldn't be supported with the next update. Now I had to use Premiere again and the playback is now stuttering/lagging, especially the audio. So I thought a new graphics card would solve the problem. I bought a new one, but the problem is still the same. Can anyone help me, please? Thank you and all the best!

Playback and editing with footage from the DJI avata shot in 2k 119.88 fps will not scrub or playback and will hang on frames.  Premier version 23.4.0 (build s6) Before the update to 23.4.0 on May 10, playback was fine for the footage. After the update, playback stutters and freezes. Scrubbing is the same with some frames becoming "stuck" when the timeline is scrubbed. Same when applied to a sequence and settings are changes and forced render. VLC plays the footage fine, same with Windows Media Player. It's only in Premier that the issue happens.  Re-installed app, deleted cache. No-change. Affects all projects with footage from the DJI avata (and my only source of 119.88fps footage). I have not downgraded yet.  ALL other footage from a variety of sources and storage locations plays back fine in Premier. System: 12th gen core i9 12900k 3200mhzAsus ProArt z69032GB RAMNvidia RTX 3050(driver version 31.0.15.3168)Windows 10 Pro Ve

If you click on the .prproj file directly from the File Explorer to open the Premiere Pro,the shortcut keys in the toolbar will not be displayed.If you run Premiere Pro and then open prproj from Premiere Pro main window,there will display the toolbar shortcuts .  Premiere Pro 2023.23.2 ,Win10This bug has been around since at least Premiere Pro 2020 @Kevin-MonahanWhen I updated to 24.3, this issue has not been fixed yet.could you check it please?

Adobe Premiere version 22.5macOS Monterey 12.0.1 I'm importing clips from multiple show titles, and on my harddrive I have clips from each title organized into Folders in Finder, but when I Import the folders, any folders with out multiple clips don't import as Bins. If there is one clip in the folder, only that clip imports, without a bin, and if there's nothing in the folder, nothing happens at all. This is not how it used to work, and I'm wondering if it's a bug. I would like to maintain the same file structure in Premiere that I'm using in Finder, plus if/when I get new clips from these titles, I'd like them to have an existing bin to be imported to. Having to go through and recreate these bins seems like an unneccesary step.
