Hello,I encountered the following warning in Premiere Pro v26:“Error waiting for accelerated frame to be rendered, timed out.”System specs:Intel i7-14700RTX 3060 12GB (Studio Driver)32GB RAMCUDA enabledWindows 11Details:1080p 60fps timelineWarp Stabilizer was applied to a clipWarp was later deletedOnly simple PNG verse graphics on timeline (no Lumetri, no HSL, no Sharpen)Premiere did not crashPlayback continued normallyAfter restart, issue did not reappearIt seems like a brief GPU timeout rather than a hardware instability.Has anyone observed this behavior in v26, especially related to Warp Stabilizer + CUDA?Thank you.
Every time I try to open a project with a version of Premiere newer than 25.5, it crashes immediately upon loading. It doesn’t matter if it’s v26 or 25.6.x. I’ve tried restarting the computer, resetting the preferences and clearing the cache, restarting again, none of it worked. However, it does appear I can open a new project in v26 without it crashing, and I can open a v26 project that a co-worker creeated and I took over (they were able to successfully update a while back and are not getting my errors).I’m on an Apple M3 Max chip, macOS 26.2, 96 GB RAM.Please help.
Hello, today, while I was working on a project in Premiere Pro, the preview image suddenly disappeared. In Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, the video preview does not open in the part where the preview screen is located. When I press the space bar, the sound of the video starting is heard, but there is no image. I searched in many places, but I could not find a solution. I deleted it and reinstalled it, it didn't work, I cleared the media cache and it didn't work, I downgraded or upgraded the version and it didn't work either. I tried and many other things but I couldn't find a solution. I am sending the screen recording as an attachment. I would be very happy if you could help me. (my system propertiesi7 13700hgtx 406032 ddr5 ram1tb ssdThe video I was working on was a very simple edit, so I don't think it was caused by a system freeze.)
So…This wasn’t fixed in 24, neither in 25, now it’s in 26. Please tell me, Adobe, that the team at least discussed this issue. It happens randomly, with random media. I wad a 2-tracks multicam sequence of mxf files in a 1080p sequence: Cleaning cache did not help. Restart did not help, resetting workspace\Pr preferences did not help. Reddit is full if such cases. This forum has complaints about the same issue.
I like using white as my default label color for new assets so I can clearly see what hasn’t been used yet in the project panel. But when I drag in a clip to the timeline, the audio waveforms are invisible because they’re too light. The waveform colors should auto contrast with the clip’s label color.
Normally when exporting Markers in Premiere to use as timestamps for Youtube videos, they export in organized, separate columns on a spreadsheet making it easy to copy-paste them all in one go into the video description. But when I do it now, all marker data is put together in one column. It doesn’t matter what file type I export them as, .CSV or .TXT it still has this problem. Now, I either have to manually organize dozens of marker titles, timestamps, etc to copy and paste them all in one go, or go to the Premiere project timeline and copy-paste each marker and its timestamp one by one into Youtube.
There are still issues with generating waveforms in the timeline/source window. "Generate Audio Waveform" in the clip menu does literally nothing, mayhe that option is just there for ornamental purposes? This has been a problem for years and you have to finally fix it. What ia going on??
Old problem, still here. I saw a few posts about this from like 10 and 5 months ago, saying it was fixed but it is not. I have latest version of Premiere and happens every time I switch from Editing to Audio workspace. I have to then close Audio track mixer tab and reopen in Windows dropdown menu to make it work. Is there no bug testing before they release new versions at Adobe???
I make changes to the timeline and it will not play. If it does start to play it will not stop, or will only stop after sometime. Began right after updating to 26.0
With the latest 25.2.3 (Build 4) version of Premiere, again the Waveform bug has re-appeared. Waveform generation starts, but then if you delete the media from your project, rather than Premiere stopping the waveform generation for that particular file, it just freezes at the point the waveform generation had got up to, and won't progress any further. It will stay like this forever, unless Premiere is closed and then re-started. Can this please be fixed again?
Upgraded to Premiere 2026.0.0The option to create a mask is missing across Lumetri and Gaussian Blur. Renderer locked to Metal GPU. Issue persists after preference reset and occurs in new projects. Also, the “search” within Link media, upon opening a project, searches across my computer rather than the specific drive/folder I point it to. It takes forever and you have to cancel.
I did a morgt with a slot for media replacemet. The Picture size has to be 1920x360If I load media whit this format everything is fine.If I load a bigger file: for eg fullHD, it gets really bad quality. No help for: fit to size/No Scale/or…Is it a bug or feature?2 mogrt to test thanks!Simon
Every flippin’ time I export from my current project, the ‘Range’ automatically switches to ‘Custom’. It keeps exporting much more of the timeline than I want. Even when there’s nothing on the timeline beyond the last clip, it exports several minutes of black. I manually change the export range to ‘Work Area’, but after that single export it changes back to Custom. This setting used to be sticky. Set it once within a project and it stays that way. Not anymore!!! I need this behaviour to stop. When I export, I only want it to export the Work Area. I need this setting to stay the way I set it!!! Adobe Premiere Pro Version 25.6.4 (build 5), zero 3rd party plug-insWindows 11, Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 285K 3.70 GHz, 128 GB (127 GB usable), 64-bit operating system, NVIDEA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPERThe project I’m having trouble with is within a Production, if that matters.
This is in Premiere 25.6.4 (Build 5) (macOS)(Forgive me if this has been fixed in 26, I have not had a chance to upgrade yet.)In the Effect Control Panel if you highlight rotation and hit they arrow keys up and down the value moves by 1. If you hold the cmd key and press and arrow the value changes by 0.1.When in the Properties panel you have access to Rotation settings. But you are only able to move up and down by whole numbers. Pressing the cmd key with an arrow key does not seem to allow for decimal adjustments.
Adobe Fonts keeps breaking. I feel like I'm constantly having to fix and reload fonts that I already had because it's yet another area that's fundamentally broken.
Just downloaded Premiere on my new work PC, and whenever I try to open a new project, the mouse keeps flashing the ‘loading’ sign, and I’m unable to click successfully through on any buttons to even open a project. I’m able to open previous projects, but I get the same flashing ‘loading’ sign on my mouse and am unable to work in the session.I’ve done all the basic troubleshooting, clearing caches, uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting computer, etc…
premiere pro has been causing these popping noises whenever I import clips into the software, and I have no idea how to solve it. I've tried so many diff things like clearing caches, changing sample rate, setting default audio input to no input like some people have been mentioning online, but NOTHING is fixing it and its driving me crazy. I have an example clip of the popping, which happens at the very start of the clip.
Description:In previous versions of Premiere Pro (such as 2024), using a custom shortcut assigned to the “Send to Adobe Media Encoder” command respected the In and Out points set on the timeline. However, in Premiere Pro 2025, this behavior has changed. Now, when I use that shortcut, Premiere sends the entire work area to Media Encoder — even if the work area is disabled — and completely ignores the In and Out points. This breaks a key part of my workflow, where I quickly mark In/Out and send just that range to export.Currently, I’m forced to use the manual export dialog (Ctrl+M) to ensure the In/Out range is respected, which adds unnecessary steps.Steps to reproduce:Mark In (I) and Out (O) points on a sequence.Use a custom shortcut assigned to “Send to Adobe Media Encoder.”Media Encoder opens the task with the "work area range" setting instead of "In/Out source".Expected behavior:The export should respect the In/Out points marked in the sequence — as it di
Hello, Do you mean if it makes a difference in workflow or a technical difference? If you meant technically, yes, as i've written above it works as expected. If you meant workflow wise yes, it makes a difference if you have 3+ files to export as it saves you time. Pressing a single shortcut vs waiting for a window to open and pressing Send to encoder button.
Workspace options i set to appear set to be hidden does not save. Even if you delete the workspaces you'd like to appear in the bar, when you reopen the program, the bar reverts to the default workspace customization of everything included
In January, I started editing a project on a 2017 iMac, 2TB internal HDD with about 130GB free, using Premiere Pro v25.6 and proxies. It had to be sent serviced at an official Apple Store, for an internal cleanup as the fan started making a noise. Chose to upgrade the internal drive from a 2TB HDD to 2TB SSD, details of which I have shared in screenshots below.Meanwhile, I resumed my edit on a rented Macbook Air M1, 2020 (8GB). Mid-project Premiere Pro auto-upgraded from v25.6 to v26 and I continued editing till 2 days ago. The rental period lapsed and I had to return the Macbook Air and resume working on the serviced and upgarded iMac.The first problem I encountered was that the iMac isn’t compatible with Adobe app v26 so I installed v25.6, which didn’t allow me to open my project files as it was created in a newer version. I first used https://downgrader.elements.tv/ to downgrade the project, but v25.6 couldn’t open that file saying the file may be damaged. After following some instr
I'm having a problem with the audio in my clips; it sounds like a vinyl record on a radio… I've attached an exported file so you can listen to it... it's like a static in the audio that's annoying.
As you can see the mixer window is missing lots of details. This started with my upgrade to 26.0
We are testing the B60 Pro GPUs in Premiere and the timeline playback is terrible. Can’t even playback ¼ res. Even if you render the timeline it still drops frames. The same machine has a 3090 in and that plays back fine. CPU 5950X, 128GB RAM, rtx3090 and Intel ARC B60 Pro. Using the PRO Intel Drivers all latest windows and driver updates. Premiere 2026.
I have a problem with undo and redo commands since I've updated to Premiere Pro 25.00. Whenever I use CMD+Z to undo a step at first nothing happens. But when I use it a second time it does undo as it should. So I always have to double-hit CMD+Z whenever I have to undo a step. The second problem is that the "redo" command doesn't work. It's also greyed in the "Edit" menu. I realized that when I hit CMD+Z once (and it doesn't work) the "redo" isn't grayed and it's available. But when I hit CMD+Z a second time to undo a step because the first time nothing happened the "redo" becomes grayed. So basically every time I have to undo a step I must hit the "undo" command twice and I can never redo a step because of that bug. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
