I have downloaded the latest Adobe Connect app to my macbook pro and when I open my webinar and go to the link to join, an error message pops up to say I don't have the latest version downloaded. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times and it isn't helping, nor is the help desk! Is someone able from Adobe able to take a look at my laptop remotely?!

Why did Adobe change the esthetic to something counter intuitive? The draw tools lets you draw green checks and red X's for your learners to follow and it was great before when they could give responses that corresponded with that. Not to mention the new gray smiley / applause just looks horrible compared to what it looked like before you can barely even notice their status's. 

Hi adobe connect community! I'm new here if I have any mistakes sorry for that.From last week whenever I'm trying to connect to my adobe connect classroom in my iPhone device after clicking the open in app in safari browser it redirects to mobile.adobeconnect.com and the same page but with bad styling comes up by the way after clicking again on open in app I get Safari cannot open this page because too many redirects occurred.Google Chrome says ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS too. I tried reinstalling Connect app and also clearing the browser's cache and cookies with no results.I tried to connect with another device and it worked. Also I've tested connecting to other classrooms through this phone and using another account with no results; Please help

In the last  month or so we have experienced an issue where our meeting hosts randomly are kicked out of Adobe Connect with no warning or indication that they are no longer in the meeting.  It appears as if they are presenting, but the participants in the meeting can't see what they are sharing or hear them.  This occurs in the middle of the presentation, not when sharing begins.  They have no connection issues, and it does not kick out the participants, only the host.  On AdobeConnect 11.2 - using Standard View - PGI Audio, mostly PC speaker/mic.  Has this been seen by others?

I am on a PC. I have downloaded the latest Adobe Connect. It opens in Classic View. There is no obvious button or window or dropdown that allows me to switch from Classic to Standard. The "opening" page doesn't have the option either (see below). 

Is it possible to show the attendee pod in the meeting itself? Usually we use that licence for bigger meetings but now we want to use for sessions with only 50 attendees. Is there a chance to make that list visibile to all attendees? Thank you!

Since moving to the latest release of connect my web cam image has started to display very small. It only occupies a small portion of the pod. Any way to change this? A tiny image does not make much of an impact.

When I try to join live classes via canvas, it asks me to download the Adobe Connect desktop application. Interestingly, a few weeks ago, the canvas link would give me a page where I was prompted to download or open the Adobe Connect mobile app; this worked seamlessly.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I cannot join the live class via my phone. How do I resolve this issue?   

I think this is more of a complaint than a question, but I've switched over to Adobe Connect Standard view, and the contrast is just awful. Everything is white and super light grey, so it's hard to see where one box ends and the next begins. It's giving me a headache. Has anyone figured out how to adjust the contrast? Thanks! 

I'm trying to upload a zip file created from flippity.net which is a board game.  I keep getting an message that there is an error converting the file.  Any suggestions?

We have a problem of PDF files that do not upload properly.When uploading a file from computer, we often get an error message:-"There was an error converting your file . There may be security restrictions on this document "Here are some of the symtoms of the problem :-1 . In some cases, after leaving it a while, and trying again later, the problem has gone.2.  In other cases; one Host cannot upload a PDF file, but when another Host tries to upload the same file in the same meeting, it works.3.  Or in other cases, the Host cannot upload a PDF file in one meeting room, but can upload the file in different meeting room.     This means that all other users in the first meeting room have to switch to the other meeting room in order to view the Host's PDF file.So it does not seem to be a "security restrictions" or file configuration issue,since the same file works perfectly at some times and not at others and with some users and not othersIt seems to be escalati

I am unable to open the adobe connect download. Everytime i open it up I get the warning pop up saying that it cannot be opened due to 'no mountable file systems'. I do not know how to fix this.  I am downloading from a Mac-book Air using OS X El Capitan. I have tried downloading from Safari and from Chrome. Nothing is working.  I have seen that this has been a common problem for a lot of people, especially regarding the newest adobe connect update. But I cannot find an answer answer on how to sort out this problem. 

Hello, how can I stop loading content, if there is no content? The player loads and loads.With classic view, there was a possibility for stopping loading content, but in the new view, I don´t find a solution!Knows somebody, what to do?Best regards, Dirk

Hi,I am probably being stupid here. We have a session where participants are required to take part in a video chat. This requires up to participants havig their webcam active and being able to see the others in the session and respond accordingly.  For the host everything works as expected and all video feeds are viewable. The participants however only have thumbnals of the other screens and whichever individual they click on. Is there a way for the particiapnts to have all webcams viewable? Most of the participants are accessing wither through a browser or mobile app. Any help is always appreciated. Thanks. DC

Adobe 11:I uploaded a video. It plays fine,but audio is only on the computer speakers.If an attendee is dialed in on the phone, then they can't hear the audio of the video.How do I get audio from video through the phone as well?

Hello. My built in mic works with all other apps apart from Connect. In the setup device and test the mic records nothing. It is detected but, when I go into settings to configure the mic mutes automatically. Ive tried everything from updating drives to restarting the laptop. Hi folks, I've had several users call me this morning already who aren't able to hear in an Adobe Connect room. All users complaining are on Macs and are trying to access the room through the browser. I got one user working by going into Preferences and giving microphone and "Auto-play" access to our website, but they had to reboot to get those settings to take effect. The others we are just trying to get them to use the app. Anybody know what is causing this or if Apple release and update recently that screwed things up? Thanks.

We have a powerpoint presentation with sound and we switched the audio icon to unvisible. But with the presenter - publish - HTML5 the audio icon is visible. Does anybody know a solution for this - expect placing the icon outside the screen or to change the size of the icon to zero?Thanks for help

Hello, since we've switched to publishing to HTML5 our feedback scores and text on our quizzes have been very small. Increasing font sizes on the quiz manager only affect the feedback message, and not the score nor the actual correct answer. Can anyone advise how we can increase the font size? Or is there any way to replicate the Presenter quiz feedback format through Captivate instead? Thank you for your help.

I had a problem with Adobe Connect Meeting Addin since the last update, I hope someone can help meAdobe Connect Meeting Rooms Stuck On Loading Screen, when loading while Adobe Connect Addin… they have a proxy / firewall, and the problem doesn’t happen on my connection, which doesn’t use a proxy / firewall, so we believe the problem is related to some firewall blocking.Unofficially we found this range of Ips: https://www.proxydocker.com/en/iplookup/192.243.240.0 (However, it would be complicated to configure this range for each of the instructor's computers)Maybe, we can Setup Adobe Connect Plugin for bypass proxy and enter directly over the network..I researched about these two possibilities (official documentation from Adobe about IP range used by Adobe Connect Meeting or Adobe Connect Meeting proxy bypass) without success.Anybody?

Maybe this is a silly question, but what's the graphic called?  "Pods Menu"? I've been calling it a waffle, because that's what it looks like.  (See attached graphic). Also, in classic view there was the "Meeting" tab (or button, or menu).  Now that tab (or button or menu) is the actual meeting name.  I'm not sure what to call it, or how to tell people to go there to run their audio setup (other than to go to the menu next to the meeting name... and then to explain what the meeting name is. While I'm at it, what are the most unique terms to Adobe Connect?  "Pod", "Host & Presenter Area", "Individual Engagement", "Classic View", etc.?  I'm curious to know what you think.

I am unable to connect to the room that i connected to last week for teleperformance. i can loggon in adobe and on their website but now when i click the link for the room i am asked to loggin. when i loggin i get "Invalid credentials. To protect your account, your login may be temporarily suspended after too many consecutive failed attempts. If you need to access your account immediately, please reset your password." i have recent with both adobe and tele. what is the problem and how do i solve it because live chat for adobe connect says i have to make a post because they cant help and i have the meeting in under 1hr.
