How to delete an Adobe Connect plan? We want to cancel our subscriptions, but the guide doesn't help. I recently (by accident) discovered how to enlarge the font size in Adobe Connect with shortcut keys. I'm talking about labels on all pods and font sizes within (non-note) pods. Unfortunately, I accidentally reduced them and can't remember how to change them back to where I had them. Anyone know how to do this?
I am an online student at Sinclair. A presentation was posted from adobe presenter that when I click on the link, opens the new tab and loads for the rest of time. I'd like it to not do this. I'd like to see the file. Please sent help. And biscuits.

Hi @9264381,we regularly download the recordings of our adobe connect sessions. as soon as a screenshare is involved, you can constantly see a "buffering sign" in the recording. Can anyone help with that or knows why this keeps happening?Thank you in advance,Esra

Resizing the column requires the row height to be changed to fit into the content. Then, you need to select the rows that you modify. Click Format on the home tab, in Cells. Then, under Cell size, click on AutoFit Row Height.

Hello All, I am using Adobe connect for online meeting with my team members. We tested it on Multiple platforms and the incoming and outgoing voice quality was superb. From past few weeks, I am using it on my laptop for the meeting and team members are complaining that my voice sounds like Darth Vader (it seems to be ghostly voice). I myself checked this issue through the Audio set up wizard and I hear the same voice. In early analysis, I assumed it was network issue due to which there are distortion in my voice. But, after upgrading the network issue still the problem persists. I am using Lenovo Z50 laptop with Windows 10. The voice of my team members is clear and crisp. We have tested it on Android device, iPhone 5 and 6, Mac Book, Windows 7 and Windows 10. It works fine for all but only causing problem on my side. The inbuilt mic, external mic works fine with Google+, Skype and other IM's. I have also checked old posts from 2012 where people complained about the same, but thos
i just randomly pulled out my activity monitor and saw my memory usage and i'm completely shocked to the fact that adobe connect application was taking around 5.7 gb of ram and yes adobe connect is not optimised for m1 architecture but this is absolute bonkers . does this thing happen to anyone of you cause it actually freaked me out . can anyone explain why are there so many sub processes running for a application like gpu renderer .
I have set up an adobe connect server 10.6. It is in a dark site that has no access to the Internet or we can't enable the flash on the client browsers. The only solution I left with is to install the agent on each user's computer (around 500+). I was trying to modify the add-in locations by modifying the language file in the following locations. C:\Connect\10.6.0\appserv\common\intro\langC:\Connect\10.6.0\appserv\common\meeting\lang I have added the following lines in all the language files. <m id="addInLocation" platfrom="Windows">/common/addin/setup.exe</m> But this did work. Whenever I click to download the add-in it goes to the Adobe website. How can I fix it?

Hello,I use my webcam "Logitech C920 Pro HD" with Adobe Connect (webinar).I set the view (zoom and crop) in Logitech Capture. Unfortunately, in the Adobe Connect Webinar video, these settings are not applied.I also tried with the older software "Logitech Camera Settings". Here are the changes in crop and zoom not displayed.In Adobe Connect Webinar itself there are no settings.What can I do to set the crop and zoom in Adobe Connect itself?I would appreciate some help. I have a colleague who was trying to screen share using a mac, and the screen just looked fuzzy. We tried to trouble-shoot to no avail. He also has a Windows computer, and that worked fine. Starting the Adobe Connect classic application after installing, following advice appears: "Update Adobe Connect application - A new version of Adobe Connect application ia available", although the installed application is the latest version. The browser version runs, but I need the classic application. Is there a way to disable the "Upload Custom Background Image" for all meetings across an Adobe Connect account? We have accessibility concerns and consistency/compliance issues, so we do NOT want our meeting hosts to have the ability to choose any random picture they want and upload it to their meeting room. Hi All, UK user here, appointed as a meeting host by the licence holder in order to run training sessions but increasingly some slides simply progress without my input - which is meessing up reveals and killing the flow of the sessions, any help or advice gratefully received. Running a Win 10 machine all MS updates done, not using a VPN and Bitdefender AV set to authorise and allow Adobe Connect.

I have downloaded the latest Adobe Connect app to my macbook pro and when I open my webinar and go to the link to join, an error message pops up to say I don't have the latest version downloaded. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times and it isn't helping, nor is the help desk! Is someone able from Adobe able to take a look at my laptop remotely?!
Why did Adobe change the esthetic to something counter intuitive? The draw tools lets you draw green checks and red X's for your learners to follow and it was great before when they could give responses that corresponded with that. Not to mention the new gray smiley / applause just looks horrible compared to what it looked like before you can barely even notice their status's.

I'm new here if I have any mistakes sorry for that.From last week whenever I'm trying to connect to my adobe connect classroom in my iPhone device after clicking the open in app in safari browser it redirects to mobile.adobeconnect.com and the same page but with bad styling comes up by the way after clicking again on open in app I get Safari cannot open this page because too many redirects occurred.Google Chrome says ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS too. I tried reinstalling Connect app and also clearing the browser's cache and cookies with no results.I tried to connect with another device and it worked. Also I've tested connecting to other classrooms through this phone and using another account with no results; Please help
