I updated the Creative Cloud app last week to (6.8.1.865). It shows it under “Adobe Creative Cloud”. But it also says the previous update number (6.8.1.856) below it too. Is that normal? Has it actually updated properly? Or is it a bug or issue to be fixed in a future update? Or if not, why are the numbers different? I’ve tried reinstalling the app before and it says the exact same thing.
I am plotting large numbers in a bar graph. Illustrator automatically rounds the number up and adds "e+06" to the number even with the column width set to 8 digits. How do I fix this to make it the exact number I input without the "e+06" in the cell?
Tenho espaço na minha nuvem suficiente, mesmo assim toda vez que tento fazer um upload de um arquivo aparece esse erro. Alguma sugestão?
Creative Cloud desktop, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat keep crashing. The Creative Cloud app randomly opens when I don’t need it and crashes. Have uninstalled CC and all apps, and re-installed but still happening. I’m trying to download Acrobat again but it is stuck. It is affecting other apps too like Chrome and Word.My laptop is brand new:HP ProbookAMD Ryzen 7 7730U16.0 GB (15.3 GB usable)64-bit137 GB of 477 GB usedWindows 11 Business version 25H2, fully up-to-date per Windows updater.Had problems with it on my old laptop so was hoping that getting a new one would fix it all. Toda vez que vou salvar um arquivo na nuvem da Abode, essa caixa abre e a nuvem não abre. Ou seja, não estou conseguindo salvar documentos na nuvem pelo photoshop.

Al trabajar con las curvas despues de 2 o mas correcciones en CMYK se cierra y expone un mensaje de error (f376f9.749) de error, Que dice “No se ha podido completar el comando CURVAS porque ha habido n error de programa (f376f9.749)”, aparece una opcion como solucionarlo y redirije a Adobe el cual pide que le demos permisos de acceso completo al disco, el cual lo agrego pero solo toma la version Beta. Antes de la ultima actualizacion no tenia inconveniente alguno, se actualizo y comenzaron los problemas citados

I have Adobe Cloud installed on my PC (Windows 10) and notebook (Asus Rog with Windows 11) and since Adobe launched last version od Premiere id soes not update, even running for hours. Today, I tried update all apps updates on PC, and none (Premiere, Photoshop...) updated. I have more than 500 GB free in HDs.

Hello Adobe Support Team and Community,I'm experiencing persistent and frustrating issues with the Creative Cloud Desktop app that are blocking access to paid features of my subscription. These problems have been ongoing despite trying all the standard troubleshooting steps.Detailed issues:The app takes an extremely long time to load the Home tab — it shows "Loading Home tab..." or "It's taking longer than usual" with a spinning wheel for several minutes (sometimes 5+ minutes). Once it finally loads, the plan section displays "Plan Information Unavailable" (it often shows as if I only have a free account). Because of this, the Beta apps tab does not appear at all, so I cannot access or download beta versions (e.g., Photoshop Beta, Illustrator Beta, etc.). Vaya ESTAFA!Si cancelas te penalizan con una cuantía bien alta y encima pierdes todos los créditos acumulados si NO ESTÁ ACTIVA la subscripción, aunque lleve casi un año pagando. Me parece muy INJUSTO, puesto que la cantidad anual es bien alta para todos los recursos gratuitos que hay hoy en día... Each time I boot the Windows, I have a process, node.exe, from Creative Cloud Desktop, that keep my cpu at high usage, even if I didn’t opened any Adobe app, this stay for 40-60 minutes. I reset the settings to default in CC app, I uninstall and reinstall it, still same problem. The 'Remove older versions' function doesn't work. In fact, I don't know if I've ever seen it work. What I'd expect is that the 2025 version is uninstalled when the 2026 version is installed.However, this is not the case. I cannot use CC to update Premiere despite all other apps updating with no problem. It keeps shooting me an error code that I have no disk space, but I have over 100gb. Every other app will update except for PP. I chose to migrate settings but keep PP25 if that matters. M1 Max 64GB Sequoia 15.6
Switching to CPU preview mode is the only way to see accurate colors in Illustrator for Mac. The colors look dull when GPU Performance is enabled. I know it’s not a hardware issue, because the colors on my Mac screen look fine, even when I drag the window over to the external monitor. It’s when I release the window to the external monitor that the colors in GPU Performance become incorrect. The attached images are screenshots taken from the external monitor with CPU mode and GPU mode. I have updated my Mac to the latest software, so I also know that’s not the issue. The monitor has been color calibrated to match the Mac. My color settings in Illustrator are also attached.

Feature Request - for the CLI Uninstaller, it would be nice for the Adobe uninstall tool to "speak"/"understand" the Marketing Versions (2024, 2025, 2026, etc) of apps? This request ("I want to remove <App> 20XX with the CLI uninstaller") comes up frequently but has a significant stumbling block because most Creative Cloud apps' true version numbers do not equal the Marketing Version and typically don't equal each other.For example, the existing CLI uninstall syntax is:sudo ./AdobeUninstaller --products=PHSP#22.0,ILST#25.0 Which is <SAPCode>#<BaseVersion> .Something like this:sudo ./AdobeUninstaller --products=PHSP#2025,ILST#2025 Which is <SAPCode>#<MarketingVersion>Would be fantastic to have going forward.
