Hello,In the creative cloud desktop, I tried to buy an app, but before the end of the process the window of the UI Helper crashed and said “has encountered a problem”.Are you working on that bug actually ?
In the last several Creative cloud app updates, Adobe seems keen on badgering us with their new features and products. News Flash! we already bought the product, stop trying to sell us. All the pop-ups are just a time-sucking annoyance. Maybe the software and marketing people at Adobe have lots of time to kill, but those of us paying for the product just want to use it to get our work done. There needs to be a preference setting in every CC application to turn-off current and future feature and marketing pop-ups and introductions.
I can’t find an original photo and the virtual duplicate that I created. After I clicked on “Create Virtual Copy” both the original and the virtual copy have disappeared. But the number of images in the folder indicate that they are both in there. I can’t see them. Where would I find them?
I went to do some work on Photoshop this afternoon and I no longer have Photoshop as part of my Creative Cloud package. If I click on ‘Install Photoshop’, it’s trying to get me to pay extra. I am fully paid up for my Adobe subscription, with my last payment being made on July 28th. What’s going on?

I need the installer for an older version of Photoshop and After Effects—one that my macOS supports. I’ve tried installing via Creative Cloud, but it fails with the error:
I've just noticed Photoshop has disappeared from my installed apps, if I scroll down to all the apps it says 'install' for Photoshop. It is already installed and I still use it but according to Creative Cloud it is not installed?
I just want say if adobe can make a plan of lifetime sale it would be better for us.
My old computer died but I have recused the hard drive (D) and all of the files on the C drive. I now have a new computer. I have installed lightroom and photoshop on it. What I would like to do is transfer the old lightroom catalogue and all of the thousands of photos I have on the old hard drive onto the new computer. My photos were stored in well organised file structure, year then month and that structure is on the old hard drive. I know I could just copy all of the files across and then import them into my new catalogue, but I’m not sure this would mean I lose my edits? and I wonder if there is a better way. For ease of reference, my computer calls the old hard drive the F drive and the new computer has a massive D drive where I want all the photos to go. I’m not a novice but I’m not a teccy so hopefully a solution is easy to understand and implement.
I was reviewing my Login Items in macOS System Settings and noticed I have both "Adobe Creative Cloud" and "Creative Cloud" listed as separate items allowed to run in the background. Since there is only one main Creative Cloud app, why are there two separate entries here?Additionally, I am seeing entries for both "Adobe Acrobat" and "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC," as well as a generic "Adobe Inc." item.I understand that background processes are necessary for things like syncing and updates, but this feels redundant. Is this expected behavior, or is it possible I have leftover items from old installations that need to be cleaned up?macOS and Adobe are updated to the latest as of this post.
Hello, Before this inevitably gets taken down, allow me to vent about how Adobe is one of the worst companies to exist. When I first got into digtial media design in college, the CCS was pushed to every student so that we could complete projects.. IF you made the mistake of buying any app for a monthly fee, or assuming that you could cancel without paying an early cancellation fee, you're sorely mistaken. AND, AND, Adobe loves to do this thing where, upon trying to cancel your fee, they try to keep you paying for their service, so they offer you a discount price for the next few months, or even just a few months free! How sweet of them! Hey, I have an insane idea haha, why don't you just take the money that you wouldv'e lost giving me a discount/free months, and just [cursing removed] REFUND ME FOR THE TIME I AM NOT USING THE PROGRAM. Anyways, [cursing removed] thank you for the time 🙂
I edit a TV series. There’s one more editor beside me and we share the projects through Team Projects. It doesn’t work right from the start, we have lost much time just by waiting for the projects to be opened, updated, published, but today I found no projects in the Manage Team Projects window on neither of computers. So as of today we cannot access the 10 episodes we’re working on, and our editing stops here. I won’t describe how I feel about that. What should I do to get our projects back?
Creative Cloud desktop, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat keep crashing. The Creative Cloud app randomly opens when I don’t need it and crashes. Have uninstalled CC and all apps, and re-installed but still happening. I’m trying to download Acrobat again but it is stuck. It is affecting other apps too like Chrome and Word.My laptop is brand new:HP ProbookAMD Ryzen 7 7730U16.0 GB (15.3 GB usable)64-bit137 GB of 477 GB usedWindows 11 Business version 25H2, fully up-to-date per Windows updater.Had problems with it on my old laptop so was hoping that getting a new one would fix it all. I am unable to do half my job due to these issues.

I’ve tried all the fixes that I could find online. I’ve reset my creative cloud, I’ve logged out and back in, I’ve used incognito mode, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, none of it changed anything. Absolutely no beta apps show on my creative cloud app and everything but Photoshop beta shows on web, even in incognito mode. I bought my own account through the student discount, there is absolutely no institution connected to my account. I don’t know if it changes anything but I have a MacBook. I’d greatly appreciate any help.this is what i see on the creative cloud applicationthis is what i see on the web version + in incognito mode
I have many color themes in my Creative Cloud Library that I created using Adobe Color. In the previous version, the HEX code appeared below each color swatch, making it easy to copy and paste into another application. With the current interface, I open a saved theme, scroll down to the Info button at the very bottom, click, and select a color from the theme shown in the right panel. The HEX code appears, but I cannot highlight or copy it. As a designer, I frequently need to copy HEX codes from saved themes and use them elsewhere. Has this feature been removed, moved, or replaced with another method? Or am I overlooking something in the new interface?
Hello, I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for the past couple weeks with no real results.I am currently using a Macbook Pro (running OS 26.5.2) given to me by my college, that previously had a school-issued adobe CC license.Since I graduated, I have gotten a new license for myself for professional work, however I am now completely unable to access the apps tab on my CC, as I keep getting back a “not connected to enterprise server” error. I’ve contacted my school’s IT and their proposed solution was to reinstall CC. I have tried this and it did not work. I tried to do a clean CC install using the instructions in this comment https://community.adobe.com/questions-602/apps-tab-in-the-creative-cloud-6-3-desktop-app-cannot-open-1218357?tid=1218357&fid=602 however it has also not worked for me. Is there any other thing that could be causing this issue? There are no firewalls on my computer. 😕
Some proofs about the reinstallation process (The Set-Up Tool can’t install creative cloud because it can’t access to the adobe servers. Please Consult the Adobe status page to see if there’s any interruption. And try again (206 Error code)Hi!Soo, i was confused why my acc desktop app wasn’t working properly, especially “illustrator”, the reason is illustrator was closing itself when i opened last weekend, i tried to open the creative cloud app to reinstall it but it keeped saying i didn’t have internet connection. even my wifi was stable, so i just tried to uninstall the app, and go to the adobe page to get the installer back, but suddenly when i open the app and gave the uac administrative permissions, this message appeared, it was a 206 error (unable to connect the adobe servers, I tried all of the solutions of the adobe support and they didn’t work, i checked my firewall and nothing about adobe and their apps was listed as blocked, even i turned off my antivirus (iObit Malware Figh
I've recently been trying to use adobe fonts for a website redesign, but it's just not working. The issue is that whenever I launch Creative Cloud Desktop everything else seems to be working except for adobe fonts, I have a library in my files (located under Files>Your Libraries,) but the fonts just sit there. These fonts are visible in library windows on various apps, but I can’t use them. When I try to get to my Adobe Fonts, only one font is there, and I can’t even install it for use. The font appears to be from my library but it’s just a random out of ~60 fonts so I think it’s just an error. Photos below as explanation:My library with fontsMy fonts pageWhen I try to use, nothing works: hovering over changes the text above, but when I actually click it, it just resets to Myriad Pro. Also none of the fonts are available in my fonts, but the fonts in the library all seem to be added? They have a remove button and everything.Thank you so much for any help I might get.
Hello! I can’t find dynamic stroke menu in my brush settings. As an example I selected Dirt 1 brush. I remember it was present in the Alpha section of the brush settings. I am using Substance Painter 12.1.0
This is something that is really annoying me. Photoshop is now sending me update prompts on my desktop. Even when I close the lightbox window it reappears every day or two. I've tried quitting Photoshop and Creative Cloud and updating my notification preferences on Creative Cloud, yet it continues to appear at the bottom right-hand side of my desktop. It's not even set up in my System Settings notifications so how and why are you doing this? How do I switch it off and, if I can't, please can Adobe switch it off? I don't need further prompts from you suggesting I update my apps - I can see them in Creative Cloud and will decide when I update when I'm good and ready. I'm unhappy that you even have the ability to do this on my desktop. I didn't choose to receive these notifications so please advise on how I remove them or remove completely - you're populating my work screen with unecessary information. The fact the window is still active when I have quite both CC and Photoshop i
