The softwares are viewable as "cards" but not info how to find old versions. How can I see old available versions in the desktop app?
Hi, Does anyone know why i dont find firefly shortcut in the Apps anymore?
Hi, Problem : Admins are unable to view content created within Creative Cloud for Active users Scenario 1 : As an education establishment our users may want a data dump before they leave of the work they created and own. Once their license has been deactivated, they can do a transfer (assuming they are continuing the license to a personal account). Admins (once the account has been deactivated) are able to grant access/create a compressed file of the content within. OR they can access creative cloud and download the files manually - this is cumbersome as it doesnt download folders, nor does it inform you why a file failed to download (or what file it was), which then means manually checking the new folder structure matches the CC structure. Scenario 2 : An organisation is responsible for the content its users creates, should an investigation in to some content need to occur, there is no way for an organisation to investigate beyond "who/when" - if a user has a
When I go to download creative cloud desktop, It downloads a .dmg instead of a .exe. I'm running windows, fyi.
I have two separate Adobe accounts. In its creation, I used both of these for independent reasons. Now, I do not need the separation, and there is no way to merge these data sources into one account so I can deactivate one of them. Unfortunately, I have essential documents in both accounts. I was informed by tech support that the only way to do this is to download all the data of one and move them manually to the other. As someone who had multiple concurrent plans for years now this seems ridiculous! Especially for a company that is so crucial to business and financial institutions. With cloud storage being the recommended industry option, this seems like a massive oversight. Even if merging is impossible, a switch account feature would vastly improve the absolute pain of manually logging in and out routine when locating a specific document. This can be accomplished in several ways (program development/web development), and it should be addressed sooner rather than later since this org

Hello, I opened Creative Cloud Desktop App and noticed the Manage Fonts app was greyed out. When I clicked on it the error message 'You may need to request permission from your IT administrator to useAdobe Fonts.' was shown. I am an administrator of the Adobe Account, I cannot see where to request the use of Manage Fonts. I have never had this issue before. Does anyone have any idea why this his happening? Thanks in advance Sorry for any inconvenience, I have solved the problem – I just restarted my mac Cheers!
cuando quiero abrir cualquier aplicacion me sale este mensaje:Lo sentimos, este producto no parece disponer de licencia. No conseguimos encontrar una licencia válida para este producto. Ponte en contacto con el administrador de TI.
Hi, This morning, I noticed 2 folders, in teh Adobe folder labelled Experimentation and CCX Welcome. They're each about 500 MB. Does anyone know if these are safe to delete? If they weren't so big, I'd ignore them, but 500 MB and growing - that's kinda huge. Thanks!Michael
My laptop and desktop Macs are both running identical MacOS version (Sonoma v 14.5). But when my licensed Creative Cloud updates Photoshop on each, I get two different versions installed (currently v 25.9.1 on the Desktop, and v 25.11 on the laptop). Is the difference due to the hardware (i.e., the M2 chip on the laptop vs. an Intel Xeon processor)? Do the two versions have different features I'm likely to run into? Obviously, I'd like them to operate the same way as I switch back & forth while travelling. Let me know. Thanks. JPswimmer
Adobe Creative Cloud products should be usable in virtual desktop environments such as VMWare and Citrix. this has been the direction the IT industry has been moving in for some extended period of time now due to the lower overhead of centrally managed installations. Recent experience with Adobe Support is that they decline to provide assistance as "Adobe products are not supported in virtual environments".This is definately a competative disadvantage.
I am trying to uninstall an old version of InDesign (2023) on a Macbook Pro. I am using the uninstall link within the applicatations folder, I get the notificaiton from the Creative Cloud app about preferences (to keep or remove) and I can see it says it is uninstalling but the application is still on my hardrive.Within the CC app it says I have no versions of InDesign installed... but I do!How can I remove this old version? Has anyone else had this issue?
I solved this but i thought the devs should know. From my macbook: I saved a file on photoshop (beta) to creative cloudswitched to my Desktop: Creative Cloud Desktop App>Files>Click to open saved projectError Message: "Must install photoshop" And prompts you to install it, and starts the download quickly.Because Creative Cloud Thinks of the files as "Photoshop 2024" Native files, and it doesn't clock that "Photoshop (Beta) 2024" is capable of opening the files too. A small bug that can be worked around by opening Photoshop Beta and clicking the file directly, but could cause a headache for some users-Gar
I sometimes need to switch devices so I will kick my previous device out of the two seats we have and take that spot. Now, when I return to my previous device all my opened Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) will prompt me to save my work and they will all close down, as I am no longer occupying a seat in my adobe account. My question is; Can I reclaim my seat on my previous device so that all my Adobe Apps will NOT ask me to save my work and NOT close down? Hope my question is clear.
Hello,I recently got a new computer because my laptop broke down. I'm in the process of installing all my apps, including Adobe. However, after logging into my Adobe account, I noticed that my library syncing and photos are not appearing. When I checked the cloud, it says "Library Syncing" but it's been like that for over an hour now.I have almost 6GB of data in my library. How much longer should I expect this syncing process to take? Also, is there anything else I need to do to ensure everything transfers properly?I tried reaching out to customer service, but as is often the case with Adobe, they haven't been very helpful. They promised to call me back within an hour, which was an hour ago.
Has anyone else ever gotten this message? I'm getting it on one of my registered systems and I can't figure out what the issue is. It's an ancient account (going all the way back to 2014) so I'm pretty sure it's not because of whatever modern-day limitations Adobe as imposed, but short of that I'm stumped.Things I've tried:Uninstalling and re-installing Creative CloudPausing and un-pausing sync through Creative CloudClearing every cache on my system including the Adobe onesRestarting my system Anybody know what I need to do to fix this?
Please stop with the weekly "Creative Cloud Update". There is nothing new. You just want us look at advertisement. PLEASE STOP!!!!!
I have Creative Cloud for Team, all apps.I want to create a Team Project and invite a collaborator. So I create a new Team Project, choose a collaborator (email address is correct and the app recognizes it) and click "invite". Everything seems ok, but he receives no invite (not by email, no notification in Creative Cloud) and we are now stuck and cannot start working. We are on the same team (I am the administrator and assigned him the license), I receive no error/warning, It simply does not work.Any reasonable explanation for that?
See subject - I ran into this issue when I decided to organize my creative cloud files online at assets.adobe.com but this also applies to the desktop app.Right now, you are only able to download files one at a time (unless they are in Lightroom Photos, in which case there is a downloader you can use to get this function). Furthermore, you are not able to download folders. It doesn't make sense - sure, you can make a folder, but you can't download it...?It's a double-edged sword of irritation, because (1), you can't download a single folder and get all your assets at once that way; and (2), you still can't select all the files for downloading once you're in the folder either.I'm sure many others would agree that fixing this would be a great QOL update!
