Hi AdobeI need my replacement code to my subscription that your team canceled.I have called your customer support service 6 times and I am losing my patience as nobody has given me a certain solution. I have purchased your code for a 12 months creative cloud pro subscription which suddenly froze my account while I still had 333 days left. I have made 4 different multiple hour calls to 4 different generalists. The call durations averaged 3 hours each. They wouldn't give me the number to their higher ups or someone wha can fix my issue immediately. I cannot afford to waste even more time on my projects. They proposed the solution of ending the subscription with the condition of giving me a replacement code that would come to my email within 5-7 business davs. They put my account on a 7 day free trial as i wait for the code. Dear Adobe TeamI recently switched my licensing to AcademicSoftware through my education, and since then I’ve unfortunately lost access to the beta versions of your applications. Previously, I was able to use the betas for InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, and others. But with my new license/account/profile, all beta access has been removed.As I am working on an ARM-based laptop, having access to these betas is especially important for me.Would it be possible to restore my beta access under my new license? Please note that under this forum account, I have 2 profiles linked, one of which has access to beta (inactive license) and one that does not (active license, needs beta access.).Thank you very much for your time and support. El 4 de octubre de 2021 inicié mi prueba gratuita de Adobe Spark (ahora parte de Adobe Creative Cloud Express) y lo utilicé sólo una vez porque no satisfacía mis requerimientos (no lo volví a usar después de que terminaron los días de prueba).Olvidé cancelar mi prueba gratuita antes de que terminaran los 14 días y el 18 de octude de 2021 me llegó un correo de que Adobe había hecho un cobro por $199 MXN a mi cuenta de PayPal. Ante esto inicié sesión en mi cuenta de Adobe para cancelar la suscripción pero no me lo permitió porque debía pagarla antes de hacer cualquier cambio o cancelación. Ahora me han enviado cobros por los 3 meses que han pasado cuando yo no he vuelto a utilizar ninguno de sus productos y a pesar de que en sus sitios web de ayuda dice que "después de 30 días de no hacer cambios en los datos de pago se suspenden los servicios automáticamente" y también a pesar de que en las opciones de administrar el plan de suscripción dice que "Si no haces nada, el plan se cancel
Tenho uma assinatura ativa, mas todos os meus aplicativos estão bloqueados como se a assinatura tivesse expirado. Já efetuei todos os procedimentos sugeridos pelo suporte automático, sugeridos pela comunidade e por pesquisas. Já instalei e desinstalei dezenas de vezes, executei comandos de reparação, etc. Cheguei até a cancelar a assinatura, mas ao tentar comprar novamente da divergência porque a assinatura antiga ainda está no período ativo. I've had no issues with my Internet at all so I don't know why that message keeps appearing when I tap the account tab. I have the Firefly app and I've had no problem generating videos or images. I'm just curious as to why it says I'm offline.
Hi zusammen, hat jemand das gleiche Problem und weiss eine Lösung:Ich habe eine Adobe Library, in der sowohl MOGRTS als als Alpha-Movs enthalten sind. Leider lassen sich keine weiteren Alpha-Movs hinzufügen. Sie laden kurz und verschwinden dann einfach und sind nicht in der Library enthalten. Codec und Container sind alle gleich, auch die bereits enthaltenen. LGJoe
Hi, I recently formatted my PC without first deactivating my licence for Photoshop CS6. Now, when I try to activate it, I receive an error message stating that the licence is already in use on two computers. Could you please reset the devices associated with the licence? The licence key is listed in my account (same email address as in the forum). I am aware that there is no longer any support for the old CS6 version; I just need the licence reset. I've been trying to update the fromEmail and replyEmail for a large number of emails within our Marketo Marketing Activities, but even though I get a success response the two fields never get updated. Does anyone know if there's something I should be looking out for? I double-checked my API users permissions, I tried the quirky stuff like testing on a net new email vs a newly cloned email. Nothing appears to be working. I've successfully changed the names of the assets, but this was just as a test to see if it would work. I'm totally stumped on why these fields won't update. I'm referencing this doc that says it's possible to do this, https://developer.adobe.com/marketo-apis/api/asset/#operation/getEmailContentByIdUsingGET.
I am attempting to share image photo folders and files with a client. I uploaded image files into my FILES folder. I created a new PROJECT folder. Within the PROJECT folder, I created a new client PROJECT. I then uploaded image files into individual folders within te PROJECT. I shared each of these (7) seven folders with my client. My client reports that they can only see or view four (4) of the folders. Adobe tech support can not offer any help on this.
I was using my app just fine earlier. Now its saying everything is premium. Okay what ever i go to pay first it says 4.99 then jumps to 7.99 and when I click the monthly it wont do anything please help asap!!!
I was playing around with my settings, just trying to figure out which setting did what, and now I'm stuck with my navigation panel behind my work! As a job seeker, I can't afford to have a mistake like that on my portfolio - it won't go back to normal, and I certainly can't publish it like that. I believe I am using the Rose template. PLEASE HELP! I don't want to start over on Wix or Weebly, but I may have to!
Will it still be possible to use Creative Cloud with Windows 10 after Microsoft discontinues support on 14 October 2025? Will programme updates still be available?
This should be in the Creative Cloud Desktop Forum, sorry for posting in the wrong one. Recently my Creative Cloud is not able to update and shows error 146. I can update my apps and even the desktop app updated because I have all the new icons and navigation (Quick Actions etc.). I also tried the repair tool but that did not help. I run older versions so I really don’t want to uninstall everything to being able to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Any tipps? I’m on a MacBook Pro 2018 with an 2,9 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i9, 32GB RAM. Where can I find the log file on the mac so I can see which directory is affected? There is no error summary in the alert pop up.

I'm not sure if you can help me. I'm receiving emails saying that the Creative Cloud subscription is in my shopping basket. But I didn't put it there. At least not consciously. I don't need it, I have a subscription at work. Privately, I only use my own photo subscription with Photoshop, Lightroom and Express. It's not possible to remove it from my shopping basket. I'm just being asked to pay now to activate the subscription. How can I cancel it?
This is a redline for me. I've removed your products from my machine and only install them when I need them.You've pushed me to this, Adobe. First, I need to be in control of the updates on my computer because your firm does sneaky stuff....like forcing maxon to download. I don't want this product installed on my computers for reaons that I've mentioned in this forum MANY, MANY times!Second, I reload my machines quarterly to keep them performant and you've just made my life easier with auto updates. Your products will now be only installed on demand and removed daily. Rescind your decision and allow users to control updating so you don't corrupt our files and our livelihoods!

My Portfolio draft disappeared after my school switched me to a Creative Cloud account, but I used the same email. I had previously signed in with Google, but when my university switched me to the Cloud account, it prompted me to type in my email and password. I put in the exact same email address as the one I logged in with for the "sign in with Google" option, but it takes me to a welcome screen and there is no trace of the personal website draft I have been working on for the last two weeks. Is there a way to find or restore my portfolio draft?

Recently, my Portfolio site lost the latest saved versions in the editor — several updated pages are gone, months of work missing.One of my sites was previously live on a custom domain mariabieniek.co (now expired), but the updated content is no longer visible in the Portfolio editor. I’ve checked all my sites under my Adobe account and the problem remains.This is a serious service failure, as I rely on Portfolio for business. I need Adobe to: 1 Escalate this case to the Portfolio Support / engineering team.2 Check server-side backups or the last published copy.3 Restore the missing data or provide an official explanation. Hello, due to missing space on my initial drive i wanted to change the installation directory for the apps. and, oh wonder, it doesn't work. when i was reinstalling for example dreamweaver, it was still pu on my c: drive, instead of the set up golder on another harddrive. in the cloud settings the other drive is set, but the installation seems to (cursing removed) about that setting. any ideas? btw, those themes i was forced to select, have nothing to do with my question. why am i forced to select them at all. they don't make it ease to users to find this, in contrary.

I'm creating an Adobe Portfolio.I've never set up a web page of my own, although I did buy a URL.On the Contact form in Portfolio, I would like the Contact button when clicked to send the message to my email. Is that possible?If not, what workaround can I use?
Here is the "Contact" page of my site:https://jayaustindesigns.com/contact I'm using the Lukas theme with the color scheme switched to light. On my "Contact" page, the text input boxes are black with white text, which looks very odd on a light page. Similarly, the "Submit" button is white with black text, which could be easy to miss on a light page. Can I make these inputs be white with black text? Can I make this button be black with white text? These seem like things that should change when I select the light color scheme, but they do not. (FWIW, the same issue occurs with the Ludwig theme, as well. These are the only two themes that default to a dark color scheme.) Please let me know if there is a way to have light text boxes and a dark submit buton with the Lukas theme. Thanks!
