i have been using creative suite 5.5 design premium for a long time and decided to only use Adobe Acrobat X PRO on my new laptop and not use the other products. It downloaded ok but the serial number will not accept. The only way I can use it is to select trial period. Can anyone help?

Hello, basically I had to uninstall Premire bc the transcribe option was greyed out after, but CC app wont let me install an older version. Tried contact support but they will only hand me a link for the base version v15, which won't let me open my 15.4 projects, nor use the transcribe feature.Tried the method of prodesigntools but it will just send me to Adobe Customare Care that will only gave me the above answer. Does anyone have the installer for the 15.4 version for mojave? I'm paying for my Creative Cloud account but customer support wont give me an answer while I'm working on projects for my clients and unable to continue working on those.Thank you

Hi,I want to install the Adobe CC on an external hard drive because my internal hard drive is nearly full. When ever I try to install an App I get this error:But as far as I know, my external hard drive is not an network drive?! So whats worng?

I have used Adobe for God only knows how long, before 1990 almost when it first came out. I have paid for the monthly fee ever since it first came out and it was a huge improvement: no more waiting until 2 in the morning when the inteernet activity was down. That was true until this newest update. What a pain. I pay for Photoshop, Lightroom, and Bridge and still have the old down load from DVD app on the computers. I CAN NOT get even Photoshop to update much less the other apps. I contacted help they said to uninstall and then completely reinstall. Uninstalled and then I HAD TO PAY FOR IT AGAIN- put it on my card because I have a project that can't wait. IT WILL NOT INSTALL STALLS AT 60%. What is going on? If this is how thisis going to go from now on I will have to a different company, but I like Photoshop and I have 30 plus years of experience and I do not relish the steep learning curve to go to another app. Are you going to clean this up (from the comments on the vertual assistant

when i download creative cloud it automaticly downloads into my C but i dont have space there for the programs so how do i install creative cloud to my D drive?

I have purchased an Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan - 1 year Individual subscription this evening. I have gone through what seems to be a very convoluted and frustrating process (maybe compounded because I have had subscriptions to Creative Cloud before and I have tried to separate this from previous connections) of activating and installing. The two applications on the subscription (Lightroom and Photoshop) as I understand it, are fully fledged versions of these apps. I have installed the Lightroom app...but I am having lots of problems with the Photoshop install. At first it just installed a Photoshop Express version...then, when I thought I had finally got the full version installed says it is only a 7-day free trial! I have paid for a one year subscription for it, I do not want to have to pay another cent for something I already have! Please help me get what I have paid for without all the confusion. Thanks.

I have Adobe CS4 Master Collection and just recently whenever any of the programs are started, the EULA appears, I accept the terms and the program closes.  Does anyone know the fix for this issue?

WHERE CAN I ACTUALLY SPEAK TO A PERSON?!?!?!?!

I purchased Photoshop Elements 2023 Student Version. I downloaded the software and entered the product code. It took me to the student verification site. I verified that I was a student and it said Adobe would email me the serial number to continue installation. I never received the email. On the verification site is shows that I was verified but apparently there's no way to get the serial number from there. Loggining into Adobe and checking my account shows nothing. And of course no human is available to help at Adobe. What do I do? Does anyone know how to get  your serial number?

Creative Cloud updates are too slow. It's 2018 and Adobe's service is so poor it is ridiculous.Hello Adobe ... Is anyone listening?Is Adobe planning to fix the problem or leave it like it has been since the beginning of Creative Cloud?

Hello, We are trying to open an "old" Premiere scene of 2021, made with Premiere v15.4.0 (build 47). On Adobe Creative Cloud, the list of available downloads only lists versions from 2022 and 2023.Is there somewhere an offline installer of Premiere v15.4.0 ? Thank you very much 🙂Best Regards

Hello! I'd like to ask for an advice about installing Lightroom. I have an old Mac which is able to operate only on OS 10.8.5.  I can't upgrade to OS X 10.9 operating system. This is why I can't install Lightroom on my laptop, because I need to have an OS X 10.9 to do so. Is it possible to download a version of theLightroom software, which would work on my Mac OS 10.8.5? I need Adobe Illustrator 2015.3 to use with my plugin that does not work with newer versions. I was able to install any older version of Adobe Illustrator before from the Creative Cloud app. The newest app only allows me to install 24.0 and 23.1 which is kind of VERY LIMITED. I have just purchased an year plan for Adobe Illustrator and I am unable to work because of that. I have contacted technical support and they were unable to help. Why older versions were removed? How can I use 2015.3 now, as that is exactly why I have purchaed this plan, and I was unaware that Adobe have removed older versions from it.   [profanity removed by moderator]

Hola, tengo un problema, estoy usando el photoshop 2018 con el win7, no puedo actualizar a win10, y el photoshop no me deja acceder a la cuenta que tengo activada, es decir me deja 7 dias de prueba gratis, y eso que tengo comprado el photoshop desde hace años que pago mensualmente, no me ocurre esto con el lightroom. Adobe is pulling money from my account unauthorised for over a year. When I check my plans there are no plans under my account, but money is still being pulled from my account. I need assistance, how do I go about fixing this?

I am on macOS 12.6.5. When I try to update the Creative Cloud application, it downloads "1%", then the internet connection of my Mac breaks down and the computer freezes. The only "solution" is to shut the computer down by using the on-off-button (nothing else works). How can I solve this issue? All I want to do is my Lightroom installation.

I have downloaded and installed Adobe onto a second computer (I have a 2 computer annual subscription); it installs the Creative Cloud initially - but extremely slowly, and then tells me to install Adobe Acrobat from the CC. Again, this takes a very long time with notifications that it is taking longer than normal. Once all is installed, I then periodically get notifications - even when I'm not using Adobe, that 'Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Hi all, I downloaded and used the free trial for Premiere Pro and After Effects to make a video, then cancelled the subscriptions about six days after signing up. However, I can still open my projects and still edit like normal, albeit with the pop up wanting me to subscribe again and such. I am under the impression this is a bug? If not, may I make any future edit work in this state?  Thank you.

OK... so this has been annoying me since I have been using Adobe Software decades ago. But it's only getting worse. Or at least still hasn't been completely dealt with... and since CC we get even more of it. Why can't Adobe figure out a way to group their Apps together, simplify the overall structure and App Experience of the whole process. It's a world class mess.  In the Application folder, there*s already two additional CC apps which from a user POV should be only 1 single app...Adobe Creative CloudAdobe Extension Manager CC and then again in the Utilities Folder there's 5! folders instead of just 1, even taking up a complete row in my utility folder chooser, which is annoying as you know what. These 5 folders account for 426.146.113 bytes (433,1 MB on disk) for 1.079 items!Adobe Application ManagerAdobe Creative CloudAdobe Creative Cloud ExperienceAdobe InstallersAdobe Sync ... and I already de-installed the Adobe Genuine... whatever.
