Download & Install

Hello, I am trying to install PSE 2023 on a laboratory computer that is completely internet isolated. I have the raw installation file for PSE but it is stopping to have me login with my Adobe account before installing. I have the serial number that we purchased from Adobe, but cannot seem to get it to install so we can complete offline activation.   Is there a version we could order on a DVD or a link to an offline-installer?     [Moderator edited version from 2022 to 2023 as per later post]   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]    

I have successfully downloaded and installed the Creative Cloud desktop app and now I am trying to install the apps I use. I started with Dreamweaver and didn't have any trouble. Then, I clicked in CC to install Photoshop. After a few seconds of saying Waiting, I get error 108 about another installer instance. There's nothing else running, so how do I get the other apps installed?

Hi,I subscribed to Lightroom instead of Lightroom Classic. what can I do? I paid for a one-year subscription. and had bought a new preset online and couldn't work with it, which is when I knew it was a different Lightroom I subscribed to. Please, I really need it, and I can't subscribe to the two.  Looking forward to hearing from you. Kindly regards. Henry  

Hi all, Due to hardware upgrades I need to do a clean operating system install (windows). Do I need to uninstall my apps or remove the license from my current installation for my Photography plan prior to doing the clean install? Thank you in advance.

Error 202.  Trying to install on iMac.   It is running lightroom 4 just fine.    I was able to install the CC version of lightroom on my laptop no problem.   Just cannot get it to install on the iMac

Lightroom disappeared from my laptop overnight, I don't know why. Creative Cloud said it's installed, but it wasn't installed, no folder was found, nothing turned up in Search. When I clicked Open, nothing happened. When I clicked Open (Intel), I got error "File not found". I've uninstalled it. After clicking Install, it installed in... 1 second. But it didn't really install, nothing happened, no folder was created, nothing was downloaded, it went from 0% to 99% in 1 second. Again, clicking Open did nothing, Open (Intel) said that File not found.I've reinstalled CC. I've used Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Nothing. It didn't work. All my other apps download and work just fine, only Lightroom doesn't (normal Lightroom, not Classic). I can't really find any real support, any help? macOS Ventura (newest), Apple silicon M1 Pro chip.

How do I install photoshop to my new Mac from old Mac?

HiJust bought a new Mac (OS 12.3)I downloaded my PhotoShop Elements 11 resp Premiere Elements 11. To find that I need a newer INSTALLER - to contact Adobe for more information.Where do I get this newer installer from ?? I really like the programs to run.

Ich habe in meinem Mac Pro eine neue SSD Festplatte eingebaut, System installiert (El Captitan 10.11.6), musste dann Adobe CS6 neu installieren. CD eingelegt, CS6 installiert, mit eintippen der Seriennummer, Installation alles ohne Probleme bis dahin. Bei starten einer Anwendung kommt die Meldung "Seriennummer prüfen". Wenn ich auf bestätigen klicke kommt die Meldung "keine Verbindung zum Internet", was nicht richtig ist, der Mac hat Verbindung zum Internet, leider scheinbar aber keine Verbindung zum Adobe Aktivierungsserver. Wenn ich auf "Später aktivieren" klicke kann ich wie gewohnt normal mit den CS6 Programmen arbeiten. Meine CS6 ist eine Kaufversion (2012), keine Abo-Version. Wie kann ich die Online-Aktivierung ausschalten? Die alten Links zur Aktivierung haben keine Verbindung zum Server mehr. Hat jemand eine Lösung für dieses Problem?

I am looking to upgrade from Elements 11 to 18, is the upgrade only available via a download? I would prefer a hard copy as I periodically rebuild my PC (Desktop) and I also use a laptop when away from home so I am not sure how long the download would available for where it is much easier to use a disk to reinstall.RegardsSimon

I have Windows 7. While trying to install Lightroom 6 that I just bought new, it keeps saying "please connect to the internet and retry" (just as it did when I tried to do the trial version) but I am connected. I checked the firewall and it seems to be fine for letting the program through. Clock is set properly. Getting extremely frustrated as I don't have all day to go through pages trying to find answers and to say the least, I am NOT well versed in computer lingo, etc.

Recently I purchased a new computer and tried to reinstall CS5 Design and Web Premium on new device. Install failed. Contacted Adobe and the license was verified. Was told I needed to upgrade because CS5 is no longer supported. Asked why since I have a valid license. Response try reinstall again. When it failed to activate the support from Adobe ended. What is the solution to get my CS5 up and running. Thank you for any help, Dan

Hallo,seit ein paar Tagen wird bei CS5 Web and Desing Premium bei jeder Aktion, z.B. Öffnen einer PDF nun die Seriennummer abgefragt, bzw. ich muss das Produkt andauernd mehrfach pro Stunde registrieren lassen.Wie kann das sein? Vorher hat einmal gereicht für mehrere Monate.Kann das damit zusammenhängebn, dass seit wenigen Tagen oder Wochen scheinbar CS6 Web and Design Premium nicht mehr vom Adobe Support unterstützt wird und man nun künstlich Probleme schaffen möchte?Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe!VG, Michael 

it keeps saying i dont have a subscription and if i want it i have to pay.....even tho i already paid.....installed thru creative cloud app.if this is how its going to be i might just be asking for my money back.

Hi, I've purchased a new subscription to Photoshop, but when trying to install it seems I have a legacy version of creative cloud on my system that's broken.Problem is, I cannot install Photoshop as attempts to either repair, install or uninstall (using the official uninstaller) creative cloud meet with the spinning ball of death and nothing else. How can I fix and start using the £200+ purchase I just made?! I'm on an M1 MacbookPro, Monteray 

Elements 13 crashed on my Windows 10 (for some unknown reason).  I tried uninstalling it and then re-installing it, but after the re-installation, I get a window that says this serial number is already active on this computer and needs to be a new serial number or the old one deactivated.  How do I "deactivate" the old serial number so I can re-install the product that I already paid for?

Have been using photoshop for 10+ years in the form of CS6 on a older MacPro.  Was recently gifted a trashcan MacPro with 12 core and 64GB running Monterey, and signed up for the Photography bundle on the new machine.  Installation appears to go smoothly, but that's apparently not the case:  I can launch PS and I can open and modify jpegs or tiffs, but cannot access camera raw at all.  The plugin shows up in preferences but nothing happens when I select it.  Any attempt to open a raw file results in a "unsupported file" type message.  Quitting PS requires use of the force quit option every time, so something is amiss.  Also, the creative cloud app will function fine to download apps but otherwise the cloud icon just spins on "getting storage information".  This failure is also evident in PS in the form of an exclamation point on the cloud icon.    I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything a couple of times, logged out/in, restarted, e

Updating anything through the creative cloud app forces my network to crash. My Netgear Orbi goes to solid purple light and becomes unresponsive. My computer is hardwired. Problem also occurs with my laptop through WiFi. I'm on Windows 11. Anyone else have a similar problem? Or even better a solution?
