Download & Install

Every three days I receive message Adobe Creative Cloud needs to resolve problem. Something is missing or damaged, and need to download and install new copy of creative cloud. Use PS and LR.  This is for PC Windows. 

I just got a work computer with old adobe programs 2017. I tried to remove them to instal the new ones but in order to delete them the system asked me to update them first so I started with the Creative cloud and the download is frozen in 22% I have a mac with the newest macos

I was using my CS5 InDesign and Photoshop on my old MacBook Pro when the motherboard went out. Fortunately I was able to get a comparative used MacBook Pro with an older Operating System.  Thankfully I was also able to remove my old hard drive which has the CS5 products on it along with El Capitan OS which works with them.  I installed my old removed hard drive into a new case and restarted my replacement MacBook Pro using my old operating system (which is compatible with the CS5 products).  However,  though it initially worked (using the 30 day trial), now I can't get my CS5 products to to work becase I keep getting messages asking me to log in to Adobe, which I do, but then it asks me again and again in a loop and never gives me an opportunity to get into my CS5 products to enter serial numbers.  Very frustrated and don't know what to do.  I need to use them and do not want to go the Cloud route.  Can anyone help?

HelloI have not been onto my lightroom classic cc for a while but have been continuing to pay a subscription to adobe.  I just tried to open it and it after logging on but it told me that my license has expired or my license was fake.  I checked my bank account and i am still paying adobe the subscription, so i would like to get this working and then find out where i can get a refund for all of the time i was paying for nothing.  Thanks

Hi,When I start CC it creates a folder named GPUCache on my desktop. I like to keep things organized and I'd rather not have folders on my desktop. Is there a way to change the folder location?Thank you in advance

I would like to file a formal complaint, and this is the option I was given to do so. Not an email address or a phone number.. But a public community forum. I had purchased a Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended Education Edition and got that verified for eligability. I received a redemption code and I redeamed that on an Adobe ID so when I got my school laptop I could then have it all ready. Well, I never ended up using the one I bought as the laptop I was gifted already had a version of photoshop on it. I got a new laptop now, so I wanted to use my UNUSED Photoshop CS6 on here.. But when I enter the redemption code it won't let me obtain a serial number because it recognizes its on a differennt adobe ID. The issue with that is that I do not remember the email / adobe ID I had back when this was purchased. I have my redemption code and product id, is there not a way to trace which adobe id these are linked to as I would like to use my UNUSED and paid for version of Photoshop CS6. Can someone

Hi - Color me frustrated.  Why, when I open Adobe CC is there Illustrator are there 23.1 AND 24.0.1 showing?? Also, I see InDesign 14.03 and 15.01- I thought the whole purpose behind CC - and the library I have started with CC earlier this year - I thought it would update and only have the newest version available. Frustrated in Northeast Ohio,Anastasia

I started a subscription yesterday and Photoshop downloaded on its own. I really need Illustrator and InDesign so I can start on a freelance job. So far no luck trying to download those two. I thought maybe if I signed into the download assistant that would help. If anyone has any tips for me, that would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure but it has happened twice, now.When I go to uninstall via Windows "Programs and Features", it says already uninstalled. Gonna try a password change to see if that works...Maybe its someone using my login? 😕😕

Hello,   I've started an Adobe CC subscription under the email xxx However, it's been renewed last month, and is about to be renewed tomorrow again!! I haven't been able to use the subscription properly even once, so I am just throwing money in the trash at this point. I just downloaded a trial version of Lightroom CC.  So far, I like it.  I do have one question.  Are there limits on the number of devices for one account?  I share my photos with my wife though we each make our own albums at times.  But we each have a laptop, an iPad, and an iPhone.  Will that be a problem?  I wouldn't think so if we share the user name and password.  But I want to be sure of this.  Thanks!

Hi, what will happen if I remove my Adobe account and uninstall all my Adobe applications on my computer? Even if I have downloaded all the files and etc, will I in the future be able to open the projects in an Adobe applications, let’s say InDesign, and maybe do changes?

Hi,For a long time (like 6-7 months now) I can't download my invoices through my Transaction History window. No meter what I do and how many times I talked to Adobe's assistants (which is really really bad!) I couldn't find a solution for the problem, every month the same story and in the end I won't get my invoice AGAIN!  I need some solutions for this, I can't keep bugging each month to the agents to sent me the invoices and in the end - I won't get them... please, I don't know what to do, I really need this, attaching a pic that you can see what happened when I'm trying to open the Transaction window.thanks,Roni.

Ich brauche Hilfe: Ich möchte den Adobe Kundenservice kontaktieren, der ist aber wohl ausgestorben!Per Telefon geht nicht, weil ich um die angegebene Zeit arbeiten muss. Photoshop was having this issue where it wouldn't open so  I started to uninstall it so I could reinstall it (windows 11) and now I can't even find the app on Creative Cloud to install and if I click on it in the store it wants me to pay for it again before I can install it. 

I bought After Effects about a month ago. Then I tried to download it to my computer. Clicking the download button will open the Creative Cloud page asking you to log in. After selecting the account to log in, another page will appear. However, there is buffering and the installation cannot proceed further.If you refresh in this state, a message asking you to wait and run appears, but it does not run even if you wait. You'll see a link asking you to log in, but when you log in from there it says that it's an unregistered email address. At the top, it says your computer is offline. Internet connection is always good, but I don't know why.What should I do?
