I try to launch ACC to see update but when click on the icon no thing appera to me just the icon in the taskbar and disappera after few seconde , i tried to uninstall using AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool and then install ACC again but same problem

HelloTrying to install my LRc on a brandnew PC.After clicking on a wrong file, LRc keeps crashing at startup, opening PluginParm.log.Re-install LRc and all catalogues does not change behaviour: LRc keeps opening the wrong catalog and keeps crashing before i can select another catalog file.Help greatly appreciated.

Ok,  So I have SWISH Flash Banner Creator. This makes Brilliant Banner Adds for HTML which can be save in GIF format to place on my websites.Of Course The genius' here have not only stopped producing Flash, but have blocked its use all together. I want a way to Install flash to use my SWISH software. Therefore I want someone to tell me how I can install Flash. I am running OSMonterey 12.01.1 and am attempting to install Acrobat DC.  The download itself went fine.  But when I attempted to run the installer, I received an error message that stated  “Acrobat DC Installer” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software." This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information. It then forces me to close the installer.  I tried to download the update, but of course, you need to have something installed for it to update.  How do you fix this problem?

Hello. This morning I get a message saying that Adobe has identifed my Photoshop CS6 as not genuine Adobe software. It might be old but it is most certainly genuine.What is this about?  Is it true that my software will stop working in 9 days time?Is it no longer possibe to activate CS6?Thank you

Hab gerade das Photoshop Update gemacht und jetzt funktioniert er nur mehr sehr langsam und nur wenn ich online bin - habe ich was falsch gemacht? Wäre total blöd, denn ich sitze oft im Garten beim Arbeiten und da habe ich nur schlechten bis gar keinen Empfang. 

I have spent hours on the phone with Tech Support who said I would have to ask the forum. I went through my PC with the Tech and removed all the old CS3 files. We downloaded the new CS3 and got the new Serial number. We tried to install several times unsucessfully. Hope someone can help. Alan When trying to install the CS3 download the message shows

Hi all,My Creative Cloud suite was working fine until today, when all the apps started crashing upon opening. I got a blank white screen when I tried to load the CC desktop app. I followed the advice on this forum to uninstall all CC products then reainstall the CC desktop app, but now I can't even do that. When I double click the installer, the link it sends me to times out. Has anyone got any advice for me? I can't work without Photoshop/Lightroom!

Habe 2021 für meinen IMac , mir Photoshop Elements 2021 gekauft. Inzwischen nutze ich noch ein Ipad Pro und möchte Photoshop auch darauf nutzen. Mir wird aber wieder ein Probeabo vorgeschlagen.Kann ich Photoshop PS ohne noch ein zusätzliches Abo abzuschließen auf dem IPad Pro verwenden, wenn ich mich auf dem IMac bei Adobe abmelde unm mich dann bei Adobe auf dem IPad  wieder anmelde.Laut Info darf man Photoshop auf zwei Geräten nutzen, muss sich aber jeweils abmelden und dann wieder abmelden.

Been using Abode to fill out PDF's forever. Recently on the desk top every time I try to open a PDF a pop up opens and says I have to get a subscription? Why is this? Tried reaching Adobe customer service for help and it wouldn't let me through because I wasn't a paying customer? I'm not try to be a vet flake, but I think it's ridiculous that a veteran (or anyone) has to pay for a subscription just to fill out medical/disability forms for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Some of us are on set incomes and can't afford the $14-$25 a month expense!

Everytime I use Spark I end up with several alerts from my computer that "this webpage is using significant memory".  Moving items are jerky and the page slow to respond.  This is a more recent issue.  What has changed?  I am very close to canceling my subscription over this. 

Hi,I have some issues with Adobe Creative Cloud.1. ACC does not tell you what it's doing.  It simply runs in the backround consuming resources without informing me.  Bad behaviour. 2. When downloading, ACC completely takes over my modem, excluding from running and internet application.  I am completely locked out and have to wait util its done its thing.  Completely unacceptable.3. After the last update ACC somehow disabled my internet connection to the point I had to perform a reset.  Again, not good.Recommendations.There should be a slider available somewhere to control how aggressive the donload is.The net aim is to allow other applications access to the internet whils ACC is downloading.Just bad behaviour at the moment.  Not impressed. I realise that Adobe have streamlind the update process to make things 'better', but they have taken over MY computer.  I should have some control in this process. Thanks.

 I am trying to cancel the Adobe stock trial before the 30 day trial ends, but it doesn't give me the option to do so. I tried following the steps of 'managing the account to cancel the plan', but the trial is not part of a plan. I find it frustrating that there is no straight forward process to this action. There isn't an order or invoice history that shows when I ordered the free trial. None of the steps are helpful in the support page.  Is there an individual from the Adobe UK support team that I can contact or email? Where do I find them?

Hello hello, I bought photoshop cs6 back in 2013 before Adobe started with subscriptions. I solely edited in photoshop until 2020 when I subscribed to adobe to use lightroom to making editing a bit faster/easier. Up until this month I was able to open and use photoshop. Now when I try to open photoshop I get a renewal subscription pop up. The kicker is I still pay for an active subscription. I tried calling adobe to speak to someone and they said they couldnt help me and I should look to the adobe support community for help. Anyone have any tips or advice to get photoshop to open back up? for reference: I have an older Macbook pro (late 2013) with macOS Sierra (with very limited storage) so I haven't updated any programs. 

I bought a subscription to the adobe package Adobe Creative Cloud.But when launched, this (attached) windows pop up and the program cannot contact the server that confirms the license, and the program does not run on the Macbook.Please, help solve the problem!Thanks

Hi, So I have installed Adobe CC, and i keep getting this message come up, everytime I click on sign in it loops around to this message again. I cant see anything else. I had to Uninstall adobe CC about 2 months ago and just did a fresh install but i keep getting this message. (works on my mac fine, just on my PC i have this error) Ive tried different log ins, Installing and uninstalling a few times but it doesnt seem to work, anyone able to help. I cant seem to contact anyone at adobe
