I am having touble downloading the indesign cc trial after I have downloaded creative cloud- half way through the download it asks me to ' please close the following applications to continue: -dynamiclinkmanager' I have no idea what that is/ what it means, please help! thanks

good morning, I would like to subscribe for the complete package, but doing the free trial I noticed that no software is compatible with my mac (10.13). is there a chance to download previous versions? Thank you

I used a 120GB SSD as C drive to house Windows, MS apps and Adobe CC and its apps. Upon CC updating, error occured as space is insufficient. I therefore tried relocating the apps to D or F drives which are free. However still getting the same error message everytime turning on the computer. Pl kindly offer assistance. 

I need help reactivating my Adobe Photoshop CS (version 8.0) after upgrading my system to Windows 10. The steps provided by Adobe when I try to open the app do not work.

I am trying to move my CS5 to my new laptop. The original media was on discs, and the new computer does not have a disc drive. I downloaded the direct download from the Adobe site, but it does not accept the original serial number. Does this have anything to do with it being an Education Edition? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi sir/mam, I have a one login I'd and password in Adobe. Use my login I'd and installed Adobe InDesign in one system. Again use to my same login I'd and installed Adobe illustrator in another one system if it's possible or not. Kindly let me know the Adobe rules. Note: I have purchased 2 softwares in single account. Regards,Prakash S

Good evening,I've received an email from Adobe 8 hours ago where they told me to check my account because they failed to withdraw the monthly fee from my Paypal account.So I logged into my adobe account where it now tells me that ''there is a problem with the payment method'' and I get an automatic pop-up to change edit my payment method. However I don't even have the option to change to another payment method. It tells me that I can either edit my saved Paypal payment information or switch Paypal accounts. Since I don't own another Paypal account, I clicked on the first option where I get redirected to my Paypal account telling me to add a credit card.Now the thing is that I don't own any credit cards. My Paypal account is linked directly to my bank account which is kinda normal for German payment methods.Also, the first time Adobe deducted the subscription fee, it worked perfectly fine and the amount was withdrawn from my bank account to my Paypal and then sent to Adobe.Why is it sud

Hello,I have not enough space to install the Adobe apps to my drive C:\I would like to install on my other partition D:\I tried many times to install an uninstall photoshop by changing the destination address of apps in Adobe cloud preferences and it didn't change anything.Can you help me ?Thank you in advanceP.S. : Also on Cloud Deskop all "links to resources" doesn't work. I'm a bit worried because I took a Stock subscription and I would like to use Fonts too.

I have downloaded the trial version of photoshop but cannot initiate it on my computer. I have an icon creative cloud on my desktop but no photoshop icon can anybody help me

While installing photoshop, the window that allowed me to select a path and such was not displaying correctly, almost like an HTML window, but the CSS didn't work.Here's what it looks like:

Trying to install the CS6 Design & Web package on my new laptop. I enter the serial code but get the error message in the title. Since the Adobe chat representative would not answer my questions or help me, I arrive to where he deferred me here: please help me. 

Today the Creative Cloud started asking for an update.  When I run the update it gets to 2% and stops with the attached error message.  I've rebooted and tried again several times with the same results.  Windows 10. 

I have a question? I can not download the lighthouse program I just purchased w my ccard because it wont install on windows 7 my desktop? What should I do? If it wont work thats fine but can I purchase windows 7 photoshop and download it instead?   1 - the program is Lightroom, not lighthouse 2 - do not add a question to an UNRELATED discussion   Moved to a new message in the correct forum... My old laptop only runs lightroom 9.4 and it stopped working so I deleted it and thought I could reinstall but all I get is a message saying that the new app is not compatible with no option to download an older version.  How do I get the old version on my laptop.

The Creative cloud app (v5.6.5.58) ends up 'Wainting..' when I Update, Remove or Install any of the apps. Does anyone know what to do?I am on macOS 12.1 with Apple silicon. Thx!

I have a fully paid and registered CS6 suite. Following some drive errors I was getting the warning above. As of today I cannot open any PDF file, I get the nasty error window. Please help, I am writing program notes for a non-profit orchestra.

Hello! Installation of Photoshop stuck at 12% macOS. And I did repeat the procedure many times. Restart of Creative Cloud or Macbook didn't help. Though I have installed InDesign yesterday with no problem. 

Chci si nainstalovat Lightroom a vyskočí na mne toto okno, kterého se nelze zbavit a nelze se ani přihlásit. Poradí mi někdo prosím co s tím?

Hi,I am trying to install Photoshop Elements 2018 on Windows 11 and constantly run into the same problem. When installation program asks me to sign with username and password, I do that and get following message:"Try again laterFor security reasons your access was temporarily disabled.For more details contact Adobe Customer Support." I cannot close that window and have to end the task through task manager. Does anyone have an idea what I could do to install the software?Installation is downloaded from Adobe web pages. Brg,Bojan

I had an issue with Adobe Creative Clou before, where it would stay stuck in the loding screen, until the pop up that said that ACC was taking longer than expected to open. After searching for solutions online (with none of them working), I went with the option that told me to install the Cleaner Tool and clean everything Adobe related off the PC. Did that, installed Setup from the site again, and continued with the installation process, but it stops at like 20%, and then gives me the error code 50. Something to note that I had done before, that I think maybe had something to do with this whole thing, is that Adobe CC was uninstalled by me before Photohop and Illustrator.  Could anyone help me? I have a friend who had the same issue and told me he had formatted his PC and it solved it, but I don't want to format my PC because I share it with someone else, and doing a backup would take way too much space and time.

My computer died. I am trying to reinstall Photoshop CS6 which I purchased and have the serial number. It does not show up on my list of items purchased. Where do I go to get it back????
