Download & Install

Hi, I installed all my softwares to an external drive and I faced with verifying problem everytime I open them.I never unplugged the driver.I searched and find some solutions but didn't work out.Anyone have any ideas ?I am an MacOs Big Sur 11.5.2 user with M1 2020 Chipset.  

My program is an upgraded version, but was working fine in November/December 2021, when I used it last. Now it won't let me open any of my files or let me access my programs

I need to remove Adobe Creative Cloud from my laptop but I cannot. I have uninstalled every Adobe product I can find and I have tried numerous things I've found on google but I always get "uninstallation of creative cloud desktop completed with errors" and the next time I switch on my laptop it crawls along while it's desperately trying to do something with creative cloud and can't because it's neither installed nor uninstalled. I can see from this community forum and from googling that this is a common problem and has been since at least 2014! WTF Adobe! I can't believe you haven't sorted this in 8 years!Please tell me in simple English (I don't speak geek) exactly how to get this useless thing off my laptop. Thank you(PS your topics below are nonsense, which one of file sync, collaboration, libraries or cloud storage assets has any relation to uninstalling?) 

Hola!Por favor necesito ayuda para desistalar todo lo que tenga que ver con Adobe, lo intente hacer desde "desistalar programas" pero se rompio algo y ahora no responde. Quedaron los programas mal desinstalados y la pc no esta funcionando bien; la necesito para trabajar. Intente volver a instalar Creative Cloud pero no se conecta al servidor, da un error p206 y no supe arreglarlo, todo esta en ingles y no entiendo nada. Quedaron instalados: Air, Flash Player 10 y 11, Premiere Pro 2014 y Reader 9.1.  Según la lista de programas. Y también tengo una carpeta de Reader DC. Creative Cloud aparece como desinstalado con errores. Por favor ayudenmé a solucionarlo! Estoy desesperada, hace horas que intento solucionarlo sin exito. Tengo windows 7, que al parecer se actualizo a 10 en algún momento. Muchas gracias,Daniela

olá, estou com um problema sobre pagamento, eu tinha o premiere 2020, e depois eu assinei e e comprei o premiere 2021, e o premiere 2020 tinha atualizado, eu abri ele uma vez, depois exclui, porem esta descontando o meu cartão o valor do premiere 2020, só que eu só tenho o premiere 2021, que esta descontando certinho, R$ 90,00 todo mês, mas está descontando o valor de R$ 72,00 que é do premiere 2020, só que eu nao tenho ele mais do meu computador, e foi descontado alguns meses, e hoje que fui ver o que era esse valor de R$ 72,00, teria a possibilidade de um reembolso ? ou alguma ajuda sobre isso ?

I purchased the full version of CS6 Design and Web Prem. edition along with 2 upgrades to CS6.  I'm having difficulty locating the download location for these installations.   Is it only available in the Creative Cloud?  The software license was purchased thru a 3rd party vendor...I have the WIN and MAC S/N's.  Thanks.

I had subscribed to Adobe for Premier pro when at Nescot, then I lost my log in details and for some reason my prem pro wouldn't work. anyway I needed to complete a project assignement so I took out a new deal. now I cannot stop them taking 24.96 from my paypal account. how do I stop this!!!   I cannot contact Adobe directly so how?

I am trying the shift click and scroll to last file to delete, but if i select more than 100 items I start getting error messages and the page locks up. I have used 30 minutes to delte .1GB of my 72GB. I really can´t spend the time to do this. Is there really no other way than to switch to a different cloud storage solution? By looking at older posts I looks like Adobe has had this problem for a while and not fixed it.

Hi there,For years I've been using 2018 versions of Photoshop and InDesign which were on device licenses, meaning I didn't have to pay to keep them updated. Today, out of nowhere, I've lost access to both apps and they're saying that my 'trial' has expired. This is pretty deeply annoying, because they're not on subscription so this shouldn't be an issue. I can't afford to pay £40 per month for access to them, and I understood that I'd bought a 2018 version of them forever. Please can someone help me regain access, or understand what has gone wrong?Thanks, Fiona 

Hello,  is it possible to be logged-in on two different adobe accounts on one device? Here is my situation to explain:- I have my personal subscription of Lighroom and Photoshop which I have on my personal laptop- At work I use Adobe InDesign - licence is on work Adobe account- I would like to work from my personal laptop also on work projectIs there some way to be able to use my Photoshop/lightroom + InDesign from same device if they have different Adobe accounts?Thank you for your help!Eva

Hi, I'm trying to access an older version of photoshop for Mac 0S 10.13 High Sierra. I've just purchased a subscription but when I attempt to click 'More Actions' next to Not Compatible in the Creative Cloud app, it just changes to 'Learn More' and I get a page of info about Photoshop and no way to access an older version.  I tried the instructions on the forum and it took me to another webpage which then circled back to where I came from - Creative Cloud.   It shouldn't be so difficult and frustrating to purchase software from a software company. Any advice most appreciated.

Hello community, I used to use my Adobe creative CS4 suite on 10.13 High Sierra (with complications of course) and yesterday I had to erase my Mac and update to the latest version of Mac OS 12.2 Monterey. Then I transfered my data back from a time machine backup.Now all of my Adobe programs are not compatible, as expected. I actually no longer use this suite of programs as my work computer has the newest version of Adobe. The question is how can I easily uninstall all of the Adobe CS4 software and appliction files from this Mac. I cannot run the uninstaller from the utilities folder since when running, it states I need to update the Adobe software, which I cannot. Catch 22.Any help would be apprieciated. 

Just purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 from Best Buy. There is NO 24 digit serial number on the DVD sleeve. There is an 8 digit number .On the box is a inch tall UPC code that says scan to activate product that has a 19 character code with both letters or numbers. ???????

I realize the Portfolio is not an ecommerce platform. However, it would be very helpful if users were allowed to embed html code. That way I could embed something like a paypal button to accept payments

Have been trying for hours to install photoshop in my macbook, i updated to monterey, delete and install again,  even tried formatting my mac, still not being able to install it, it just keep in the loading screen until it signs  me out of it. Does anybody have the same problem or a fix?

there is a problem - when I fill in the payment details, I have Russia in the column (country / region). I am from Ukraine and I cannot change this position. And so I can't continue to pay because I can't change the region. Can anyone help with this?

on mac, running macOS monterey and i'm having an issue: i tried to install photoshop. it loads and starts installing but as soon as "opening creative cloud" pops up at 99%, the installer force closes and deletes itself! the installer doesn't even show up in the recycling bin.  i figured i needed to install creative cloud first but the exact same thing happened! i have plenty of gb on my macbook and have strong wifi connections so i'm not sure if it's a bug with adobe or not.

I just updatesd indesign and it gives me an error message cant install jimmy wu it is blocked go to system prefs...any idea on this? Thanks. Cathal
