I tried to install Premiere that comes with my Student 1 Month Trial, but it appeared that I can't install on my windows since the newer versions of adobe's apps uses AVX2, which my PC doesn't have a CPU with support for that yet. Everything OK, I searched how to install older versions, but I couldn't find any version at all listed on the versions. Is there any way I can install older versions? Even Audition couldn't be installed because of this, which it kinda sucks.
Hello,I am an Adobe customer who legally purchased a perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro (MLP AOO License TR, SKU 65195563).I still have all the original details (Serial Number, Order Number, Certificate Number, End User ID).However, when I try to activate the product on my new computer, I receive this error:"The serial number you entered has been revoked. This product cannot be licensed."Adobe Support confirmed that my serial number is valid, but since Acrobat XI is an end-of-life product, the activation servers were shut down. This means that my perpetual license has effectively been made useless by Adobe’s decision, not by me.I am your customer, and you have left me alone.I only want to use the product I paid for.I kindly ask Adobe and the community:- Is there an official offline activation method still available?- Or is there any alternative solution Adobe provides for customers with valid perpetual licenses?Thank you for your attention.
I wish to move my CS5 apps to a new laptop but the old CS5 will not deactivate because CS5 cannot connect to the internet. I cannot log in to my AdobeID from CS5 for the same reason. The message I see is "Please connect to the internet, then press continue" See screen shot.Other apps see the internet connection fine. I have tried several internet connections, home broadband as well as phone hotspot. I am not using a VPN or internet proxy. There's nothing in the hosts file mentioning adobe. The new installation works with my perpetual serial number but cannot activate because the old installation requires deactivation. There is no apparently option to reset the activations counter on the Adobe side as support for CS5 has ceased.Adobe support have no further suggestions and have closed my case on this.Further suggestions welcome - thanks in advance.
I have Adobe XI Pro. The crazy high price has kept me from upgrading to the subscription (2.5 times higher than the full Microsoft Office Suite). I purchased a perpetual license. My home flooded and my desktop computer was destroyed. I have replaced it, but when I try to install Acrobat XI Pro on the new computer, Adobe blocks it, indicating that I have reached my maximum number of activations, and I need to deactivate one before I can activate this one. However, I cannot deactivate it on the other computer because the other computer is destroyed. I connected to the help chat, but the third level technician there (yes, I was transferred three times to get to this guy, with one email exchange in the middle ) said he is only allowed to support software that is less than 5 years old. He gave me a link to post the problem here, indicating that some of you might be able to help me to reset my activation count, as it is not something that Adobe tech
Hello everyone, in this days I want to delete CC (Creative Cloud) with the official uninstaller, but, when I execute it, the program, says: "Are you sure you want to delete Creative Cloud?" and when I click on "Yes" the program says, "Cannot delete Creative Cloud with the Adobe apps in your device" (Similar words, but not exactly) And I have an infinite apps from Adobe, PDF, Premiere, Flash CS6, Illustrator, After effects, among others, I have search and I founs the official app from Adobe "CreativeCloudCleanerlTool" but it doesn't work, What can I do without removing the Adobe apps? Thanks in advance 😉
I am reaching out regarding an issue with reinstalling Adobe Creative Suite 5. Previously, I had installed CS5 on my Windows 10 computer. However, due to system issues, I had to reinstall Windows without uninstalling CS5 beforehand. When I attempted to reinstall CS5 afterward, the installation failed and displayed an “Invalid Serial Number” error message. I would like to ask if the license I purchased can still be used, even though CS5 is no longer supported. If so, could you please advise me on how to resolve this problem so that I can activate the software again? Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your guidance.
this morning, I had InDesign open, and this window was open: "You’ve reached your device activation limit." It states that Adobe apps can only be signed in and activated on two devices. To sign in on this device, you need to sign out of another device first. All apps, local files and Creative Cloud assets on those devices will remain intact. Learn more about device activation limits. Then, It shows MULTIPLEs of the SAME workstation. Clearly, there is an Adobe Creative Cloud Issue. How do I resolve and why can I not report this to Adobe.
7 years later, I have the exact same issue but with 8 copies of the same device. The solution to this problem, signing out to all devices doesn't clear up the issue that I should be able to sign in up to two devices while working on one at a time. It will continue forcing me to sign out of one of them when i turn on the other, because it acts like that one device is more than one.
After migrating all files, etc from my old mac to my new Mac Studio M4, I can't activate it at my Creative Cloud Desktop account. I had no issues deactivating my old device, but when I go to my account settings/plans/payment/activated devices, all that shows up is; "you have no activated devices" without any means to activate my new mac. What am I missing here? Please help! Thank you in advance for any and all assistance.
I bought and activated a CS5 education license around 2011. I only own 2 computers: a desktop and a laptop. Those are the only computers on which I have currently installed CS5. Since 2011, my laptop has changed twice, and my desktop has remained the same. The 2 older laptops that I owned in the past no longer exist. This past week, I received this activation-related message on my desktop. I did not receive any such message on my laptop. The same license is installed on both systems. I don't know why this is suddenly happening. Adobe's help AI is not able to resolve my problem. Is there a human somewhere out there who can help me resolve this? Thanks.
I've subscribed to Photoshop which is working fine, however everytime I use the Creative Cloud desktop app, it comes back with the error shown on the subject line. I have tried un-installing everything but the error comes back after reinstalling it. I've checked my firewall rules (Bitdefender) and it appears to be allowing everything Adobe through. There is also nothing in my hostfiles (I have also ran the repair tool too). Any suggestions? I mean it's an annoyance more than anything else as it doesn't appear to stop me updating or using PS.
I’m currently using a 27-inch iMac (Late 2014) running macOS Big Sur (11.7), which is the latest version supported by my system. I would like to install After Effects, but the Creative Cloud app only offers the latest version, which requires macOS Monterey or later.Since my Mac can't officially upgrade beyond Big Sur, I’m looking for a way to download After Effects 2022 (version 22.x) — the latest version compatible with macOS 11.Could someone from Adobe please provide a download link or help me access this version through my Creative Cloud account? Thanks in advance!
I am unable to login onto to any Adobe account on my main windows account, and says its unable to reach adobe. If i try to login to my adobe account on a new windows account it works fine. I've tried switching from my Ethernet to mobile hotspot, adobe ACC cleaner tool, adobe limited access clean up tool, a lot of the posted troubleshooting steps but nothing seems to be helping. It also used to give me error 206 when i tried the installer before i installed it from the new windows account.
Applied for a license, already had one. Email came. Link for updates downloads does not work. Link for enterprise download just re-directs to the home user download page - no full download, just the small app that runs the download installer. Is there a working link to get updates and downloads? Thanks.
I am new to Adobe CC suite. As soon as I started to use, I figured I wont be able to manage on my laptop. I deleted all the installed apps and now want to setup a flow where I operate off of an external drive. But, when I go to Creative cloud -> Preferences -> Install location & change it to external drive, I am getting an error "Unable to install at this location". I have a SanDisk SSD 2 TB external drive connected where I am trying to change the install location. Please help.
I just got a new laptop and I want to download photoshop onto it without purchasing it again.
My Creative Cloud app says that Illustrator is not available for my device. When I go through the website download link, it redirects to the Creative Cloud app. I have successfully downloaded Photoshop, Premiere, and After Affects without a problem, so there is no reason I shouldn't be able to access it. I did a session with Adobe support previously and they were unable to resolve it. Here are my system specs:Processor Snapdragon(R) X Elite - X1E80100 - Qualcomm(R) Oryon(TM) CPU (3.42 GHz)Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.6 GB usable)Device ID 05C60AAE-241A-420D-B289-6AE517B3CD35Product ID 00342-21426-56126-AAOEMSystem type 64-bit operating system, ARM-based processorPen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display I have also attached screenshots of what my Creative Cloud looks like.
I received a device activation limit warming but I only have 2 devices active. For some reason it shows the same device as 9 separate devices. Has anybody experienced this? Whats is the solution?
I'm trying to uninstall Acrobat from a new Mac Mini M4 so I can install the updated version, and I'm having no success:All files, including Creative Cloud, were uploaded from a Time Machine backup when I first opened this new Mac.The app Acrobat Unistaller failed, giving me a message "user cancelled authorization dialog."Unistallation failed when tryin it through the Creative Cloud app after just 1% was done.AcroCleaner took a half-hour, during which Activity Monitor said the app was not responding; finally, with a message of Done! in the main window, a pop-up says "An error occured in the uninstall process." (I've attached a screenshot of the full log for reference.) I restarted my Mac and tried to unistall again through Creative Cloud with the same results as above. I still can't uninstall it. BTW when I try to open the older Acrobat on this Mac, the message reads "Your application install seems to be damaged, Please reinstall the application," which I can't do. So how
Recently, any updates to applications in Creative Cloud run very slowly. They rapidly advance to 45% and then take days at best to complete. I have tried reinstalling creative cloud and the problem persists. It isn't clear if this is a CC or Macos problem but no other application have this issue and I can download/install and edit files in other applications without issue. Hello everyone, I have an Adobe Acrobat installation with a valid serial number, but I’m not sure what type of license it corresponds to (perpetual, subscription, retail, volume, etc.). Could someone please let me know how I can verify the license type using the serial number, or what procedure Adobe recommends to confirm this information? Thanks in advance for your help!
