Download & Install

Здравствуйте, как изменить путь установки на другой диск, в компьютере в настройках все поменял по умолчанию устанавливать на диск Д, но все равно adobe  устанавливается на диск С, можно как-то выйти из ситуации и установить все таки на желаемый диск Д? 

Ho acquistato un piano fotografia (Ps+Lt) sul sito Adobe ma quando mi scarica Adobe Creative Clouds non mi installa le applicazioni perche mi viene fuori l'errore "Non disponi dell'accesso per gestire le app. Per attivare la gestione delle app, potrebbe essere necessaria l'autorizzazione da parte dell'amministratore IT". Sono un privato e non un' organizzazione e non riesco a capire come attivare questa autorizzazione visto che l'unico amministratore dell'account adobe sono io.

After paying my 7 day trial, when trying to install the creative cloud thats what it shows up, what should i do? thanks in advance

Is there a prompt when new versions of applications are installed in your system to remove the old ones. I don't look in my Applications folder very often but when I just did I saw old versions for each of the applications. Will it just keep adding without notifying me?   

Is there a way to purchase apps a la carte without purchasing services too?I only use 3 apps and none of the services.

Hello I am just confused on what part of it is free to use.I am new and I just signed up for Adobe Portfolio but I didn't buy anything from Adobe and don't plan to so is Adobe Portfolio free for me to use? Or is it just like a 30 day free trial then I have to pay to continue using it?

Can I download to my iOS iPhone X instead of my windows desktop since it's outdated and won't complete the download?

I bought Macbook Pro 14 inches M1 Pro and I have a problem installing every Adobe application except Adobe creative cloud. I had tried all the fixes like turn off apps auto-update but the installation still error. I cannot install any application using Adobe Creative Cloud.

Hi, I need help installing the free trial version of Adobe Captivate. I have downloaded the zip file and extracted as well, but when i try to install it I get an error "Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system.   Learn more" I have updated the browsers and windows but it still doesn't work. Can someone help me here? 

I am looking for a way to turn on auto update for Adobe Creative Cloud. Thanks in advance.

Just a tip... If you are required to use a particular version of the Adobe Creative Cloud software (for example, due to a workflow issue), you should download the required installers from https://prodesigntools.com/tag/ddl Archive them for future needs. The CC app is only showing the current and the previous version, so over time, the version you need may not be available. (Note: Not all old versions are available and not all will run on modern OS versions or newer computers.)  

When I go to double click on DMG file on an M1 macbook nothing happenes.  

Adobe applications are not listed in the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app (except Acrobat DC). Searched for a solution all over the interweb. Nothing works (changing language, sing out/in, turning off compatibility mode, deleting CC prefs, restart, etc). Apps are not listed in CC, therefore I can't uninstall or update them with CC. Only one listed app is Acrobat DC (not Ai, PS, Id, LrC, Pr, Ae, Br, Me).  CC treats apps as not installed. So after installing Ae (22.1.1), I have two Ae in the Win10 app list (22.0.1 and 22.1.1). Win10 program remove uninstallation doesn't remove it from the Win10 program list. I had to use a 3rd party uninstaller (IObit Uninstaller) to fully remove it. Invisible apps are linked with CC. They don't work if I'm signed out of CC. During uninstallation (started from Win10 app list) app shortly shows up in CC during uninstallation.  Reinstalled apps initially were visible in CC, but after some 20 minutes disappeared. &nbs

Had Elements 6 (Mac) and 7(Elements). Was running it on Windows. Now I have switched to Mac, got a message that it needs to update. 1. If i previously used it on a Windows machine (now defunct), should I be able to use it on the new Mac?Question 2. When I tried to update it, I accidently entered the Windows S/N. When I realized the error, i re-entered it with the Mac (Elements 6) S/N, but now it comes up as "multiple" with no download button. Is there a way to delete the windows registration?

Hi there,I had an Adobe account that I signed up to with an email address I am no longer using. I want to tidy up my internet footprint and get rid of all old accounts I don't use. When I went to sign in, it said that the email address was not associated with an account, and yet when I entered my mobile number to find the account in question, the SMS sent to my mobile confirmed it was the email address I was entering and trying to sign in with.I have created this second account so I could post in the forums (since there doesn't seem to be any other way to get in touch with support?), and while I am confident that I can delete this one when it no longer needs to be open, I don't know how to close the other one? I do not want my personal information being stored when it is no longer necessary (since my phone number etc is still stored).Can anyone help?Thank you in advance.

I have a 😧 with 1tb of space on it and also purchased the 1TB of cloud space from Adobe for £9 extra per monthly subscription.  When I try to download Photoshop or other Creative Cloud apps it says that I have an error code 133 and that there is not enough space. I have made sure that 😧 is the main download and not C: and I can't seem to overcome this. Can anyone help advise me please? Thanks 🙂

So...Many years back i bought adobe creative suite (the CS5.5 version). Worked perfectly fine, love my programms and what i can do with them (i'm not a pro or anything). Cumputer broke, realise the newest version of Mac os would not be comptabile with the CS5.5 version, soo i bought an old mac cumputer to get the older OS system  on it.Now, i'm going to school and they required to have a license for adobe premiere pro... which i can't download because of my version of Mac Os...What would be my options? (Beside kissing goodbye to my old programms). Is there a way i can download a newer version of Mac os which will be compatible with both?Thanks
