I'm trying to buy a one off monthly plan for Premiere Pro, but keep getting an error message saying: 'You already have this product' - But I don't have any plans installed, and can't pay so can't open Premiere. Can't get hold of anyone in customer service. Anyone else encountered this error and know how to fix it? Very annoying and zero support from Adobe available.

Hallo und guten Tag, ich habe die Lizenz von Adobe Acrobat Pro bereits vor Jahren gekauft, muss die Software jedoch aufgrund einer Fehlermeldung deinstallieren. Wie kann ich das Programm neu installiren auf dem gleichen Rechner? Über den normalen Weg komme ich immer nur auf die Seiten mit Abschluss eines neuen Abos.(was ich ja nicht will)Danke für die Hilfe

Bonjour,J'ai acheté Elements 13 en 2015. J'ai changé de PC et je souhaite réinstaller ce logiciel. J'ai suivi les conseils de la communauté, à savoir:- me connecter à mon compte adobe, aller dans produits où ma licence est enregistrée et télécharger le logiciel- renseigner ma clé de licence.Le logiciel s'est bien téléchargé. Cependant, au moment de le lancer, une fenêtre s'ouvre me demandant de me connecter avec mon adobe ID pour activer le logiciel et d'enregistrer le produit. Une autre fenêtre apparait avec un QR code. Je renseigne mon email et mon mot de passe. Une nouvelle fenêtre me dit que tout est OK, que je peux fermer et reprendre là où j'en étais. Je tente à nouveau d'ouvrir le logiciel et ça recommence... Je viens de le faire 5 ou 6 fois et mon compte est maintenant bloqué. Que dois-je faire s'il vous plait?Merci pour votre aide.

Hace unas horas adquirí una suscripción anual con descuento para estudiantes a Adobe Creative Cloud. El problema es que al intentar descargar cualquiera de los programas incluidos (como Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), el archivo .exe que se baja no se ejecuta. No aparece ningún error, ni inicia ningún proceso: simplemente no pasa nada al hacer doble clic.Mi sistema operativo es Windows 10 Pro for Workstations, versión 22H2, compilación 19045.5737.Mi equipo: Ryzen 9 5900X, 32 GB de RAM a 3200 MHz, placa de video Radeon 6800XT, disco NVMe de 1 TB.Intenté ejecutar como administrador, desactivé temporalmente el antivirus, y verifiqué los requisitos mínimos, pero nada funciona. ¿A alguien más le pasó? ¿Hay alguna solución conocida para este tipo de problema?Desde ya, muchas gracias.

Both update to 26.6.1 and install of PS Beta 26.8 fails with this error message:  Exit Code: 181 -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 1 fatal error(s), 1 error(s), 0 warnings(s) FATAL: Error occurred in install product workflow with error code 181 error message ERROR: Can't install to a case sensitive drive ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have installed all Adobe ecosystem in /Applications folder, that in MacOS is a link to /System/Volumes/Data, and this volume IS NOT a case sensitive drive! (see attachment)I've had no problems updating LR, LrC, Camera raw and so on, that are installed in the same folder.I've also tried to completely uninstall PS Beta and now I can't reinstall it. Any ideas? Hello Adobe Community,I have a problem. I have the Adobe Creative Cloud CS6 DVD installer. But when I install the programs and then restart the PC, I get a blue screen.I don't know why or what I'm doing wrong. Everything used to work normally but not anymore.Maybe someone can help me.

Is there a way to leave feedback on the adobe website? I only saw the help center, but I'm not looking for help I'd just like to inform them how disappointing (and misleading) the hungarian version of the site is.

Wie kann ich nach einem Computerschaden die Seriennummern deaktivieren? Ich habe eine CS5 Standard Suite die ich gerne auf einem neuen Computer verwenden würde. Meines Wissens gab es die Registrierung über den Online-Adobe-Account damals noch nicht. 

Hi, I just installed a new computer in place of an older one. I had Adobe Acrobat X Standard installed on the old machine and running perfectly with my licence.I tried to activate the licence on the new machine without success. I then deactivate the licence on the old machine and tried to activated it on the new one.But surprise, my licence is still exceeded. I need my licence back.. It was working just fine on an Windows 11 machine and now, it's gone and i need to pay again? What a joke Thanks

Photoshop won't let me use it. Today was the first day I got a ref code 1800. Virtual Machine configuration issue. I don't use a VM and it's turned off on my computer. Help!

I also don't know if it'll run on Mac 15.4.1 either but I could also do something about that.  Many thanks,  James. 

hi,i purchased a cs6 master collection licence in december 2019, via a reseller in the uk. i did activate it back then and used it flawlessly since then. now i got a new computer and had to reinstall the software and reactivate the licence: which i successfully did on monday, april 28 around 10 am. i think you can see the activation attemps on your server log. because i made the mistake to install the whole suite, i got the warning that a driver of elements was not compatible with windows 11 security (because it does not have the necessary certificate), it was suggested to disable a core function of windows 11 so that it would not make this security checks - i did not disable any core function. however i did install the neccessary patch for adobe acrobat X, i did sign in with my adobe account to activate the licence - and it worked beautifully.  all programs were working on the activated serial number. perfect! then i restarted the machine and it crashed an bas

Hello, both the update function (no matter which adobe program) and the full version download no longer work.I have changed the download location in the adobe cloud application (which didnt update either)to make sure that the destination folder is not corrupt. Didn't help either.Thanks for any Ideas

I installed CS2 so I could run my CS5 upgrade disk, but CS2 didn't register and I think that is preventing CS5 from seeing it, so the upgrade doesn't run. How do I fix this? Is there a registry hack? Adobe shoudl provide something for us since we spent the money.

My computer has died, and I need to deactivate CS5 and the online versions of Lightroom and Photoshop so I can reinstall them on my new computer. How do I do this? Thanks.

I have Acrobat X pro on my old computer and when I try on the new it will not be activated because of the old one.On the old one I have uninstalled Acrobat so I can't inaktivate it.How can I solve this problem? I don't want to buy a new version.

Hello!In the install procedure I was asked to activate CS6. I have the CD and serial number. Bought this educational licence via the college where I was formerly a teacher. But I can no longer log in with the expired mail address.I have 2 other Adobe accounts, made in later years for other Adobe products.  But I can't see there the CS6-purchase data of course.So my first question is: how can I re-activate CS6?And second, eventually: exists an european telephone number for customer support? I live in the Netherlands, but see only US-numbers like (800) 685-3644.I 'm grateful for helping answers!

In order to perform a recurring modification required by my nVidia Control Panel, I must turn off "AcrobatNotificationClient.exe".  I cannot find this running program to turn it off.  I have looked in the Task Manager under Processes and Services, I have also looked using msconfig and do not see it anywhere. The only solution I have found it to uninstall Acrobat, make the updates to the nVidia cards, then reinstall - which is a real pain. Any and all advise appreciated. 

Hi, ich hätte mal eine Frage und zwar ob man Die Schüler, Studenten und Lehrer Version der Adobe Creative Cloude auf mehreren Geräten nutzen kann denn ich bräuchte die cloude für die Schule und zu Hause denn ich habe einen Mobilen Laptop der aber nicht Leistungsstark genug ist um mit jedem Programm zu arbeiten und ich habe noch einen Desktop Rechner zu Hause stehen mit dem ich alles andere machen kann. Meine Frage: Kann ich die Programme auf beiden Geräten benutzen indem ich mich auf dem Laptop auslogge wenn ich auf dem Pc arbeite und umgekehrt aber ohne die Programme löschen zu müssen?Danke für die Antwort schon mal im Voraus.

Have attempted to install PS Elements 13 from brand new disc. (Windows)Installation works so far as it is on the PC and will run if I bypass the connection request, but how long is it going to do that for before it blocks me from using the program?  IT asks repeatedly whilst the program is running too.  Have manually registered the serial number on my Adobe account and it is showing as verified.But each time I open up the Elements editor it tells me to register and then comes up with an error messages telling me that it cant complete the process as I am not connected to the internet.Obviously I DO have internet connection, as I am signed into Adobe account, internet web browser etc.  so what is the problem and is there a work around?NB -same issue occurring on the Premier Elements 13 program as well.

Hallo, ich kann meine CS6 nicht mehr neu aktivieren, auch kein Anforderungscode generieren usw., weil scheinbar nicht online(!?). Bei Seriennnummer aktivieren heisst es dann entweder die Seriennummer konnte nicht gefunden werden oder ich hätte schon die Anzahl Geräte erreicht, was nicht stimmt. Hab schon alles Mögliche probiert und es funktioniert definitiv nicht. Kann mir in dieser Sache jemand helfen? Gerne möchte ich meine erworbene CS6 weiterhin benutzen können. Da der MacBook Pro auf dem momentan eine funktionierende Version installiert, zu langsam geworden ist, habe ich die Software auf einem Macmini 2018 installiert (Mojave). Nun aber klappt es nicht mit der Registrierung/Aktivierung. 

i have a licenced copy of adobe suite cs3...i had a system format..n had to reinstall my software..after entering a serial no..m asked for an authorization code...n while activating through telephone nos..they are replying that the no is invalid..how can i activate my software..plz guide...
