Download & Install

Was there an update or something? Clicking on the Creative Cloud icon in my Mac's menu bar no longer opens the nicely designed drop-down menu that I've been using the last few years, but instead now opens the archaic and poorly designed Desktop app from long ago! There is no option to switch back to the desired behaviour. I am on Mac OS 10.14.6 Mojave and have NOT (and will not) upgrade to the Catilina OS. EDIT: Photos added with clarification - Previously, when I clicked on the CC Icon in the Mac's Menu bar, it would open a drop-down menu with all of my CC Apps, Assets, Stock, etc. very clean and well organized (as in first photo.) Now, it opens this big old desktop app that is just outdated (as in second photo.) 

Hi,I got a new PC (Windows). Therefore I have to install the complete CC suite (and all other programs) – but want to have/get all the actual settings of my installation of Adobe CC on my "old" PC. Is there an option to export/import (by cloud?) all my personal settings of all programs at once? Or do I have to do this program by program, e.g. my Photoshop settings, then Dreamweaver settings/sites and so on. Thanks!mycc

I have photoshop elements 3.0 on an old Windows 7 PC.   I would lkie to move it to a new Windows 10 PC.  I have lost the installation disk with the registration info.   Is there a way to just copy the files from the old PC to the new PC without the istallation disk?

I brought my laptop to work to get some updates done.  Once I had the updates completed, I clicked on LR Classic and a sign-in box came up, where you can type in your account name and password or there were also options to click Google or Facebook.  I clicked Facebook by mistake.  My facebook email and the email I use for Adobe are two different emails.  Now my problem is that it thinks the Facebook account holder wants to either buy the programs or set up for a 7 day free trial.  Ihave tried everything and I cannot sign in to either Photoshop or Lightroom now....both programs open with a pop up box asking if I want to buy the program of the 7 day trial.  Any ideas on what I do here? LOL Thank you!Darlene

Can I use Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium on my iMac g4 if I don´t haveany of these programs on my computer now? Is it an upgrade that will requireprevious versions of Photoshop, AI etc. to be installed on my computer beforehand?

After I downloaded CC installer and ran it during the installation process, CC opens a new tab in the browser to confirm login. And this happens in a circle all the time. I work on the Mac OS X system, both on the M1 processor and on the MB Pro 16", the same everywhere.

adobe creative cloud won't sign me in i tried uninstalling it and installing it again ,and i tried changing my password , but it did not work?i need to download adobe software but i can’t because the creative cloud is not signing in?please help?(i use mac 10.9)

The only way I see to download the program is to resubscribe when I am already subscribed. Where is a download without all that requiring financial information when they already have that information?

Hi all,Im unable to update my credit card information. If I click on update credit card info, I always get the message "Something went wrong". It lasts already several days. My current card is going to expire soon. Also, I am unble to find the support phone numbers for Europe. Or chat. Anything.I run in circles and my suspicion is they make their support as impossible to reach as possible. Any ideas what to do with their "Something is wrong" and how to actually reach their support? thank you all

Hi All, I just installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 and Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 on a Dell Inspiron 7790 running Windows.  After activating Photoshop I opened the program and it appeared to be functioning.  Then proceded to activate Premiere.  During activation there was a new version available notice so I downloaded that.  About 15 minutes into the install it failed and sent an error code (which I don't remember) and instructions to restart.  On restarting the Premiere desktop icon was non-functioning and Photoshop will no longer open. Suggestions?    

I'm trying to download Elements15 (a subscription provided by my employer). It has been shared with me via GoogleDrive as I am working remotely. When I try to install the software I come up with the following error message: Can anyone help?

Recently im trying to install Adobe Photoshop cc 2018 for Windows 7 x64. But everytime im trying to install, it always says "Sorry, Installation Failed. System Requirements Not Met. See the minimum system requirements for more details. (Error Code : 190)" I check my pc System Inforrmation and PS cc 2018 system requirements but i think it should've work because my pc met the minimum system requirements.  when i try to install illustrator , this message appear:update required, you must update your system ,  and i can't  update windows what can i do??

Windows automatically installed the 20H2 update last night but now 16 Adobe apps say the are not compatible (anymore) so I can't update / use them ? When will this problem be resolved or is there a quick solution for the time being ?

Hi. I just created a new Adobe account to test out illustrator, indesign and photoshop. However, the account states that my trial has ended despite never having opened them in the first place. I had another account prior to the current one, but due to issues with my computer, the apps remained untouched during my trial. I have no idea how to test it out at the moment, but I'd like to at least try the apps out before considering my purchase.  I'd appreciate any advice on how to fix this issue!

See attached photo. I had this installed on another computer and it installed without any problems. Now I'm putting it on my new computer and it won't install. Tried multiple times. I have the Serial # but I never got to the point where I cound enter the numbers. It failed at about 96%.  Running Windows 10 Home, Dell XPS Core I7 10th Gen.

Hello,I am planning on buying Premiere Elements 2021. However, I am not sure that my computer is up to the task. Ii meets the minimum requirements, but I might have to change. Is it easy to download the program and then transfer the license to the new computer? -Espen

helloim trying to install photoshop adobe in my devices and i cant. i finally install in my mac pro some of the categories like lightroom and classic , premerie rush . But i cant install photoshop ps in any version . i follow the steps for the installation fail and make retries in any version but looks like didnt install in any try . Please help me and tell me what i have to do .  thank you 

I am trying to download the Adobe photoshop and premiere elements 2021 from a disk onto my computer and i keep getting the Error code 87: Another installer is already running. I do what the instructions say but I do not see the MSI installer that is causing the problem. Can someone help me please?

Can I download the premiere pro file on a D disk instead of C disk on my computer ? I have not enough C disk space. Thank you

I've seen a few post about this but nothing recent. I recently rebuilt and upgraded my MacBook Air. I'm trying to install Adobe CC and it keeps asking me for my keychain password. It won't seem to accept it although I know it's correct because it's used to login to my computer and my other applications are fine with it. This is very irritating because I need Adobe CC for work. Anyone have answers to this problem? It would be greatly appreciated if there was a solution.
