I recently had to reset my entire PC, so I have to reload all my programs (not fun) I used my installation CD's to reinstall my Elements & Premiere 13.0 programsBUT when i try to open them I am being asked to sign in again (even though I am currently signed in) and then I am senton a round-robin of getting codes from my email and insterting them to be told they are invalid. This has happened approx 10 times.I OWN the programs and they are installed on my PC yet I cannot open them.NOW i am locked out of even trying to get through.Can someone help me?

Running PS 13.0.6 on 2019 iMac for years without any issues -- SFW is starting to malfunction -- i'm stumped on proper way to uninstall so I can reinstall (first deactivate... I have the correct installers and updates, activation worked on another Mojave machine a week ago) In the past I recall there were Unstallers in my System, but can't find them. "Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers is the Uninstall Adobe Photoshop CS6 there?I DONT SEE IT THERE Or look in Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Uninstall/{74EB3499-8B95-4B5C-96EB-7B342F3FDOC6}.app NOT THERE. On this link: you can then use adobe's cleaner to remove your cs6, http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/prepare-to-run-creative-cloud-cleaner-tool.html  I see no mention of CS6 on those links if the so-called cleaner tool will even work with macOS 10.14.6 and CS6 

Hi all, I purchased the free trial for premiere pro, and I am able to see it under my plans. However when I go to my apps, I can only see the free trial and buy options in both the Creative Cloud app and in browser. I've tried logging in and out of both, and restarting the Creative Cloud app. As a result I can't find a way to actually install the premiere pro app, which is quite frustrating. 

Hello guys, im currently trying to set up a transfer of my adobe photoshop 7.0 license to a buyer. I went already and got my case number set up,i just need to complete the transfer form on my end. For some reason tho I can't seem to download the form, anytime i try it says 'file isn't available on site". Does anyone know why? Any help would greatly appreciated.

I am a proud owner of the CS5 suite and use only the photoshop program.  I recently did a computer upgrade to windows 11 with new hardware, and there was no device showing in my Adobe ID profile to deactivate.  I am now getting an activation of two devices already registered in the system, none available to deactivate.  Photoshop only is used on my main computer.  There are still no devices showing on my profile with new installation to work with. Suggestions? Remedies? Solutions? Thank you!

I'm the original owner of a store bought Design Suite 5.5. (I use CC for my main). I have an old laptop that won't run CC and tried to load my old DS. I can't install due to 2 loads. I have the original PC that DS is still installed on however when I try to deactivate I get a message to connect to the internet. I can receive updates and am online. I know this is a ridiculous ask as its so old but its legit software and I'd like to use it. Any advice or workaround would be appreciated.P.S please forgive of this is the wrong forum for this post.

Subject heading describes the problem. Creative Cloud Update is frozen while displaying "Canceling" for the last hour. Update was stuck at 95%. Need to be able to restore LRC, old version was apparently removed and the new version did not install.

Bonjour à tous,  J'ai ce type d'affichage au démarrage de chaque produit Adobe actuellement. J'ai tous désinstallé et réinstallé via le ADOBE Cloud, identique, rien ne change.J'ai même utilisé Revo Uninstaller pour ne laisser (quasiment ?) plus de fichiers liés à ADOBE.Réinstallé le Cloud, les logiciels, mais rien n'y fait... Je suis bloqué. C'est plus qu'un problème d'interface, car je ne peux pas faire de nouveau document par exemple dans Ilustrator. Hi all, I have have 2 PC`s with one for general use and the other for just photo work and I have just upsized my operating hard drive and got all the contents swapped to the larger drive in my photo PC, then I confirmed everything worked and then uninstalled photoshop on the old hard drive as you can only run 2 photoshops, my issue is that photoshop on the new drive keeps saying i am over my subscription limit even though I only have the two installed. Any sugestions on how to resolve this issue please. I run winows 10.

I have Windows 10 and I'm trying to update to the newest version of photoshop. Everytime I try to update it it says update failure, but without an error code. I'll hit retry or restart my computer and nothing fixes it. I've never had an issue with my past updates. Also all of my other apps in my Adobe Suite let me update recently. Someone please help.

My Creative Cloud app suddenly decided to not recognize most of my installed apps, meaning I can't update them cause there's no other way than from the CC app. As you can see down here, the lists don't match (I installed Ai 2025 before taking the screenshot, and I know the CC app won't appear in its own panel): Considering I'm paying for this, not being able to use the latest version simply because the app manager doesn't feel like letting me, it's very insulting. I'll like to add, I literally didn't make any kind of change or modification. One day I just noticed some apps not updating and, when I looked into the manager, this is what I found.

My computer recently had a hard-drive failure, requiring me to re-install Adobe Lightroom 6 after replacing the hard drive.  After I launch the software, it says that I have reached the maximum activation count for my serial number and to deactivate the software on the other device first.  This is not possible, since the old computer no longer exists due to the hard drive failure.  In my Adobe account, it does not show any activated devices, so I don't see any way to resolve the issue.  I cannot find a way to contact Adobe support to get someone to help me fix the issue.

J'ai voulu télécharger les logiciels (lightroom et photoshop), or mon mac est bien trop vieux, et ne peut installer les dernières mises à jour nécessaires pour supporter ces logiciels. Je souhaite donc résilier mon abonnement. Malheureusement, il est indiqué sur mon compte "vous pourrez bientôt gérer votre formule". Autrement dit, pour l'instant tu ne peux rien faire.Je n'ai pas envie de devoir attendre la fin de la période d'essai gratuite, puis d'être débité pour des logiciels dont je n'ai même pas pu me servir...Pourriez-vous m'aider ?Merci.Charlotte.

Bonjour,J'ai cherché à résilier mon abonnement (formule Creative Cloud abonnement mono-applicatif pour Adobe Audition mensuel) plusieurs fois, en suivant les instructions forunies, mais sans succès.Sur mon compte, il n'y a pas de lien permettant d'annuler la formule. J'ai essayé de nombreuses fois, depuis plusieurs navigateurs, et jamais l'option n'est proposée. Il est également impossible de contacter le service technique ou le service clients par un formulaire e-mail depuis le site ; ni par téléphone ; et le chat n'est ouvert que lorsque je travaille...Merci donc de résilier ma formule au plus vite, et de ne pas me facturer de frais de résiliation : vous ne respectez pas votre part du contrat, qui indique que l'on peut arrêter son abonnement depuis son compte ou vous contacter.

I have a perpetual licence version of Photoshop. All has been fine on my current PC for the last 5 years - no issues at all. Yesterday I completed the update from Windows 10 to 11. Everything (all other software, apps etc) on my PC works as before - except Photoshop. It now says I have exceeded my licence limit, and to continue I need to deactivate on another computer. I only have it on one other computer - so obviously still within the 2 allowed usage. I spoke with Adobe support who told me to deactivate it on the other (still working fine) computer....and then try my now Windows 11 PC. Still no good, and now it will not reactivate on other computer either. So I have gone from 2 working versions to none. Support told me they had to 'go away and consult on this'. They emailed me back several hours later and aksed me to call them. Long story short, they now say it's not their problem and all support for my licence was ended a couple of years ago. I don't know whether it was a windows 11 update or last adobe update but both my photoshop and lightroom no longer open, Error 101 mostly or Could not complete your request because file is locked. Clicking on Lightroom does nothing, Photoshop gets stuck initializing. Have tried deleting all Adobe, using Creative Cloud uninstaller, Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool and cleaning out registry. Then re-installing Creative cloud and then the apps ad-infinitum but still a no go trying to get them to open. Have tried "every" solution on the internet, multiple times. After 10 hours I gave up. I have a 64GB workstation with all SSD's. Never had an issue before.

I bought a new laptop and updated the activated devices in my Adobe account to facilitate installing Photoshop on my new computer. Photoshop installation was successful.   The problem I encountered is installing Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 2015 on the new laptop.  I get the message that my seral number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers.   Apparently, the updated activated devices in my account is not seen by Acrobat Pro 2015.  Could my old laptop still be referenced in error?     I deactivated my new laptop, then tried to install Adobe Acrobat DC Pro 2015 to the same, but to no avail, same error message. I have problem to open Photoshop today. It says Photoshop is locked in Windows. But there is no such thing. I uninstalled Photoshop, but can not install again. I have issues with Adobe InDesign all the time, but this is new to me. Adobe is going fast bye-bye! It is getting useless, it is buggy and not reliable at all.
