I’m having a persistent problem with the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app on Windows 11. Creative Cloud installs successfully, but every time I launch it, it gets stuck indefinitely on “Initializing.”I have been troubleshooting this for about a week and have already gone through multiple uninstall/reinstall attempts and the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.I was able to find a specific error in the ACC.log: CreateProcess failed! Error: 740Failed to launch ADS. Error Code: 740The affected process is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\ADS\Adobe Desktop Service.exeThe interesting part is that Adobe Desktop Service.exe is actually present and can be launched manually from an Administrator Command Prompt.The log also shows that Adobe Desktop Service successfully starts at one point: START Adobe Desktop Service. I would like to remove the Photoshop of my destructed computer. I have an (older) disc with the program and I think I can place it on two computers.  It is on my laptop to. When it is so, how can I remove the Photoshop of the old computer en place it on my new?? 

I am receiving the following message opening PS todayIt worked fine last night when I shut it down for a pending Win11 update.  When I opened this morning, this appeared.  I tried rolling back the update to no availIt’s happening with all versions.  In “Properties”, I can find no lock.  Nothing else is running.  I am the administrator with all permissions.  Restarts have not cleared this.  I’ve uninstalled all versions and reinstalled the latest.I’m out of ideas  

Deactivated cs5 on my old computer, and trying to activate on the new one - Photoshop says that activation limit is reached (In my account I see photoshop license, but nothing in the “activated devices”.

It was deleted by accident when it did the last update.I look for "other versions" but it only shows lots of version 23. I need version 22 (2021).Please help! 

I use Windows 11 in Japan, but my Adobe applications were installed in English (International).The applications are physically installed and launch normally. Hello, I had purchased Lightroom 4 and 6 and had them both installed on my old computer. I have serial numbers for both. I just bought a new laptop (Windows) and I see the Lightroom 4 icon on my desktop. I clicked a setup file for Lightroom 6, it asked me to enter both serial numbers, and it installed the icon on my desktop. When I click on it, I get the message “ Adobe Application Manager, required to start your trial, is missing or damaged. Please download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager” I know Application Manager has now been replaced by the Adobe Creative Cloud.  How can I get Lightroom 6 to open on my laptop so I can see my photos? Thank you

Hello, we own a perpetual license of Acrobat XI Pro (serial number license, not a subscription).We run it in a Windows VM (Parallels) and are still happy with it.After reinstalling, activation fails with the message that the serial number has been activated too many times and that we should sign in to the associated account to deactivate old devices.The problem: the license was registered years ago under our former company with an e-mail address on a domain that has since been given up. The domain no longer exists, so we cannot sign in to that Adobe account or reset its password.Registering the serial number in our current Adobe account fails as well (already registered). I need version 28.x for windows 11 and its not available in the cloud. because a critical Cutting Master Pro Plus plugin used with my Graphtec Cutter is not compatible with my current Illustrator workflow. I have been able to obtain the official Japanese Mac replacement installer from Adobe’s server, but I never went through the serial-number replacement process at the time, so I do not have the replacement serial.The original retail serial does not appear to be sufficient for this activation-free replacement version.I have read several other threads about this issue, so I realize that the situation may be very difficult now. Honestly, I loved Adobe CC 2017 and 2018 because of how minimal it was, and kind of nostalgic for me. I’ve been turning my entire Chrome pages upside down for basically the whole year for these downloads of Adobe CC 2017 or 2018. But it’s either that none of them work, or they’re just modern ones. If you want to help, please don’t tell me “use ProDesignTools in the Wayback Machine,” or “Adobe no longer hosts downloads for CC 2017 or 2018.” Because I already know. So if you are someone who knows I want unofficial download links to the CC 2017-18 desktop apps that are still functional in 2026, please drop a link down below. I installed photoshop Elements 10 on my Windows  11 and the icon isn’t on my screen and when I tried to find it , it only showed me what was available on the internet. I’ve installed it 2 times now without any results. thanks

I have used Adobe products since Illustrator 88. Since then, each successive release of the top 3: Photoshop, Illustrator, and later on, InDesign has become more bloated, buggy, slow and frustrating to use than the previous version. Unfortunately Adobe is the de facto standard for creative professionals and we are at their mercy. Note I am currently using current CC applications in my workflow on a brand-spanking-new hyper-fast Mac tower.Take Illustrator, for instance. I've lost count of the times I see a spinning beachball and have to wait for a few seconds just to select and move a square. With NO OTHER SHAPES in a document. A square. Seriously Adobe? Illustrator also takes an inordinate amount of time to save a file to disk that's only a few hundred K in size. I'd expect a 1.5 GB file to take a few moments, but a few hundred K? I own a legitimate perpetual Adobe Acrobat XI Pro licence.I am moving the licence to a replacement computer because one of the previously activated computers is no longer available.Acrobat XI’s built-in offline activation process still works. Adobe’s official offline activation website recognises my serial number, but returns:“Activation limit reached for Acrobat XI Pro. This Serial Number has already been activated on 2 machines. Please deactivate one of the other computers and try again.”I cannot deactivate one of those old machines because I no longer have access to it. Hi,I just finished building a new pc, and I want to use my CS6 Production Premium on it.But, after installing CS6 Production premium, it tells me that the serial number X is already in ue by the maximum of 2 computers.You need to deactivate another computer within 30 days to use this product.I do not have access to those computers that are currently using my serial number, so I need help with remotely deactivating those computers using the serial number.And i was told that asking in here was the way to do it. :).
