I have been trying to install Photoshop for school assignments, and EVERY time I tried to in the Microsoft Store, it keeps reading that they could not install the app. It tells me to wait a bit, which I do, but it STIll gives the same message. How do I fix this?

I am currently using a windows 10 computer and have a creative cloud account for photoshop, light room, lightroom classic. I note that it also includes Acrobat. I also have acrobat Pro 2017 installed on my computer.I am about to change to a windows 11 computer. My question is this:is the acrobat in my plan as good as acrobat pro 2017?If not, what do I need to do to make it at least as good as acrobat pro 2017?I do not want to pay another subscription for acrobat pro.

I just confusing between Application Version and The information about The new version available, for example:  My latest Adobe InDesign version is 20.0.1, however in  the Creative Cloud Desktop mention it that V20.0.1 update is available...as per screenshot attached. Please explain me what is the meaning of this, is bug? Thank you

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone else has had the same kind of problem I'm having with Adobe right now. I use CC for teams and have 6 licenses for my employees and I. I got an email saying that my payment on my credit card couldn't go through. I just got a new credit card to replace the old one and forgot to update Adobe CC, no big deal, happens all the time... so I grab my new card and click the link in the email to update the info on my account. I login and click on "Edit payment details" but a pop-up appears telling me to contact customer support. Odd. Also, they could have told me that directly in the email, but whatever. So I open the chat window to support and explain my problem.I am then told that, incredibly, it is NOT possible to update my credit card info because the payment is done through Digital River, the distributor for South East Asia where I live. I thought at first the rep meant I needed to contact Digital River directly instead of Adobe, but no, there is jus

HelloI am from italy and for the christmas vacations i travelled to the United States, bringing with me my Mac Pro 13", during my stay i have never opened it nor used and two days ago when i came back to Italy i noticed that in my trash i had a folder named Adobe with a subfolder named Assets with a short mp4 video that it's not mine. After that i also noticed that i have a new app (which i cannot use here in Italy) that is called Duplicate iphone. all of this is very strange and i am very afraid that my files have been taken. Do you have any tips on what to do? is there a way to find the original source of the Adobe folder? Thank you

I am going round and round and round trying to find a way of using my legitimate copies of CS5 Dreamweaver and Photoshop that can no longer be verified.  I have read that the verification server has been removed by Adobe as they won't support the older products.  Fair enough, I don't need their support, I just need to use the old products that are adequate for my charity needs.  I see many questions on the subject but I am yet to read of a solution.  If no solution to this appears on my post, I will need to take it further.

I have subscribed to creative cloud as a student - in theory I should be able to access premiere pro but it's asking me to either have a free trial or buy. Can anyone help please?

Error message: update required: I want to install Lightroom and camera raw on my Mac. I photograph in RAW format. Adobe Lightroom customer for 8 years. A shame for development. Monterey is the operating system there is no new one available for this Mac iMac (Retina 5K, 27 inch, Late 2015). How can I install Lightroom?Why is there no reasonable answer? What kind of bad customer service is this?

Hello Team,We are facing issue in uninstalling the Adobe Flash player application. Application is getting removed but clean uninstallation is not happening files are still there even after removal.We have tried all possible ways to delete .ocx file unfortunately it is not allowing to delete it is giving message “ you require permissions from SYSTEM to make changes to this file”

I started a job on the laptop, but I have to continue it on the workstation. Only AF 2018 runs on the laptop (15.1.2). I tried to download an older version to the workstation as well, but from Creative Cloud Desktop you can only download up to version 17.7.The problem is that I should use 3D Ray Tracing as set in the work already started on the laptop ...How can I download version 15.1.2, even on the workstation?

Hi all!I justed got an adobe account, got a subscription and wanted to start downloading the apps. For some reason none of them can be downloaded, not even creative cloud, when I click on the download botton, it takes me to a site which says that the site is not working and I should try later. I have been trying the whole day with multiple browsers and nothing works.Can anyone please help me? Thanks in advance,Sara

I downloaded the free trial onto my iPhone, I would much rather use it on my laptop. How do I transfer the free trial to my laptop instead?

I have a piece of equipment that will only work with Illuistrator ver 26 or less which is no longer supported by Adobe. Are there any stand alone versions available anywhere? And help or recomendations?

Hi, I got the following message below when installing After Effects using the Creative Cloud desktop app, Progress is slower than usual. Working on resolving issue... The installation stuck at 92% for a short while but did actually complete and run just fine. I’m just wondering what the actual issue was! I’m guessing that the data transfer from the Adobe servers stopped for a short while and the issue was fixed by resuming the download, can anyone clarify this? Cheers,Chris

Adobe Creative Cloud desktop client uses every friggin available inch of bandwidth on its own accord to update apps. I'm given a setting to throttle the speeds when syncing files, but this apparently does not affect app update speeds. When CC is updating apps, my computer's internet access is crippled. Give me the ability to throttle the speed settings for Apps as well.

Hi. Yesterday I started 7 day free trial but I want to cancel membership. I can not do this because „ You will manage your plan shortly”. What can I do?

I recently switched Adobe accounts but when I log into the new account (whcih is current) and try to open any of the Adobe apps on my PC, it is logged into the old account and I cannot use them. I'm not getting any error messages, I'm just not paying for this account any longer.  So I deleted all the Adobe apps on my computer and restarted. Logged into the new account online and tried to redownload the apps again. As soon as Creative Cloud is downloaded, it logs me back into the old account and I cannot use them. If I go to "preferences" and sign out of the old account and into the new one, try to download an app - again - I'm logged into the old account. How on Earth do I fix this so I can use the apps I'm paying for because it is only letting me use them online. 

Buenos días, Formatie mi MacBook Pro 13 del 2012 (Monterrey) por cambio de disco duro y a la hora de instalar los programas de adobe me dice que mi Mac necesita un procesador AVX2 y no me deja instalar ningún programa y desapareció la opción para instalar otras versiones. Lo raro es que antes de formatearlo los programas funcionaban y tenía la opción de elegir la versión que necesitaba, pero por alguna razón mágica ya no se puede. adjunto capturas de pantalla. Solución por favor.  

Well buddy, i have same issue and i have it installed on the same computer since 2011 it is a xps8300 and the error just popped up.  I am looking at the disks and the box right now...  explain that.
