Can't get rid of this "Download latest version message." I don't know where else to turn to with this issue. It's not an Adobe issue, per se, but I'm hoping someone on this site can give me a clue.I started getting this crazy pop-up screen a couple of months ago. All my efforts to get rid of it have failed.It doesn't do anything. It doesn't seem to be linked to anything. If I click anywhere on my screen, or if I type anything with the keyboard, this thing goes away, only to return a half hour or so later. It's simply a bloody nuisance.I am running a Gateway FX6840, about 18 years old. It came with WinXT and was upgraded to Win7 about 12 years ago. Gateway is no help because they're long gone.Flash Player was deleted from this computer about three years ago - before it was discontinued.I've searched for anything, in temp files and program files, with any perceived connection to Flash Player. I did find, and delete, an old Install File hidden away in a User App Data folder. I've tried everything I can think of with Norton 360. Nothing.I sure w
