Would you please add a feature in Creative Cloud Desktop app to bring more control to admins by Extracting User Wise report with Last Access\Sign in to License.

Good morning. I'm sending this question to you just for confirmation, because it seems that Adobe's documentation and guides indicate this, in my opinion. Below is the question: I want to purchase the latest version of Adobe Acrobat for my organization, but I don't want to purchase licenses for all users. Since I understand there are no floating licenses, I want to assign licenses to certain users and monitor whether they are actually using it, then unassign them and provide the license and product to other users who require it. Is this possible?Do I understand it could be done using the admin console? What monitoring information could I obtain? Weekly usage, hourly usage, last access to the product by the user? Furthermore, I understand that a Designated User License is the most appropriate license type? Thank you very much!Bert regards

I am trying to transfer my Adobe portfolio from my disconnected university account to my personal Adobe account. The link currently takes me to a page not found error.

We're gradually phasing out Adobe & switching to a competitor due to Adobe's shady billing & account practices, as well as the utter difficulty of doing license management in their increasing useless Admin Console.  

We have a single user that is having issues using Adobe Pro DC. He may be able to work for a while but eventually gets a message that says    We can't verify your subscription status. We can't reach the Adobe servers   We were able to temporarily get the user working again by removing all adobe credentials within Windows Credential Manager, but within 30 minutes the issue returned.    We have tried using the Adobe CC Removal Tool to wipe the computer clean of Adobe and reinstall, but still no luck. The user's computer is a wired desktop and has no unusual network settings that would set it apart from anything else on our network. This is the only computer in the company behaving like this. This issue started approximately 1 week ago.

Suddenly, I'm unable to open a file and save it to my own files. Why?

Hi Adobe Community,I need help with two items:1) License move (work ID ↔ personal ID):Current state: Our CEO has an individual Acrobat Pro subscription paid with his own card, and it’s attached to his work email (Adobe ID).Goal:Assign our organization’s (Teams/Enterprise) Acrobat Pro license to his work email via Admin Console.Questions:Can Adobe move/transfer the existing individual subscription from the work Adobe ID to the personal Adobe ID (without cancel/re-buy)?Or do we need to change the Adobe ID email on the subscription via Support, or cancel and re-purchase under the personal email?Any steps to preserve signatures/stamps/Acrobat settings/Sign data during this switch? 2) “Recent” files show across devices (cloud disabled):We’ve disabled cloud storage and syncing for the org, but when signing into Acrobat/Adobe, the Recent list still shows files across devices.How can we disable cross-device Recent entirely?How do we clear any server-side Recent history for all users?How c

I'm going nuts and haven't been able to find an answer online.   I changed jobs and now work with a new company. In the past, when I logged in to Creative Cloud with my Old company credentials, it would redirect me to Old company's sign in page.   Now, when I enter my email for New company within the Creative Cloud app, it says "Redirecting to your organization's sign in page", and will take me to the Old company sign in page.    I can't get it to stop automatically redirecting to the Old company which I no longer work for!!  I uninstalled all of my adobe applications and creative cloud, cleared my internet cache, cookies, and saved passwords, and the Creative Cloud installer will still take me to the Old company login page after I enter New company email address.   I think there's a hidden file somewhere that I need to delete - please help!

Hi, I had bought an Adobe license via SRT; that company went out of business apparently and Adobe continued to provide me access to the Adobe apps for a while. Now it has stopped. My license was good until Februaru next year. It is impossible to reach anybody at Adobe, so I turn to this forum. Can anybody help?

Hey there! I just entered grad school, and got a new Adobe License becuase of that. The license from my undergrad is about to expire but I want to save the files I made from then. How can I log into my new account and save my files from my old account? Any help would be great! 

Hello, I am leaving my company. I am currently the administrator. I would like to reassign the administrator role to two other users. I keep receiving this error message when I attempt to log in to the Adobe Admin Console. I have been one of only two admins for nearly 10 years. payments, invoices and licenses. Good afternoon. The question is this. I mistakenly clicked on "buy" 4 times, but only one is needed. I received 4 invoices for payment to the condition owner's email. How I can delete 3 invoices??? The problem is that the condition owner does not work in our company, I do not have access to the condition owner's console. In the console I do not see any payments or issued invoices and I cannot edit them. I wrote to the support service, but there is no answer. I am an admin and a user, but I am not the condition owner. What should I do?

Hello, I am considering purchasing Adobe Creative Cloud Pro for enterprise use. However, I need to install and activate it within the company without internet access. Hello,A User is unable to connect to either of these despite having an Adobe Analytics account (see attached)They are able to connect to Adobe Analytics fine, but for some reason they are still getting an error.Likewise, they are unable to connect to PowerBI via Adobe Analytics. I'd like to disable the license that was on my old PC for Acrobat X installation with my new PC. Please explain what to do. An aging activation server for older versions of Acrobat and Creative Suite (CS) applications had to be disabled. This does not activate it.

Hello, We have 3 contracts with Adobe, one DX and two ETLA. We set up a directory in the DX contract using Azure and set the two ETLA contracts as fiduciaries of the DX contract. However, when we add a user or group in Azure, it automatically creates it in the DX contract but does not automatically create it in the ETLA contracts. Is there any additional configuration we need to do for users to be automatically created in the ETLA contracts that are fiduciaries of the already configured DX? I would like the user that is automatically created in the DX contract to also be automatically created in the ETLA contracts that are linked to the DX contract. I thank you in advance for the help.
