So, back in August 2024 we went from Adobe ID to Federated ID successfully.  We then edited user details to align their accounts with our SSO.  Adobe IDs had been largely built with a first initial last name convention.  We have since updated Azure to use first name. last name.  Once the accounts were federated it appeared that the email change took place.  However, that was about a month ago, and I am seeing an increase in tickets where users can't log in using SSO.  Upon investigating, the user is still showing as federated, but I now have their old email convention back on the licensed product and their new email address has no products.  Is this potentially due to the users not logging into their products with the SSO email?

Its very strange but I have a 14 days free trial active, when I go to plans it doesnt show "manage plan" like it should, and I am scared because they are gonna charge me 5 of January and I cannot cancel (I just wanted to try it out) Please any help is appreciated.

Recieved rencetly some brand new imacs and macbooks. They are the m1 processor. I tried to create a new creative cloud shared license package. When i unzip on the test machine, and try and run it, i get "this software can't be installed on this computer" with the only option being close. Is there a way to see the log to see what the actual error is? is this a known issue? osx version is 11.0.1 which is what came with the machine. photoshop etc, version is 2021 (22.1.1) need either a log file or some explanation whats going on here....

Does anyone know how to obtain access to the Firefly API? I have no subscription, personal or enterprise, and I need to work on a proof of concept for a client of mine who wants to automate transformation of images to sketches. I was in touch with the support, but after 4 hours of chatting, split in two days, and after being bounced from one team to another 10 times, in the middle of which I was recommended to subscribe to a service that ultimately does not offer access to those APIs, I just gave up. 

I know there is a way to enable Adobe apps in GCC (article linked below), but for GCC High/DoD environments the public Teams app store is not available at all. Is the app package for Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft Teams and Outlook available to download anywhere for sideloading? Or if someone from the team could provide this? Is there any chance that cloud data on my expired school account to be transferred to my personal ID account? Or just any way to get my Photoshop cloud data back?

However, the plan now shows that the price will be $419.88/year. Could you clarify why the price has changed? Additionally, we need to purchase one more license for Acrobat Pro. Our current plan includes one license for Acrobat Pro. Hi everyone,I’ve noticed that my Mac’s System Data is taking up an enormous amount of storage (99GB), and I suspect it’s due to leftover Adobe files like old versions, cache, and logs.I want to keep only the necessary files for the latest versions of my Adobe applications (After Effects 25.1, Illustrator 29.1, Photoshop 26.1, etc.) and safely delete anything related to older versions (e.g., After Effects 24.6.4 or Illustrator 28.7.3).Since I can’t use Adobe Cleaner Tool due to account restrictions, I plan to manually remove unnecessary files by accessing the Preferences folder on my Mac (~ / Library/ Preferences and / Library / Preferences).Could anyone guide me on:Which files or folders are essential for the latest Adobe versions and should not be touched?Are there any specific files in the Preferences or Application Support folders that I should look out for when removing older version data?

Hi,I used to have a portfolio website on my mom's account. I thought I had switched it to my new account so I could continue edit it, but I don't see it so unfortunately I'll have to redo it/edit an older one.Thing is I want to at least use the same name (my own name as an creative..) for the portfolio website. When I type it in, it says it's already used, but that portfolio website is nowhere in both accounts anymore and when I look it up it say's it doesn't exist/is missing...Has anyone else experienced this? Does this mean the portfolio is still somewhere? Or can I atleast use the same name...?

Hello! I posted this in the Acrobat community but since we are enterprise, i'll post this here as well. We create Mac installation pacakges from the Adobe Admin Console. The Acrobat Pro install 24.1 comes up with a incompatible legacy installer error when we try to install in Sequoia. On intel and apple chip. Any ideas on what we need to do here to get it installed without having to use the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app? Because from the ACC app it installs for what ever reason. Thanks!

why is there no manage plans option in my adobe for team package so i cant cancel my subscription? i want to cancel my subscription but i cant because there is no manage plans option. the problem is i don't see the option to manage and to canceled the plans. I have tried to cancel my subscription long ago, but I am always confused because there is no manage option on my plans, so I cannot cancel my subscription.

Hello! Not able to get into  through my correct email. It was through a company account and I see that the myportfolio link has changed a bit. This is concerning for me because of all my files on that portfolio, which I'm trying to update, but also because I have payment attached. I have a different old portfolio that I needed to start paying for which is why I just started a new one on the company account, and I re-designed the layout. but I don't want to re-upload and re-organize the entire site, and I would like access to my other portfolio. Hello, I’m reaching out for help accessing my cloud files on one of my work devices.I use three devices for work: two Mac desktops and a Mac laptop. Today, after renewing my business Adobe license, I logged in on my Mac at home, but I’m unable to access my cloud files, which contain critical client work I need to complete. A message appears saying, "Cloud Documents are not available" and advises me to contact my IT administrator. Unfortunately, these files are only stored in the cloud, so I currently have no way to access them. Additionally, after renewing my license, I received an email (screenshot attached) notifying me that I now have administrator rights to manage Adobe product licenses for my company. Could this change be related to the issue with my cloud files?I urgently need to resolve this so I can work on these files tomorrow. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
