I was moved to a business account earlier this year and alongside it, my personal files and behance account, however, when I was let off of the company, I lost access from all of my personal files and accounts without any proper warning and can't seem to revert that. I haven't found any solution to that issue yet.

Hi everyone,I’m currently facing an issue with signing in to the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App (version 6.6.0.611) on Windows 11 (build 22631) in combination with a Federated ID and Conditional Access setup. When trying to log in via the menu “Help > Sign in using your browser”, nothing happens—the default browser (Microsoft Edge) does not open. All other options under the Help menu work fine, but this particular login entry is completely unresponsive. I have this problem since the 2nd may.The only way the login works is by manually deleting all Adobe-related Windows Credentials from the Credential Manager. After that, the browser opens once for login, but this behavior is not reliably reproducible. What I’ve already tried (unsuccessfully):Full uninstallation of Creative Cloud including Adobe Cleaner ToolDeleted all leftover registry entries and temp dataEnabled devtools in the app — IMS or Jump URLs do not appear in the Network tabRegistry settings verified:Added iAcroLoginType a
Hi Adobe,There are many URLs missing in the KB article about Network Endpoints (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html). I’m not just talking about optional URLs but also essential URLs which affect the look & feel of your products - means they affect the real usability and product experience :( Moreover there are general inconsistencies. All in all this makes the implementation for IT admins very tedious. Some examples:If the URL "d3awf6rem6b5na.cloudfront.net" is blocked by firewall/proxy, the icons of plugins in the "Creative Cloud desktop app > Stock & Marketplace tab > Plugins" won't get displayed. --> However, this essential URL is missing in your detailed "Downloadable allowlist"! If the URL "adobe-3di-substance-source.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com" is blocked by firewall/proxy, 3D Assets in the "Creative Cloud desktop app > Stock & Marketplace tab > 3D Assets" cannot be downloaded. --> However, this essential URL is missing in y
Since the update of the administration console, it has been impossible to manage users or licenses. I receive an error message saying that you are sorry… and this has been happening for several days. When will the website be fixed?”
Dobrý den, chci zrušit licenci 2000 credits, ale online se mi to nedaří. Nemám u správy této licence tuto možnost. Jak to lze udělat? Jde to u firem pouze telefonicky? Jde to zrušit žádostí poslanou emailem?
Is there a way to hide the Benefits tab in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. We don't want our users to be able to see all the miscellaneous items in our enterprise plan but what is more recently frustrating is that there are “Partner perks” advertisements listed now, such as redeeming 3 months of LinkedIn Premium which should not be shown for an enterprise level license. We have tried editing the ServicesConfig.xml to append “BenefitsPanel” to “False”, similar to AppsPanel but it appears not supported in the same way.
Hello, Im using Adobe sign API for users to send documents for e-sign directly through our app. But each time it delivers, it shows up with "DEMO USE ONLY" despite us having premium paid. Thank you
I’m unable to send comments to an approver along with my request.
Adobe Express has been inaccessible for me since I started my paid subscription 2 weeks ago.Since yesterday I get “This site can’t be reached” and ERR_FAILED when trying to open Adobe Express. It fails on Chrome and Safari, including the normal browser page, not just the app-like version. I already cleared cache and cookies, and the problem persists across browsers. This is critical because all of my designs are stored there and I cannot access my work. Please help
We’re introducing a new way to manage Adobe Express Marketplace add-ons using roles in the Admin Console. This update provides improved control, flexibility, and a simplified experience for administrators.Admins can now manage add-on access at both the organization and user level using predefined and custom roles. Go to Admin ConsoleWhy this mattersWith this update, add-on access is managed through roles, helping organizations:Control access to Adobe Express add-ons Enable specific add-ons using custom roles Assign permissions at scale using user groups Avoid over-permissioning Improve governance, especially for K-12 environments Align with role-based user managementAdmins can manage add-on access from Users > Roles in Admin Console by assigning predefined or custom roles to users or groups. Roles define access to Adobe Express capabilities, including add-ons, with permissions adjustable where applicable.Access varies by organization type (enterprise or K-12), and
I want to delete my account but I can't because I own an organization and I'm the only administrator and contract owner. I created the account for fun, and I don't have a business. I also don't have any active subscriptions. I've already tried messaging people and contacting customer support but all I've gotten is links for how to delete my account even though those don't work for my situation. I wondering if someone who works at adobe can delete my account for me since I can't do it myself?
I activated my Adobe Substance 3D Collection Education 12-month subscription on the 13th of November 2025. The subscription and all my plans and orders & invoices have been removed from my account. This is a bit complicated so bear with me. I work for a very large organisation, when I first started, I was given an adobe account (Enterprise I think) and licence for Location A. Since then, I have worked across multiple locations and never had an issue with my account. But recently Location A cleared all their old users, including me (fair!). I contacted them and they’ve confirmed I’m not one of their users anymore. I no longer have access to any licence or subscription. They can’t help me. I’ve been looking at what my options are and I’m stuck. I can’t remove myself from an organisation because I am not linked to one. I cannot change my email or delete my account (no idea why, the options just aren’t there). I have no plans, licences, or subscriptions - if I try to sign up for one, I get “Contact your admin for access”. The only things I seem to be able to change is my public profile details. The Account Name isn’t even my name - it's my old location. I am not the administrator of

I am an IT administrator for a K-12 educational institution and we are using Adobe Creative Cloud Shared Device Licensing. In the Adobe Admin Console, we have the following setup: Creative Cloud – All Apps (Shared Device) Adobe Express for education Custom Fonts I have assigned a user (teacher) to the Creative Cloud product as well as to Custom Fonts. The user received the confirmation email that Custom Fonts are available and should be accessible after signing into Creative Cloud. However, when the user signs into Creative Cloud Desktop on a shared device, they cannot use Adobe Fonts. In the Fonts section, they see a message indicating that permission may be required and that they should contact their administrator.I have already verified: The user is correctly assigned to the product and Custom Fonts in Admin Console The user can sign in successfully The issue persists even after signing out and back in to Creative Cloud Desktop Additionally, I am managing the Admin Console fro
Hi everyone,I’m having a persistent licensing issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud Apps (Photoshop/Illustrator) on Windows. I am a user in a Teams/Enterprise subscription (not the admin). The Problem: After I changed the installation language from German to English in the CC App, Photoshop and Illustrator started showing "License Expired" or "Trial Expired" upon launch. However, when I check my account online, it correctly shows "Active - All Apps" under my Business/Company Profile.Current State: In the CC Desktop App, the "Home" tab shows "Open" for Photoshop, but the "Apps" tab shows "Install". When I launch Photoshop as Admin, the user icon (top right) appears and shows my Company Profile, but the "License Expired" banner remains. I am 100% sure I am logging in with the "Company/School Account" option. What I have already tried (without success): Logged out and back in multiple times. Deleted the OOBE, AAMUpdater, and OperatingConfigs folders in AppData/ProgramData. Cleared all
I have an enterprise account, and a personal one using the same email address. Creative Cloud desktop allows for profile selection, to log in with the enterprise one, but the local Apps keep opening up with the personal one (no profile selection option) and complain about licensing issues. I don't have an option in my profile not to “auto select” a profile. I've tried logging out & back in several times, I always end up with the same behavior:Creative Cloud → enterprise (the web version works!)Local apps → personal accounts (no license!)

Migrating users from Adobe ID to Federated ID so we can implement SSO. In the csv, if their username is listed as firstname.lastname@domain.com but their default username in our domain is just lastname@domain.com - should I be changing that in the “new username” column in the csv?
