We’re pleased to roll out an exciting new enhancement to Self-Service Policies in the Adobe Admin Console for Enterprise customers, introducing the “Enforce Auto-Update” option! Go to Admin ConsoleBeforePreviously, IT admins could enable the Auto-update option for users in the Creative Cloud desktop app. However, users still had control over whether to keep this setting turned on or off. This meant admins needed to rely on users to maintain the auto-update setting correctly, or manually manage updates across individual devices, often leading to inconsistencies in app versions, delayed updates, and additional administrative effort. NowWith the Enforce Auto-Update policy, admins can easily keep Creative Cloud apps up to date. Once enabled on a product profile, all end-user machines linked to that profile automatically receive the latest updates without any manual effort.When this policy is enabled: Users will no longer be able to disable auto-updates in their Creative Cloud desktop app.

My employer recently purchased an institution-wide license for Acrobat Pro, which I am now set up for on my laptop. But now when I try to enter Photoshop or Lightroom, which I have through an individual paid subscription, it won't let me in and it tells me that my license has expired. It's not. I went to the Adobe website and logged in with my email address and password from my individual account. It's showing me the recent files that I had saved to the Creative Cloud, which is not all of my files, and it's giving me the option to download the desktop app. But I already have the desktop app, or at least I did before. If I download it again, will it keep all the files that I have in there, or do I lose them all? I use Photoshop and Lightroom frequently and have them in the access tray at the bottom of my screen. I would like to be able to click there to open them (or click on a file in my hard drive) without having to log in through the Adobe website all over ag

Couldn't not sign in show - "This site can't be reached" need help

We have a requirement to retain the  Audit Logs for much longer than 90 day, which is the current option in the Adobe portal. If that option isn't possible, it would be good to provide API access to enterprise customers to export and retain the logs themselves. Manually exporting the log every 90 days, while possible, is unreliable and unsustainable process. Please refer to E-001712519. Thanks,

Hello everyone,Since this morning, the review links no longer work when trying to open them in the browser. They always show an Error 404. They can’t be opened anymore / nobody — no matter which account or computer is used, or which browser. What happened? Is the server down? Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?The document storage location is the same, and the document hasn’t been renamed.Please help. Thanks!

Hi Team, I’m unable to access the Adobe Admin Console through my Adobe Pro (Enterprise ID) account. It seems the option or access permissions are not available. Could you please check if my account has admin privileges or if any configuration is required on the backend? Thank you,Ganeev Singh Rajpal 

They removed our 71 licenses and said there will be a refund within 1-2 weeks and until now, it's been a month and we don't receive any refund, On top of that, they ask us to pay again for those 71 licenses.  They know we rely on their products. Instead of finding solution, they just want to get money from us 

Can I install the Elements 2025 bundle on multiple computers without having to create a separate Adobe Account for each?  I have separate licenses for every computer. I work at a public library.  We have computers for public use.  Due to Windows 10 EoL, I am preparing new computers to replace our old ones. We purchased 14 licenses for the Photoshop and Premier Elements 2025 bundle, one for each of our new public computers.  When I installed it on the first one, I ran into the requirement to activate it using an Adobe Account.  Despite some alarm bells, I created a new Adobe Account for the library (I hoped) and activated the first of our 14 licenses. Do I have to create a separate Adobe Account for each license?  It certainly seems so!  This is a pretty incovenient process already, and it will be much worse if I have to create 14 insitutional email addresses in order to create 14 Adobe Accounts.  Then there's the problem of ongoing

Hi there, I recently upgraded to Creative Cloud Pro, so I can allow another user to access and edit my existing files on Premiere Pro on their own personal device. However, my projects still haven't appeared on their dashboard, since then we contacted Adobe support. I followed their advice, I un-added them and re-added them. We're not sure if it'll work.  I'm still looking into other ways to fix it, but I wanted to know if anyone else has encountered the same issue with data migration and resolved it. Thanks!

Hello everyone, We’re in the planning stages of migrating our organization’s Adobe users from AdobeIDs to Federated IDs and are looking for any recent insights or experiences from others who’ve gone through this process. We have a Google Workspace tenant with a dedicated domain, so we expect the switchover to be mostly one-to-one. With Microsoft's recent announcement in ending it's support on Windows 10 by October 14, 2025. Does this mean that Adobe Creative Cloud suite will also recommend users to upgrade to Windows 11? Can someone provide an estimated timeline on it. Thanks

Hello Adobe Community, We are facing a very serious issue with Adobe that has left our company unable to use any of the Creative Cloud applications we rely on. I want to share this here both for visibility and to ask if other customers have experienced the same. In August 2025, Adobe offered us a discounted renewal for Creative Cloud Pro Team (2 seats).We accepted the offer through the Adobe Portal, where it still shows as Approved with a “Due Now” amount.Later, Adobe told us that to apply the discounted offer they needed to cancel our existing subscription first. They asked us to confirm this by email, which we did.Adobe then cancelled our old subscription but did not activate the new discounted plan.As a result, all of our apps stopped working, and our team has been unable to do its work since then.  We have now spoken with more than 10 Adobe support agents via chat and Microsoft Teams. I would like to convert my Adobe ID to an Enterprise ID. According to Adobe's YouTube channel I should do the following:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLhlzUl-HyEUnfortunately I do not have 'Settings -> Identity' in my account. I can confirm that I have NOT selected my personal profile at logon. I've already asked the Help Assistant for assistance and he told me that I am using an Adobe Teams ID and that it's not possible to do that.Why ist not not possible and how can I create an Enterprise ID instead?I would be very happy about help.

I have a small creative company and we currently have 'Adobe for Teams' license. I want to increase the number of users to 20 as well as the number of creatives and content that is generated which may mean I will need more credits across the entire CC suite and mainly use Express and Firefly for campaigns.
