I made an account ages ago on Adobe portfolio, I then recently joined university, in which I made a new account. However I've just spent a few days making my website on the old account accidently. Is there any way that I can switch or send the website from one account to another so I can get the perks of having Creative Cloud with the university.

I have spend almost 30 minutes trying to find a way to setup a normal billing email address for my company business account.  I did not find any solution.  Please help me to setup a billing e-mail. I want the adobe invoices to be delivered to billing@xyz.com... (example)  How can a company for design and user flows make it so hard to setup something so mundane. 

Hi everyone, Please look at the screenshots for my problem. The profile dropdown on account.adobe.com shows "ACME Sample, LLC" while the Admin Console settings shows the correct "Acme Sample, LLC".  I looked everywhere and found no place where the first company name can be edited. Chat support set the company name in my profile and told me to wait 2-24 hours. But they don't seem to see more settings than I do, so I doubt there will be a change. I'm the contract owner, so I supposedly should have access to all settings.

I received an email about consolodating my company's individual licenses under one. This came form a vkunwar@adobe.com. Just want to make sure this is legit. Thank you!

Data Training: Will my original client image, the accompanying text prompt, or the generated output ever be used by Adobe or Google to train any AI models?2. Third-Party Access: How does Adobe  ensure that this confidential data is not retained or accessed by third parties, including Google or other service providers, for training or analysis purposes outside of the immediate generation process?3. Data Retention: What is the precise data retention policy for the input image and the generated content? Is the data immediately purged from Adobe's servers after the result

I have a business account from the company I work for and a personal profile with different software. I constantly have to log in and out between them, which is a real pain with 2-factor authentication and just in general.Why isn’t there a simple button to switch profiles in Creative Cloud - or even better, directly in the software itself - so I don’t have to go through CC every time?This feels like such an oversight. I honestly don’t get it.

I accidentally started a second profile under my account on my company's Teams setup. I'm not able to delete it. The administrator of the account at my company isn't able to see this profile, so can't delete it. And when I went to the help chatbot, since I'm on a Teams account, it won't connect me and tells me to ask my Team's administrator. Fun. Can anyone please help me delete it? I believe it is causing me log-in issues.

Help, our subscription has been renewed until 2026, but users still get access deniedwhen trying to access acrobat, I have assigned the licences etc. when i login to admin centre it says i need to renew, but if I check the renewal date it is valid until October 2026, now none of our users can use the software?? Hi,I have Adobe Pro (purchased with this acount) and can't access to the admin console. I am the purchaser and should be the admin. I purchased it through a discount with Goodstack that should include 10 users. I am wanting to add a user to our account through the Admin portal, however, I received the following message:We're sorry.You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator. Thanks

I was trying to allow the ability for our users to use Non Adobe Generative AI in Photoshop but it is telling us we need to allow it in the Admin Portal under Settings->Asset Settings.  I do not have that as an option nor does our other administrator.  We are using an Enterprise account.  Anyone have any ideas?

As a license Admin, it is essential to keep track of user licenses as people join, leave and change roles within the business.Currently there is no way to track even basic usage of Adobe software.  We need an option to see the last sign-in time for a user at a minimum, and ideally that data on a per application basis, so that we can see what software users are running to ensure we have the correct license applied. I'm not asking for any detailed tracking, but the user has to be signed in to their Adobe account within the software, e.g. Adobe Acrobat, and presumably when the application is launched this performs an authentication interaction with the Adobe platform, so it would be very easy to give a last signin time.

Hi, our domain is claimed and we enabled the Azure/Entra User Sync for SSO.Sometimes SSO does not properly because a person has two accounts for our domain.A business account (created by the Azure Sync) and a personal account which they created themselves some time ago when the domain was not managed.As a regulatory and legal requirement we need to get rid of those personal accounts.Either migrate their data to the company account or force the user to change the e-mail address to their personal one. How can this be done ?

Where can I download Adobe InDesign 2023, Version 18.5.2? It’s no longer available on Creative Cloud, and all the newer versions cause serious issues with Bengali, Arabic, and Urdu languages. Only Version 18.5.2 can handle these files. I tried copying InDesign 2023 from another Mac, but I received a system error message saying, “Adobe InDesign is missing required system fonts or CMap files. Please reinstall InDesign.” Please help!

We’re pleased to roll out an exciting new enhancement to Self-Service Policies in the Adobe Admin Console for Enterprise customers, introducing the “Enforce Auto-Update” option! Go to Admin ConsoleBeforePreviously, IT admins could enable the Auto-update option for users in the Creative Cloud desktop app. However, users still had control over whether to keep this setting turned on or off. This meant admins needed to rely on users to maintain the auto-update setting correctly, or manually manage updates across individual devices, often leading to inconsistencies in app versions, delayed updates, and additional administrative effort. NowWith the Enforce Auto-Update policy, admins can easily keep Creative Cloud apps up to date. Once enabled on a product profile, all end-user machines linked to that profile automatically receive the latest updates without any manual effort.When this policy is enabled: Users will no longer be able to disable auto-updates in their Creative Cloud desktop app.
