Hi. I have CC purchased by my company; they have a login email and they set it up with a phone # that one of our admins has access to . My company gave me a PC to use at home when I am putting in overtime or have to work remotely. I end up doing this fairly often. Most of the time, it's not a problem; I use the company login, it asks me to sign out of the machine at the office so I can sign in on the home PC, and then I just reverse the process when I return to the office and need to use that machine. Sometimes, though, it asks for 2-step verification and wants to send a code to the phone they have on record; problem is that I don't have that phone available to me, and the person who does have that phone is in Mexico in a different time zone than me and often is not available during the times I need to sign in. Can they add my phone # as an alternate for me to get the code? Or can I add some sort of marker on my home and work PCs so CC "knows" that they are trusted machines?

Hey, I am unable to open a support case, unable to speak to someone about this. I have a user who receives a 403 error generated by Adobe servers when signing into her account and trying to access Adobe Forums. This is reproducible 100% of the time from numerous machines and isn't related to firewall \ ad block - this is a 403 error generated by Adobe. I have tried to remove user and re-create the user but it still occurs, suspect it may be her personal account which has a number of purchased images on which I can't delete \ re-create. Any help would be appreciated.

Last year I had issues with license renewal, again this year the situation is the same. I have tried updating myself, but now I have run out of time and I need to contact my account manager. Last time I tried that my account manager was unavailable, using the chat functionality doesn't help either.Does anyone know how to get hold of a serious account manager that resells adobe products.It was easier when it was 3 single licenses that had to be renewed manually, the enterprise system is annoying and more difficult to handle!

HiI am using the Adobeuninstaller to remove all of Adobe CC 2023 products expect for Acrobat ProI found the following article and followed it: Uninstall Creative Cloud products (adobe.com) It says I can use an XML to list all products then edit out the SAP code to skip what I dont want uninstalled. We have had Adobe Case ADB-32189357-C3K1 open for several weeks without resolution. What can be done for us to access the Admin Portal so we can assign the licenses we have purchased? My customers are not happy and have been waiting for weeks to get a license. As reference, we can order and apply Bluebeam licenses without issue which is the next step directing our costomers to one of your competitors.  

I would like to extend the license for Indesing. There is information on the Admin Console page that this can only be done through a sales representative at Adobe Systems CVG. Where can I find the contact details of this sales representative?

Currently our Team account includes the Adobe Creative Cloud apps and Illustrator. I am needing to add Adobe Acrobat pro for a piece of equipment with no associated email and am not sure how that works in the case of no way to login with the equipment or email account? Will the Adobe Acrobat pro need to purchased as a stand-alone app and can it be tied to our team account?

I noticed two separate transactions on my credit card statement from Adobe, one amounting to 708TL and another to 127,50 TL. However, upon reviewing my account, I could only find an invoice for 708TL. I am seeking clarification on the additional charge of 127,50TL. Even i changed my credit cardçAdone kept colect addtional amount from my new credt card.Could you please provide detailed information regarding the transaction with the amount of 127.50TL ? Four days ago, we successfully renewed our Adobe licenses. However, despite the renewal, Adobe customer care seems unresponsive to our concerns, and as a result, we are currently unable to access and use Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Hi all We're exploring options for our company file storage and sharing. We have five Creative Cloud licenses, but dont utilise any of the online storage space. We need to store both Adobe and non Adobe files (Microsoft Word docs), share files with the whole team, use our own custom font and be able to use search in order to find any documents by name and content within docs. Can Creative Cloud offer all this for our team? We have an extra license which we plan to use as the main storage and share out to the rest of the team from there. I gather the total storage capacity is made up from how many licenses we own? Or are we barking up the wrong tree and theres a better alternative option? Your guidance is much appreciated! 

Our organization started using an Adobe business account in 2018 to purchase/assign licenses to our users from CDW (our Adobe Cloud Services Partner) through the Adobe Admin Console.  We have two users that have been with the organization a long time and each had purchased a Creative Cloud (all apps) license directly from Adobe before we began using the Adobe businness account in 2018. Because of this, we have two Adobe licenses that bill monthly and aren't manageable from the Adobe Adnmin Console whereas the rest of our licences bill once per year via CDW and are manageable from the Adobe Admin Console. I would like for both of those users to be listed in the Adobe Admin Console with the rest of the users in our organization and for their existing Creative Cloud (All Apps) subscriptions to be transferred somehow to CDW so they bill at the same time and at the same frequency as the rest of our Adobe licenses. There are a few concerns that occur to me: The users

I have just been on teh phone to customer support and I was explining the issue when he just put the phone down on me. I had been trying to clarofy the issue of licenses and creating a shared business account. I need to add colleagues and wanted to now whether each colleague would need an individual license. Hi I am trying to customized the out of the box notification in Adobe AEM forms document security when a email is sent to client.  We tried using HTML coding to change the format of the notifications like adding some images of our department to make look more profesional be it is not working for us.

Hi, I have added a new user to the Creative Cloud. Unfortunately they are unable to upload our in-house fonts to the system even after I elevate them to an administrator. While I am able to see the uploaded fonts screen on Creative Cloud Desktop and add and delete fonts as I please, they get a message saying please contact your administrator to take advantage of this Creative Cloud service. I follow the troubleshooting instructions to become a Product Administrator in the Adminstrative Rights panel, but I am unable to make myself a Product Administrator, it is not listed as an option, only System Adminsitrator is visible. I am also unable to find custom fonts in the products tab in the Admin Console as instructed. I cannot see a logical way of doing this. The instructions do not match the reality of what I am seeing. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Mi duda es si en este cambio, ¿los archivos que tengo en mi cuenta personal se trasladan automaticamente a la de equipos? There are some lightroom stuff that were on my sister's account that i need to access but the account has been deactivated.

Is there a way to enable auto-update remotely via Regedit or another setting? Rather than opening and contacting each user to do it manually? We don't have Self-Serice installed. 

Adobe, Can you explain why there is no option for companies to pay with direct bank transfers?Every month we are having troubles with Adobe about the payments via PayPal or CC.Unfortunately its only Adobe that's giving issues, any other large organisation we have agreements with (Microsoft, Google, Apple, Amazon, Netflix, etc) are providing payment options with automatic direct bank transfers why is this not possible with Adobe?So if we want to extend amount of users to 50, you ask a company to pay €41.994,- per year by CC or Paypal, which is in our opinion not realy B2B friendly. And you might understand that looking from our accountant / finance dept. persective not a desirable way to handle.What can Adobe do to make these large payments much easier and without idiot payment issues?
