Migrating users from Adobe ID to Federated ID so we can implement SSO. In the csv, if their username is listed as firstname.lastname@domain.com but their default username in our domain is just lastname@domain.com - should I be changing that in the “new username” column in the csv?

I’m reaching out because our company has lost access to our Adobe Admin Console, and currently we do not know who within the organization has administrator access to it.We would like assistance in either resetting the administrator access or identifying which accounts currently have admin permissions for our corporate Adobe Admin Console.Could you please guide us on the process to recover access or connect us with the appropriate team who can help resolve this issue?Thank you in advance for your support.
When creating a PHOTOSHOP installation package on the console, only versions 26.0 and above can be selected. How to create a version for 2024 and 25?
I’m coming here because I don’t know where to go for this inquiry - all avenues into Adobe have resulted in non-response, tickets that are opened and then quickly closed without notice, or promises to resolve the issue with no follow-up.We are a SMB with a VIP account who overpaid Adobe via ACH during our renewal last year. We overpaid because Adobe added products to the invoice that we had not asked for. We called Adobe after realizing the mistake and they changed our invoice to match what we had originally requested. Since then, we have realized just how bad Adobe support is. It feels impossible to get someone on the phone who can see the payments made to Adobe versus what we have been invoiced. We have sent multiple emails to our account manager requesting a refund - they never responded to those emails (in fact, they never respond to any of our email).Earlier this month, we received a notification that our return order had been processed. However, this was not the refund we were ex
Hi all, many of our users perform regular updates of Adobe products but keep the previous version of the products on their computers. This leads to additional security Issues.Unfortunately, we cannot specify this user setting via the self-service guidelines. If possible, we would like to add this setting to the self-service guidelines so that we can pass it on to our users as a default setting. So that the check box “Remove old versions” is preselected for our users in the Cloud Desktop. We’re excited to extend Org Name Change to Enterprise organizations and those within a GAC hierarchy. System Admins can now update their organization name directly through a self-service workflow in the Admin Console.Admins also have control over end-user email notifications during these updates. Notifications are disabled by default, can be enabled at the time of each change, and apply only to admin-initiated updates.Go to Admin ConsolePrerequisitesThis feature is available only if your organization meets one of the following criteria:You purchased a Teams or enterprise plan directly from Adobe. Your Admin Console is part of a Global Admin Console hierarchy. If your organization does not meet these criteria or if your plan was purchased through a reseller, admins must contact Adobe Customer Care to request changes. Why this mattersEnterprise Org Name Change gives admins direct control over organization identity, eliminating the need for manual support requests and reducing operational
I’m the sole user on the account (not enterprise or teams). What can I do?
Hi Team,I would like to modify the number of licenses under our Creative Cloud Pro Plus team plan from 5 to 3, as we are currently within the renewal window. However, I am unable to make this change through the online admin console — the system does not allow me to reduce the number of seats.Could you please assist with adjusting our subscription to 3 licenses before the upcoming renewal on 18 November 2025? Thank you!Kind regards,Balazs Varadi
"I am using a generic/departmental email address that was previously managed by a former employee. I have access to the email, but the Adobe account is still linked to the old user's personal info and security settings. I need to 'hard reset' this specific Adobe ID so I can start fresh with the same email address, as if it were the very first time logging in, and then re-add it to our Admin Console. What is the best procedure to completely purge the old user's metadata and security info from this email?
Is there a method to add an Administrative Role to a synchronized group? We have a service desk that needs to log onto the administrator console and right now I am adding the users individually. We already assign licenses and products using synchronized Entra/Azure groups. Can the same thing be done for the Admin Roles? These users are all added to an Azure group and removed when they leave- so a group makes more sense than a manual add.
Hi Team,We are working on a healthcare use case using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Web SDK, and Adobe Target. Our goal is to deliver personalized content to users based on their health conditions. However, due to compliance constraints, we cannot expose PHI data. Instead, we plan to send only abstracted attributes/flags from AEP (e.g., isDiabetic = true). On the content side, AEM will provide Content Fragments (CFs), which will be imported into Adobe Target as offers.Given this setup, I have a few questions:Is it possible to match AEP profile attributes (such as boolean flags like isDiabetic) with offers in Adobe Target in real time using Web SDK? Considering scalability (potentially hundreds of offers from AEM) and multiple health conditions per user, what would be the best approach to design this personalization? Should we rely on audience-based targeting in Adobe Target? Or is a metadata/tag-based approach (mapping user attributes to offer attribut
Creative Cloud does not give any options to install 64-bit programs on my computer (even though I run a 64-bit system). Acrobat (not Reader) in particular I’d like to have as a 64-bit, but there’s no option to change it to that. How do I go about changing this? Are all apps available in both 32- and 64-bit architecture or not?
I see the user and email address under users and they have Adobe Acrobat Pro license assigned to them but when they log in to Adobe.com and go to Apps and Adobe Acrobat Pro, they are asked to purchase it. They should be able to download it for free because we are paying for the license.
Shared credits (formerly Generative credit pool) provide access to organization-level Operations, enabling continued use of Firefly-powered features after users exhaust their individual monthly generative credits. Users consume their individual credits first. Once those credits are exhausted, eligible Firefly-powered actions automatically draw from the organization’s Operations for users who are assigned access. Users can now request access to shared credits once their individual credits run out. System administrators can review and approve these requests or automate access using assignment rules in the Admin Console.Go to Admin ConsoleWhy this mattersThis update helps organizations manage generative AI usage more efficiently while maintaining administrative control. With Shared Credits, organizations can:Extend access to Firefly-powered features after individual credits run out Enable users to request additional generative credit access when needed Simplify management using automatic
My company uses Photoshop to create artwork for our products - the security and privacy of our work during production is very important. Currently the AI features are blocked (the internet access Photoshop needs is blocked) due to the concerns. To save time the artists would like to make use of generative fill to remove objects from some artwork before painting over the area with new content. We don't want to use it to actually generate artwork, just give us a better version of the content-aware fill. The sticking point for my company is nobody knows what Photoshop is uploading, what happens to that data, how much of our art it uploads, could what it upload ever be leaked/stolen by a thrid party. We can't find any usful information that would make the legal department happy. Does someone know if there is a in depth article on the subject from Adobe or a legal representative we can talk to? Many thanksSimon
Unable to Add Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses but able to add Adobe Standard
Hello not so much a question but more a suggestion, it could be helpfull to have a funcionality that auto installs softwares from the creative cloud desktop app if the licence is activated. currently, it’s possible as an admin to enforce auto updates for installed softwares but if the software is not installed yet, could be interesting to enforce installing it .
I work for a government agency that uses an Enterprise Creative Cloud plan for a workforce of over 1,000 employees. With the recent rollout of third-party AI models across Adobe products, I noticed that attempting to use any model other than Firefly results in the following message: “Your system administrator isn't allowing access to this feature right now” (see attached screenshot below) Third Party AI model limitation within Lightroom attempting to use Topaz Labs generative upscale. After contacting our IT department, I learned that our agency has disabled access to all third-party AI models within Adobe. However, when I asked whether access could be enabled for a specific, pre-approved model (in this case, Google Gemini / Nano Banana), I was told this was not possible. According to our IT team, Adobe’s current enterprise controls only allow all-or-nothing access to third-party AI models — meaning administrators must either enable access to all external models or disable them entirely
Tenho uma conta da adobe que foi bloqueada não consigo utilizar diz que não tenho nenhum produto ligado á conta
We’re excited to introduce User Roles for Firefly and Partner Generative AI Models in the Admin Console. This update allows system administrators to manage access to Adobe Firefly and partner generative AI models through predefined roles and custom roles. With these updates, administrators can assign roles to users or user groups, customize permissions, and manage generative AI access alongside other Adobe app capabilities within the Admin Console. Go to Admin ConsoleWhy this mattersThese updates help organizations manage generative AI access using role-based permissions. System administrators can assign specific roles to users or user groups to control who can access Firefly and partner generative AI models.Using roles helps administrators: Grant appropriate access without over-permissioning Delegate responsibilities safely without giving full administrative privileges Simplify user management by assigning roles to user groups Manage permissions across Adobe Express, Firefly, and
For the past 2 weeks, Firefly with Nano Banana 2, or FLUX 2 or ANY of the other models, has been working really nicely with my Fox Corporate account and today, it will not work and it shows the trouble MONKEY, saying “you don’t have access to this feature”. Is something broken? Were the features suddenly yanked away from me? Please help, I was cooking along on a project and now, in a PANIC.
